For me it's a good business hotel. Bar is open till midnight (sharp). Gym is located on top floor. Food I can't rate as I always eat outside, f. E. At La Andaluza down the street. As I already stayed several times, I noticed that there are problems with room temperature and climate control. In unlucky cases your room will have around 30 degrees while outside it's a bit colder. In the hot summer season this can be a pain.

I got married last June, and it was spectacular! Excellent value for money. The hotel's treatment the hours before the wedding, pristine, anything I asked them didn't put any catch. Monica, phenomenal, everything organized in detail, I as a bride didn't have to worry about anything and that's a luxury.
I recommend it one hundred percent, they only celebrate one wedding per day unlike other places, the cocktail to the taste of all the guests and the equally good menu.
We are very happy to have had such an important day in a place where everything has been taken care of very carefully.

Hotel clean, room big and quite. The position is only suitable if you have to work nearby or if you have a car.

We celebrate the communion of my children and the experience has been great.
The best: They have a lot of experience organizing events and they make everything very easy and to your liking. The variety in menus and the possibility to do it to your measure. The garden for children to play. The professionalism of the waiters. The parking for the guests…
The worst… Nothing.

Good hotel, comfortable access from the highway, good rooms, parking very spacious and exceptional terrace. Very happy with the experience. I will definitely repeat. Must stay in it if you go to the business park of Las Rozas.

A 4 star hotel in which the air conditioner does not work. The thermostat in the room marked 27 degrees at 2 in the morning. When I call the front desk to offer me a solution your answer was "open the window". It should be noted that this window leads to the highway AP 6. When the next day I commented on reception neither an apology or anything like that.
This is the second review I write since the hotel, or another person, has deleted the first.

Good service and very good rooms (no exaggeration), highly recommended. We stayed a large group of students and still not a bad face on the part of the staff. Great showers, impeccable room service and even shoe polish.

Inferior was fine, hotel staff helpful. The hotel is located conveniently near the highway. Beds weren't great however and the hotel room climate control randomly decided to start heating the room while set to a/c mode, turning an already hot room into a furnace.

Very large hotel, quite impersonal but very comfortable rooms. Poorly adapted card pear in the evening and expensive. Excellent Breakfast.

Very clean and spacious. With its own parking. Very quiet.

Very friendly and helpful personnel. They helped me a lot with all of my questions about public transportation and advices about the city. Food was good too.

I've only attended a business event. The room was quite spacious and with a good assembly. No hits.

It is a good hotel for a couple of days of stay. Without great luxuries, it fulfills its objective.

Rooms are great. Bed was super comfortable. The restaurant and breakfast however have room for improvement. I had a bad tummy the next day and remember the taste of the meat being funny.

Insufficient to be a 4-star. The staff was very helpful. I do not understand that they ask for a bail apart from the payment of the room in advance.

Big rooms, king size bed. Clean and tidy. Nice staff. Not too many services near. Easy access from the motorway. Boring and grey sorroundings, only office buildings.

Good hotel but somehow the corridors smelled "old". The room was good and clean. Staff were polite. Breakfast was really good.

The hotel is good, the services are satisfactory the chicken that I was served was excellent though their seafood has a huge room for improvement. Thanks for making my stay comfortable.

Comfort and quiet for a great professional stay in Las Rozas. Easy access to and from Madrid Center.

Good facilities, good bed and cleanliness very good. We asked for an extra large bed and everything perfect. The only problem that for us has been the temperature is too high in room 215, it is late December and I can't even breathe from the heat. We are sweating and we have turned off the air from the light box and there is nothing to do, considering that I am quite whopping, it is quite disconcerting. A very pleasant stay spoiled by not being able to sleep from the heat. A pity, really.

Business food has been all very good and very good service.

Comfortable, nice and quiet. Well located in the area of Las Matas, no noisy place, the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, the staff is friendly and attentive, the hotel is clean and has room to park on the outside. It usually has free rooms.

We called the hotel, and they said they didn't have rooms, but in booking there was availability, so we booked through them.
We arrived late, they handed us the hotel card, and it didn't work, at reception they insisted that if it should work but, after a lot of insisting, they finally came to open the door, which only worked with the receptionist's Master card, so we couldn't Leave together the room, otherwise we could not go back in without the help of the receptionist.
We were offered to change the room (surprise, there were now rooms available! ) But as we only pretended to sleep and leave, we were left with the room.
The room was at 25 when entering, an unbearable temperature to sleep, I tried to lower the thermostat, but it did not work. After an hour, we were already at 28.5 º C, with my wife, pregnant 8 months desperate and having a really bad.
At reception we are told to handle the electrical panel to turn it off, and if we are cold, we will manipulate again to turn it on again.
Even with this we managed to lower the room temperature, being our only way to cool the room to open the window.
With this we got back to the excessive 25 º C, but we did not get to sleep, as under the window there was hotel machinery making noise.
In the morning we found a towel covering the exit of the air conditioner, I imagine that some previous client would put there desperate, with the danger that I think it implies.

Good care and in very good condition. Fast access from A6.

Nice and friendly place to sleep, rooms are quite well equipped and sleeping quality is great.

Fuimos a comer unos compañeros, habíamos elegido el menú por adelantado y nos sirvieron muy bien y rápido, que era lo que necesitábamos. La comida muy buena y el precio razonable.

It has a very nice restaurant where you eat well every day. The portions are abundant and the quality is excellent. The best of the area.

We arrived in Madrid about nine in the evening with the consequent tiredness after a four-hour drive away and we find quite a surprise is unpleasant. We had booked the rooms (3 in total) via email and we had confirmed via phone. When we arrived with our booking, we say that this is not an effective reservation, which are not rooms to our name because for some reason you say "ignorance" they did not we had sent the confirmation of reservation (I think they simply forgot), after this tell us that they have rooms available, but that instead of 103€ bed and breakfast per room, we pay 116€ plus vat only accommodation, without breakfast. After this we ask the leaf of claims as they not only had sent email if not that it had spoken by phone to confirm the booking, at the time of request the fact sheet claims the employee tells us that you can stand the initial offering of 103€ with breakfast per room. I have felt cheated since at the time that it was, in a site that, for anything we know, in the middle of a holiday, if not we ask sheet no claims had been forced to pay a higher price for the rooms For the rest, the right hotel, rooms spacious and comfortable, a good breakfast buffet The bad apart from the above, the parsimony and slowness of the employee of reception to the time we checked in and give us the keys of our rooms.

The hotel is good in terms of facilities and cleanliness, but there is that pull the ears of the managers of the hotel, in the treatment of the client. Excellent hotel for business pruposes. Next to Las Rozas business park. Nice staff, large and clean rooms and fine breakfast.

Nice rooms, cleanness is good. Bad things: service (helpful, but not friendly at all. Always had the feeling that I was asking them some kind of favor), food (poor choice, especially for Spain. ), location (far away from anything in the World, but close to my office), Internet (guys, your Internet sux big time. ).
