Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has its own parking basement so if you drive there you'll have the option to park inside. The hotel itself is very close to the airport, we went to T2 and we're there in under 10 minutes. All in all, recommended if you need to fly out of Madrid and have an early morning departure.

Excellent for a stay before an early flight. We arrived late, left early, our rooms were comfortable and attention was great throughout. The restaurant was open until 11:30 which let us grab a late bite. It would have been perfect if they also sold some chocolate :-)

Hotel is modern and the rooms are well appointed. Stay was pleasant enough. Just two minor annoyances. The heating in the room didn't work despite being set to a high temperature. It turned out this was due to some hotel-wide issue with the heating/cooling system. It would have been nice to have known that at check-in. The other issue was the first shuttle bus to the airport in the morning (6am) was over-subscribed and there was therefore an additional 30 minute wait incurred for the following one. Again, if the staff had communicated that possibility when I enquired about the bus times the previous day, that could have been mitigated against. Nevertheless, despite the verbose text, these were minor grievances and I would consider staying again.

Es cómodo, limpio y de buen servicio. Cuenta con transporte para recoger y llevarte al aeropuerto y cuentan con restaurante. Cerca hay tiendas y varios lugares para comer.

Good hotel good location to be close to the airport.

Fatal! I called 6 times from the airport to ask for information about transportation and they never answered phone.
The most common room and the cheapest chair and you have to use that crap when you want to relax.
The hallway is on the job and they have the guts to offer those rooms.
Of course buffet that you can say… No hot food, all cold, be the cheapest.
Don't throw away your money… I'm sure there's something better that's a lousy place.

Close to airport. Great shuttle service. Priced right. Clean and pleasant place to spend a layover.

Clean and functional in line with the Ibis concept. Unfortunately a design flaw in the heating/cooling system only makes cool or hot to be available for the whole building and management uses outside temperature forecasts to decide. If it's 21C or less outside, no AC. So, you open the double windows designed to insulate from noise and weather and the noise from the street will keep you awake. Since my main objective when renting a room is to sleep, I won't be using this hotel again as I wasn't able to use it for it's purpose.

Clean and simple hotel near the airport. Very friendly staff. Free airport transfer from 6:30 pm. To foot it is about 20-25 min to the airport.

Not the first time we stayed at U hotel of the chain and the truth that to be a 2 star hotel is above many of the highest category. Very nice and modern hotel. Clean rooms and the bed is the best. In fact I'm going to buy one because they sell them. The breakfast buffet is also very good, simple but of good quality. Highly recommended for its quality price.

Good price in a location close to the airport. Unless you use it to overnight between flights it would not be my first choice. Useful for one night for professional reasons. If you want to do tourism in Madrid what you save in hotel will spend on transport.

Modern Hotel with easy access. Close to the airport, ideal if you are travelling by plane. It is new and very clean, the rooms and the bathroom are complete. You can eat something in the bar or in the restaurant. Dinner at the restaurant a bit expensive.

Nice and close to the Madrid Airport with excellent food! The heat/AC in our room didn't seem to be working right and the rooms could use further amenities like small tubes of hand cream and boxes of facial tissues!

The hotel is very well located, close to the Madrid-Barajas airport but far enough away to not listen to the planes. Right next door is a supermarket if you need to buy things and at the entrance of the hotel they usually have taxis. If you have to take taxi, we recommend Uber that costs around €5 while normal cabs have standard rate of €20

Functional and comfortable facilities. It is assumed to be a hotel for people in transit, who flies the next day. It fulfills its function completely. Nice deal. You can have dinner and have a drink watching football or any other program. The beds are very comfortable and have a fairly affordable price; 67 Euros The double room, it's nice.

A decent hotel for one night. But in the room there was no brush for the toilet that insulted my aesthetic feelings, and also found a broken lock for the watering-heads in the shower cubicle. Breakfast is OK.

The staff were very friendly and friendly. The restaurant has good food (the Ibis burger is highly recommended). The breakfast has a good quality and an acceptable variety. The room is no big deal but the bed is very comfortable. Ideal to spend a night or two, or if you are not pretending to spend a lot of time in the room.

I have stayed at 2 other IBIS Hotels that were in London by the Excel Centre. I liked this Barajas Madrid location. Simple, comfortable, affordable. Rooms and Bathroom of reasonable size. Plenty of places nearby to eat at. English speaking staff. Parking if needed. Near the airport and IFEMA Convention Center. Metro station is a good 10 minute walk away, on the end of the 8 Line. Then the Brown 4 Line to head in towards City Center.

Good hotel where I had a good room with a comfortable bathroom and a gorgeous shower. A restaurant inside and a great bar. It has a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, it is close to various restaurants and the prices charged are average. Very convenient.

Overnight stay after a flight arriving at around 10pm in Terminal 4. The airport shuttle came after a felt eternity, but it was probably only 25 minutes. A departure schedule at the terminal or a plan to download would have helped.
Everything was great in the hotel, but since there was no minibar, you had to get water at the bar — and the staff was scarce because at the same time they still had to be checked in (not all had to be so smart to use the online — check-in).

I felt that during check in the front staff was not warm and friendly — she did not smile or greet us warmly. However, when we were checking out they were extremely kind and ensured we were the first ones on the bus since we were waiting first. We absolutely loved and appreciated the shuttle services to the airport which was a huge bonus for this hotel. Overall, it was a good experience.

