Nice location. But the apartment seemed a bit old. Great heating and good parking.

Apartment acceptable. Poorly purified pool with murky water and lots of chlorine, fatal to the eyes. It doesn't have a washing machine, you have to pay it separately. They manifest thename politically : yellow ribbon at reception.

Had dinner there tonight. Quite good, but not nearly worth the money they charge. Provide good information on local walks.

Nice hotel run by a local family with great spa.

Not advisable with a bad relationship quality price. The rooms are too small, ask for a reform of screams notandose too old and the bathrooms better not to speak. The area is full of better options and for sure treat you better.

Family Hotel, well located, the staff charming and attentive. The breakfast buffet varied. The restaurant with a letter where they combine flavors in a very special way. The cleaning service very good. A weekend, a week, to repeat, we will come back.!

I've been coming to this hotel at summer since I'm a child, because Sort is my grand-mother birth town. I've had the best days here with my family. They treat us kindly and I've seen all the improvements they did over the years. Maybe decoration is a bit antique, but confort and food is awesome. Totally recommended. If you see a lot of negative reviews it's because political reasons and revenge. The owner expressed support to the political prisoners related to the independence movement of Catalonia. Pro-unity fascist groups asked their members to low their reviews as a punishment, which I think it's horrendous. Please don't let them fool you… the place is great, staff is kind. You won't be disappointed and as far as I know, the political opinion of an individual doesn't affect to their job.

An amazing hotel in the middle of the Pyrenees, I love it because you have a good rooms, Wi-Fi and activities, in reception people is lovely and they can explain with amability all atractions! I will repeat, sure!

Super friendly staff. Best breakfast ever! (Super breakfast). But completely overrun by bus tourists. Unfortunately, not the top class of society, so it gets loud and unsavory at breakfast when you have breakfast with the bus tourists at the bottle time.
Unfortunately, you have to pay extra for the use of the bath. This clouds the otherwise good picture of the hotel.

We initially booked for the self-catering appartement, but we weren't very impressed, so we asked them to change it to the hotel — very helpful and did everything to help us and we had a lovely break. The food at the restaurent was a bit hit and miss. Definately recommend the leg of lumb for two!
