Very centrally located. Clean rooms, spacious and comfortable. Good air conditioning. The worst thing is the attention at the front desk. The receptionist is dry, nasty and unfriendly and this may keep us from coming back.

The hostel is well located (on Fuencarral street). So you're in the middle of it. The rooms are not bad. Quite clean, with own bathroom, TV and air conditioning. But the attention is terrible. Are edges and dry. 3 friends of mine came to the hostel and the 3 asked me how they were so unfriendly. And prohibit anyone from entering the room other than the tenant. I've been looting hostels around the area for years and it's the first time they've told a friend of mine to wait at the hostel's door. Another one, not even wanted to leave him in the building. They don't let it take five minutes. I'm sure that's the only reason I won't come back. I understand that if you pay for 1 person, don't stay two to sleep, but you can't even visit you for 5 minutes, really amazing. And the horrible pillows. I've seen tortillas thicker. I asked them for a couple of pillows and he tells me he can only give me one. Anyway. Personally I'm not going back.

Very central place, it is worth noting the excellent cleanliness and very comfortable beds. On the other way this is a little outdated although it fulfills its function, you can listen to the rest of the guests, it does not allow visitors, the Wi-Fi goes somewhat slow and there should be better attention facing the public. Correct place, central, very clean and comfortable but somewhat upgradeable.

Centrally Located, all the centre of Madrid is a stone's throw away. The Room of good size as the rest of the bathroom mark a bit ' the time but the cleanliness is impeccable; We are on the second floor of a building, in the evening when you fall it seems to come home. There is always someone at the reception, they are not expansive but if you need anything they will work to solve the problem always with the utmost kindness. I recommend it, if I go back to Madrid I will definitely stay at the Sonsoles.

Spacious, clean accommodation with private toilets, located in the pedestrian zone in the centre of Madrid. Suitable for walking to the most interesting destinations. Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend it and I will gladly return.

A place to sleep in Madrid great, central, clean, with air conditioning,, useful aseoen the bathroom a Wi-Fi powerful and free as they would like to many big hotels and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Entrance in the house somewhat hidden and not properly signposted. Otherwise nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff around the CLOCK. We were completely satisfied. The hotel is centrally located in a pedestrian area and as sights are within walking distance.

I stayed in this Hostel for holy week, I found all as I had read in the reviews, very clean, excellent location and very good disposition of Manuel in solving problems, without hesitation would return.

The hotel is clean but the reception is cold, a little warmth would have been good coming. Although the hotel is well equipped, it is nicely arranged with small corners to sit. Small bemol: no latch on the toilet/bathroom door.

The manager is an affable and courteous person, available for any kind of request. I was there in September 2015 and will be back for New Year's Eve 2017!

The hostel is in a very good area as there are a wide range of services that you can access. The quality-price ratio leaves a lot to be desired, as the room I rent had very little light and in addition could be heard perfectly the conversations in the adjoining rooms. In terms of the staff was not friendly. I'm sorry but with the wide range of hostels in Madrid the next time reservare another.

This pension is situated in the heart of Madrid in the shopping street Fuencarral and actually everything important is great walking distance from here. The establishment seems at first glance a little dated, but the rooms are clean and spacious enough. The landlady was friendly but not intrusive. At night, it was unfortunately a bit noisy, what was not necessarily on the road noise, but rather to the other guests.

The Hostal Sonsoles is what you want in a budget hotel: perfectly clean, good shower, decent bed, well located. I had a single (with a standard single bed) ; the room was very small and undecorated, but that was fine, that's all I need. Bathroom was almost as big as the room, with modern, well-functioning equipment — — none of the common budget-hotel problems with poor shower head or limited hot water. There was a split-system air conditioner — — though I didn't try it since it's April. Elevator from the ground floor, some rooms are up a staircase from the entrance floor. Common areas are not beautiful. No breakfast, but lots of choices in the neighborhood. I strongly recommend this place as a budget choice in Madrid.

Hostal sonsoles is a great Hostel in the Centre of madrid with charm since it has a nice cozy and super rooms with the best views of madrid the treatment is great, and the price is excellent for comparing their quality.

I think there desk people and room mate family update the original staid interior of the traditional building the hotel occupies. Rooms range from standard to executive doubles, some with balconies there are the usual Room Mate inclusions such as free Wi-Fi and a well-stocked minibar. Situated in the colorful Madrid near Gran Vía, Opera, Sol and the district of the party.

Quiet Hostel in very good situation if you come from tourists to the city. The service is excellent, they are very attentive, but not annoy. Rooms are not big deal, but have the essential and are well maintained and clean, so it is not asked more. Breakfast is bad choice, as is poor what they give you, and for 10 euros more, not worth it.

It is a hostel normalillo with aires hotel where the treatment is worse than bad, without a doubt state pension where I have been treated better and the facilities were the same to avoid it will be for hostels in madrid.

I phoned 5 minutes from the telephone in my room to 1 mobile phone in Madrid it cost me €27! & the next day the boss asked me for more money!.
The noise of the work from 7am to 10pm in the evening (including Saturday) in the 2 floors.
The foul smell is permanent in the room.

I must to pay €27 for 5 MINUTES communication for a mobile in Madrid!
