Entorno y habitación es precioso, la cena fue muy buena y el desayuno completo. El spa es pequeñito pero bonito. El servicio, en algunos casos, no acaba de estar a la altura.

I gave a romantic pack and it was a missense! They were not given the option to enjoy the spa as they said it was full and at 20h it was closed without people. The bottle of Cava forgot to put it in the room. At dinner as they had a group took a lot and by not liking the first course they offered to change it for a salad but it never came. The next day they didn't even give the good morning, did they? Unprofessional, call to make the timely claim, they told me that they commented with the director because he was not and with kitchen and it has been 3 weeks and have not given signs of life. A disaster, nor will I ever return or recommend.

Nice and meets what is expected of a 4 star hotel, but on the web is not warned that you have to book the spa and once there you find the surprise. Lucky they could find a hole the next day. The spa is of the small, for 3 maximum patejas and already you feel that it invades your space…

Cozy and relaxing. Had a cocktail workshop which I very much enjoyed.

Location and excellent place. The rooms right though the single beds are nothing from the other world. The restaurant is fine, all very nice although the menu and service is just right, nothing spectacular.

Beautiful facilities but needs better management. We stayed for one night only and staff were friendly. Breakfast was understaffed resulting in no clean tables or food and general stress of the one waiter who was trying to do his best. We were the first ones to enter in the spa in the morning and it also had signs of no staff — piles of towels from the night before, dirty showers etc. This lack of management sours the experience which is a shame as the potential of this place is amazing.

The hotel is nice; But we found the room (the bathroom in particular) dirty (it had not happened neither the broom, nor the mop). The breakfast buffet is from 10:20 am. There was nothing and had to ask for things to be able to have breakfast. Nice hotel But the service was bad.

The hotel is spectacular. An excellent place and a great deal. Fantastic rooms. The breakfast was quite full. With what we have not qudado happy is with the dinner menu price/quantity/quality ratio. You only get 1 bottle of water per table, there were four of us, and no booze. The rest charge separately.

Spectacular good price. Good food. Clean cozy and very friendly. Highly recommended place. For 159 EUR Pack Romantico includes fine dining and Esquisita. Spa. Cava. Surprise chocolates or strawberries. Buffet-style breakfast is also included in price although it does not put it in if web. I leave photos dinner and cava in room. Repeat safe.

A splendid hotel to have a few days of relax and disconnect from the stress of the city and of the work. It features a private spa which you can request upon arrival or your reservation. In addition, the rooms are large and beautiful. The service was very attentive. It is worth to highlight that its restaurant makes delicious dishes.

Comfortable and welcoming rooms with a beautiful view. Spa something small but sufficient control to prevent the agglomeration of people. Perhaps the weaker part restaurant. Although the quality is not always good they respect presented menu.

We took a suit a couple of days, very bad room service came to our bed at 6 in the afternoon. The spa very hot environment you mareabas and you had that out. The girl who was in the spa was not never because it was towards massages. Left you on the counter top towels and tapeworms that guessed that they were for you. And for high pedi a massage session at 12 and was almost the 1 when I wanted it to, I of course refused and stayed as quiet. The service is very bad to have so many stars. I've been to 1 star hotels who have treated me better. And that I was in a suit.

Very cozy, a short walk from the outlet La Roca, spacious rooms, good breakfast, staff attentive. Its a little difficult location, should be better stated.

What better environment. Right now we are hosted. Reserve 1 double and two singles. Yesterday was chaotic. It was light for two hours and due to this we communicate to 19.30 h that does not make for dinner service. We hire and half board. A lot of people, a few tables, the coffee queue continues. The machine is not made of if. Could change it. Machine, toast bread spoiled. We leave the hotel at 10 and return at 16.00 h. Surprise, the three rooms booked without doing. Amazing… here's hoping that we do the rooms. This is a 4-star? Do not deserve. See as remain the rest of the days. We have a reservation until Sunday. In addition in in bar is complicated to ask something. There is almost never anyone in the bar. Tables dirty and ashtrays full of cigarette butts. So if the tonic has price of 4 stars, 9 €. A day in the hotel. Yesterday we were finally able to dine in the restaurant, coarse sand. A fantastic dinner. A very good product. Waiters are somewhat clueless. Before dinner we tried the spa. It is small and very noisy. The truth is that it is not very relaxing. Only two sun loungers. This morning we went down to breakfast and the climbing we had done the three rooms. I imagine that made its effect on the complaint the day before about it.

We were a weekend, the hotel is comfortable has cosy rooms, very good breakfast with a delicious ham bocadillitos. Staff very pleasant and attentive. If I had to put a downside it would be that the Spa is not integrated in the building of the hotel and when you leave, if it is winter, you get something destemplada, otherwise perfect.

We love the hotel. Half an hour from Barcelona and 15 minutes from la Roca Village is a haven of peace.

Maybe overpriced. The temperature in the SPA is just far too hot. Almost a torture.

Is a hotel small, very mono and very familiar. The restaurant is good, you invite macarons to accompany the coffee if you don't ask for the menu. The service very friendly and attentive. Also breakfast is very complete, with many breads and pastries, the truth that very good. The rooms, of medium size, but complete for the price they have. The only thing limping a bit is in the spa, jacuzzi water was cold. And the girl who was attending at the spa was quite impolite, but hey, would have a bad day.
Is ta located in a urbanization very quiet so not be oia any noise, perfect to disconnect.
