Me hospedé en el hotel Silken puerta Madrid por trabajo. Las habitaciones son amplias y la cama cómoda, pero algo viejas. El suelo de moqueta hay partes en las que está totalmente desgastado y el mobiliario antiguo, por ejemplo las puertas del armario no abren bien. El gimnasio solamente tiene 4 cosas por lo que en realidad no se le puede llamar de tal manera… Una elíptica, una cinta, una bici y una máquina multifunción para hombro, nada más. La tarjeta de acceso a las habitaciones se está constantemente desmagnetización, por lo que casi cada vez que vas al gimnasio o dormitorio hay que pasar por recepción a que te la activen. A destacar el trato del personal de recepción, mostrándose en todo momento atento y pendiente de cualquier problema, un 10 para ellos.

One can so easily stay at the hotel because they have everything you need. Bus stop around the corner. Restaurant has good food and customer service. Tour materials available onsite.

A modern and functional hotel although with clear deficiencies in the service. Good rooms. Unenthusiastic and sparsely collaboration-oriented staff. Very tight prices although in view of what is received it ends up looking expensive.

It's an okay hotel. On the outskirts but has good bus connections to the city. Near the airport which is great. Service is variable. Great at the front desk — bar leaves you waiting without acknowledgement. Don't stay here for the food.

Modern, comfortable and spacious room. Good breakfast. The bathroom comes very well equipped with everything for personal grooming. It is far from the city centre and 15 minutes from the airport.

Great hotel. Customer service from the front desk was amazing and they let me check in and get my room a couple. Of hours earlier without extra fee which was very convenient, the room itself was super clean and the bathroom a piece of art. Will definitely stay again in this hotel for the future.

Good hotel, very close to the city centre and good location. Highlight the breakfast, cleanliness and comfort of your beds. As a negative point you hear the noises of the other rooms and the hallway, cleaning cart etc. Luckily in my stay it was not eccesivo the noise.

The room is big and modern, but the shower needs a bit of renovation. The breakfast is simply amazing. Friendly and helpful staff.

There are plants where smoking is allowed in the rooms. So for those who do not tolerate the aroma of tobacco well will not be to your liking the smell in the hallways.

The Hotel is very nice and comfortable. The value for money is great. I felt like I was at home. Maybe the worst is that it is hitting national 2 and to get out you have to take a rodeo, which is unsmoked jam. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very good customer service and located about 10 minutes from the airport. Close to public transportation to go downtown or €13 for their shuttle ride to downtown. Clean room, elevator, snak machines and a restaurant at the lobby.

This hotel is perfect to people that go to Madrid for business. Great staff and very close to the airport. If you want to go to the city center often is quiet far but there are cheap options. A bus stop is really close to the hotel and it takes you to Gran vía in 40 min.

The location is far to the center, but there is a bus (146) that takes you without problems… The rooms are simple but impeccable, great cleanliness, breakfast buffet very austere and little varied but good taste… friendly service. I was very happy.

We were there for a wedding. The beginning was outside dfor a cocktail, and the dinner was inside. Nice location where we could have music until late in the morning. The staff was gentle, and the dinning room was quite big, so we could dance in the same place. The quality of the food was very good. The access to public transportation from the hotel was not enough (only chance was taxi or uber). On the other hand, taxi fare to city center costed less than 10 euros.

Great stay! I cancelled my reservation from another hotel to come here and it was the best decision I made. Free airport shuttle on scheduled times. The second hotel shuttle also takes you to the central city and pick you up at scheduled times. Hotel staff is friendly and welcoming. Rooms are top notch with great amenities. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here next time I come to Madrid.

I really liked this hotel. It is not expensive and have very friendly staff. Great value for the price. They also have a free hotel shuttle. Breakfast is not included though, you would need to pay for it separately. Its about 45 minute away from city center if you are taking the bus. The bus is number 146 and takes you to city center for 1.5 Euros.

Low prices for 4star hotel, nice bathrooms, spacious bed, nice hallway, bathtub and shower are both available. Spacious meeting rooms. Perfect for meeting or vacation.

Great connection to airport. Rooms are big and really comfy. Love that the bathroom has both a shower and a bath. There could be a little bit more fruit in the breakfast selection.

Easy to get to the Metro from the airport, in 15 minutes always in the subway you are in the center. Comfortable Hotel with spacious and well-furnished and well-soundproofed rooms. Hotel near the airport large beds (in two you'll get lost). Nearby is the 146 bus that takes you to Puerta del Sol (city centre).
Very spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub. Only flaw that the towels were dirty.
I recommend it as a quality price.

It has well equipped training rooms, let you adjust both temperature and lighting. Service of meals ideal for this type of event.

Great hotel near the airport. The town centre is about 30 minutes away by bus so was easy to get to. They offer a free shuttle to the airport too. I ignorantly assumed everyone would speak English but that isn't the case so some communication challenges, but I see that as my problem. It claims it has a "gym" but if you want to do free weights it is pretty poor and doesn't even have dumbbells. Would stay here again, especially for the price!

Very good customer service, and disposal. We had outstripped the mini-bus and we were picked up on a schedule not hired. There is a bar in which you can just take a coffee to normal price, if you are not interested in paying for a full breakfast.

It's pretty old fashioned and not very stylish. The Wi-Fi connection is the worst I have seen in any hotel so far. This should definitely improve.

Although the hotel is very good (decor, care, and personal), your situation does not convince us much. Just spend a couple of buses and no metro near by, so the best way is to go by car or taxi, leaving the resulting pulp in it.

I stayed one night on the 5th of August, and the room was perfect, the bed very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

My last stay there was disappointing.

Great 4 star hotel located on the outskirts of Madrid. The hotel is well connected although you have to go by car. Calle Alcalá is located just 15 minutes walk. It has private parking expensive but you can park outside without problems. The service was pretty good. Room was large and very clean.
