Alberg Roques Blanques Hotel

I was very unhappy with my stay at Zoetry. I specifically chose this location because I wanted quiet, peace, cleanliness, and a beach experience.
The moment I arrived I was a little surprised at the resort. I wasn’t expecting it to be as aged as it was. My room had a plunge pool which was not at all like the pictures — I could not see the beach or water from my plunge pool as advertised. It also was not as private as I expected it to be.
I met one of the hotel reps in the Library who offered to assist planning my days. I told her I was interested in going to the Mayan Museum, and she said she would arrange it in addition to a tequila tasting experience outside the hotel. I only ended up being taken to a luxury store at a different hotel where a salesman spent 2 hours forcibly attempting to get me to buy jewellery and alcohol, not taking no for an answer. My driver didn’t even end up taking me to the museum which is the only thing I wanted to experience. The “presentation” ended up being another 2 hour sales pitch by their agents to buy into a luxury membership where again, they were pushy and would not take the first “no” for an answer. That whole day where I needed to relax and enjoy the resort I experienced sales vultures trying to exploit me.
My last day the pool service was not great. It took them a long time before providing any service to me, they just kept walking right by me. Food is very small portions and just okay.

Hostel located next to Ribes de Freser in good location for skiing, beside the National.
We made an online reservation in high season (February) to stay overnight in a weekend of skiing for 4, but for two illness they could not come; We did not cancel the reservation, change dates and we were able to make any change of room everything And warn two days in advance And we had to sleep two in one of four with empty beds (paying for four). The staff was very friendly And helpful.
The Room was just for 4 but enough, with heating And views of the valley (see photo). The toilets And showers were clean, but the room does not. We found Ourselves under the bunk beds And over the bottles And glasses of the previous visitors. During the night we also woke up the cries of children rooms of the same floor, full of families (it is ideal for this audience).
As It is outside populated it becomes necessary the parking; It is just for all the people who went to the hostel but luckily we found the place.
It Should be noted that it is located in an idyllic natural Area And is perfect also for nature sports such as hiking.
In short, quite good but not perfect in our case.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Maybe a new paved road would not go bad, but all very very well.

The hostel is located in a very nice and quiet place, close to the river. The staff are attentive, even though they don't speak English. The rooms are comfortable. You have suites bring your own sleeping bag. Breakfast is typical for a hostel. A highly recommended place.

Quiet and familiar atmosphere. Nature environment with countless possible excursions.
It is very clean and the breakfast is very complete.
Free coffee, water and tea all day.
To say the least, the showers take a long time to get out of the hot water. There are no hooks inside to hang towel and the window in the showers is big and gives out to the entrance, if there is someone downstairs you can see it. I have not been to other hostels but this I found a very good choice for family weekend.

I liked the place, all very clean and the food good and abundant. The reception was good and attentive, my only drawback is that if you don't know the place at night it is hard to see the entrance of the road but the hostel is recommended.

A ten to spend a few days with the kids. Very clean and good atmosphere.

Clean, friendly, comfortable and good dinner that you can ask for.
