A small room. Very loud air-condition. However the room has been cleaned every day. The staff is helpful. The breakfast is very good.

With no hints of extravagance, the Hotel Catalunya Express in Tarragona offers comfortable and price-adjusted accommodation. Cleaning and predisposition to night rest. Five minutes from the RENFE train station.

Small rooms but comodisimas, very good care and eats very very well; Already wanted many hotels in 3 and up to 4 stars approaching this. Very good.

Impeccable welcome. A hostess is charming at every level that speak French. Room nickel a very good price, rich breakfast. I recommend them without hesitation.

The Uruguayan lady who welcomed us was very professional, patient and pleasant. He provided us with what we requested right away and even brought it to us in the room. The room was not very fancy nor very large but for a two star it was sufficiently clean and well equipped. Breakfast was also highly recommended. The only problem would be the parking that is paid by the streets but propose a special price in the parking La Pedrera which is next door for 13 euros 24 hours. The soundproofing is better. Finally, good value for money.

Good place to sleep from work if you book in the hotel directly free breakfast, it is simple but perfect and the deal excellent.

That we are going to ask a two stars, I advise to look for another alternative of comfort, I do not speak of the treatment, if not of the place.

The rooms have the walls as sheets of smoking paper. And if you are cold and want to put the radiator you can not because they control the on/off. So you'll be warm when they feel like it. And they answer you… That there are blankets in the dresser.

Very good location Friendly and helpful staff. The room was very small Internet available everywhere.
Only small mole, the shower compartment very sacrificed and lack of parking, so either leave the car in the green car parks at €3 every 2 hours (night free) or go to the parking agreement at 13 €/gg.

It's pretty clean, neat and careful. The packs to get to know the city, you better not take them, because they do not have them. The air didn't work in the room, I opened the window and they came in mosquitoes that didn't let me sleep. Breakfast is Justito, but for the price you can not ask for more. Half board is dinner with menu: 4 First and 4 seconds (at 21:00h and they had finished one of the seconds) the Wi-Fi works pretty well. The reception is correct. There is no elevator, no bar or cafeteria in the hotel.

Stayed in a single room for two nights. Room was tiny but clean and comfortable. Bathroom was also clean. Staff is very friendly and the price was great. I would recommend Catalunya Express if you are looking for a basic hotel in Tarragona. Very convenient to the train station and beach and a short walk to centre.

Location is good, rooms are small, but everything is good: service, bed, towels, breakfast, staff. Girls at reception are very helpful, they speak many languages. We enjoyed our stay at Catalunya Express. The price is reasonable and a place is pleasant with all you need.

Surprisingly clean and very good value for money for 2* and strategically less than 5 min walk to the train station.

Central location a few minutes from the sea. Very clean, friendly staff we did one night and slept well.
They accept animals happily.

Poor Service, high prices. Problems with aircondition in the room, an the staff ignored my requests, a lot of noise in the room.

Good hotel for short stay. Close to the beach on foot. On the other hand, very difficult to Park!

The only good thing is that it is right next to the station. Noisy rooms, tiny shower. Acceptable breakfast.

The difference is in the human team, are professional, and hopitalarios. The best of tarragona.

Good presence, 2 accurate minutes from the train station that connects for example, Port Aventura or Barcelona. The rooms are quite good, although for my taste not very large. Upon entering the hotel seems to be a pension or an ordinary building which have enabled it to be hotel, but without place to doubt this great, the breakfast is continental and has it all. I'll be back.

A bit dissapointed about room because there were no soap in bathroom, AC very loud and has no normal control, TV also with no control (i don't understand spanish, so I wanted to use meniu and change language into english, but…).
Another bad thing is car parking… I had to park my car about 500m or more from hotel, because there is no free parking near hotel or they own parking area… Everything else is Ok.
Breakfast is very good, lots of food and very tasty… … So in my opinion this hotel is worth of 2 stars, but no more…

Friendly reception staff cant say the same for the cleaners. The hotel is clean however they took forever to get to our room. Breakfast isnt worth 6€ as all there was, was few toasties and a coffee but it was included in the price. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Great area.

A good hotel to make a getaway in this city.

All right, don't expect more, but it is not correct.

A good dormitory. 114 room does not have Wi-Fi. In the area difficult to Park. To the sea to walk about 15 minutes. The beach is good. Grocery stores in the area a little.

We really liked us, attention is excellent, very friendly and very good breakfast.