The room was pretty cramped, but the bed was very comfortable. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, except for the woman who I checked out with — she was so completely rude that later I was mad at myself for not asking for her name to report it. The shuttle from the airport was smooth and convenient, but I ended up having to take a taxi to the airport the next day because there were so many people waiting and it didn't come often enough.

The reception was extremely friendly and very efficient. Especially enjoyed the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. The room very clean and absolutely quiet. Was very positively surprised and will probably continue to book with IBIS in the future.

Hotel Ibis is a really good deal if you're looking for something close to the airport. The staff is really nice, they have a free shuttle and breakfast, and there are some decent dinner options nearby.

I needed a hotel near the airport for an overnight stay, and Ibis Madrid Aeropuerto fit the bill exactly. Reservation was easy, check-in was quick, staff very courteous, room was clean and modern. Happy there was a restaurant on site so I didn't have to go searching for someplace to eat. Appreciated the shuttle service. One small thing: the towels were a little thread-bare and need replacing. But that's just nit-picking. Would stay here again in a minute and recommend it highly.

Comfy bed, good breakfast, quick check in. I arrived at the airport late at night, after midnight, so had to gat e cab to the hotel (courtesy bus not running), which was 20 Euros. The bus back to he airport the following morning worked fine. All you could want from an airport hotel, and the usual Ibis standard.

Although the room was slightly smaller than expected, it did offer us everything we needed. The room and bathroom were both very clean and well maintained. Check-in was very smooth, check-out was even faster. The closed underground garage is certainly a plus to keep your (rented) car safe.

Nice, clean hotel. They had two 2 local numbers for 99 euros each. Unfortunately, there were no triple local rooms. Breakfast was all about EUR 8. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Spent two nights here with a break of about two weeks. This hotel has been chosen because of proximity to the airport, an early breakfast, a free shuttle to/from the airport, a reasonable price, and a great deal of positive feedback.
Generally, they were happy. On the first night, we immediately landed on a minibus, although it was almost 12 a. M. And 10 minutes later at the hotel.
The hotel is very small. Without fancy, but clean and rational. We had a room on the 2nd floor, a big enough size, with a noisy air conditioner, a good bathroom, and a nice bath room.
The mattress is good, we slept fine. There was a TV, but no fridge, no kettle in the room.
Breakfast starts at 4:00 a. M. Which was very helpful on the way back, and the flight from Madrid was at 7-20 a. M.
Only cold dishes are offered, but a wide variety of hunger is safe to stay. And very tasty baking! ) Of course there is both coffee and tea.
The metro station is 10 minutes away if you want to get to the center.
The hotel service is excellent.

The only frustrating nuance was the fact that we were unable to use the shuttle, which was starting to run in 6-10, because of an early departure, and had to take a taxi. The trip was somehow worth 20 euros, which seemed inadequate for such a short distance-about 3 kilometers.

Everything was fine. Room was fine. Service was fine. Check in was easy and smooth. Shuttle to and from the airport was convenient and excellent free service. Price was great value. Overall a 10. Lobby area has nice modern decor. Our main purpose was to have an overnight lodging convenient for our morning flight out of Madrid airport back to Los Angeles. This hotel fits the bill perfectly with its location and free shuttle service. Excellente!

The hotel was good. Boring, but reliable. Room was a good size, as was the bathroom and shower. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Staff were friendly and efficient too. Wifi was slow at times, but the food in the cafe was better than I expected (unfortunately the chocolate fondant was served while still cold on the inside, but the staff kindly took it off the bill). All-in-all this is as good as airport hotels get, especially for the price.

Although the people of the hotel turned out to be friendly, I was assigned without asking a smoking room, and when I could change it, the next had an extra bed instead of table work, which is what I needed. The room was unattractive though the bed was very comfortable.

Attention with the free shuttle to the airport if you go first thing in the morning, is supposed to be 6:05, but is the so-called time of arrival of the bus at the hotel (obviously arrives a little later…) and while ups people, suitcases, the driver asks each airline, etc, … ends up leaving pretty later. Except for punctuality, other aspects of the hotel not bad for the area.

As we expected, the Ibis hotel are very nice, clean and comfortable. English speaking staff was very helpful and friendly. The free shuttle bus to the airport every half an hour (but note that morning not very convenient because there are too many people waiting for the shuttle bus)

Because we're flying out of Madrid, so we choose to stay in a near airport hotel not a city centre hotel. We're from the Atocha train station bus to the hotel, free ferry car. If you want to go downtown, a few blocks away and the subway. Near the hotel also have nice restaurant. Hotel clean. If you want to stay near the airport, this hotel is really nice!

If you are looking for is your Pocket will not suffer, the Ibis always are a good solution, clean, modern hotels with all the amenities one needs for short stays. Barajas is a 5-minute walk from the Metro Barajas and the breakfast and the staff are very good. The first time you go, will possibly touch you ask because it is in a parallel to the general from coming from the metro.

This hotel is very good, the truth that I recommend it, has a very affordable price, the service is very efficient, room is not very large but cosy, has a work desk, sofa, TV and very comfortable bed. It is located 10 minutes from Barajas airport, and at certain times account with a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel and vice versa.

Hotel basic to be able to spend a few hours if you have to be a few hours early at the airport to take flight. Price very cheap only about 52 Euros per night. Mattresses a bit uncomfortable but you can not ask much more for that price. Very convenient location and clean. Not recommended for long stays.

Hotel at an affordable price with spacious for the price and with a good cleaning, the room service is pretty decent and fashion accessories in the room they are in quite good condition, also the area is well to make visits without leaving the airport.
