➜ 3 star hotel that if you stand out for something is for the friendliness of its staff. Cleaning is improved. In my case, for example, the room I stayed in had recently been painted, which I noticed not only because of the state of the walls but because of the remains of paint on the doors and somewhere else, as well as for the protective tape that still covered the vents air conditioning. Apart from that detail, the overall cleanliness was also not good at first (lint and hairs on the floor). On one occasion my daughter dropped the colony boat to the ground, shattering. The surprise was when after the room service we observed that the crystals were still in the area where the accident occurred. We reported the fact at reception and sent cleaning staff. Greater surprise even when back we found that they had not removed the crystals that were less visible; they went on until two days later we saw the person responsible for the cleaning and told him. In his favor to say that from this moment on, the overall cleanliness had a noticeable improvement; even if the remains of paint remain there until indefinitely.
As for the food, it is of medium quality and the variety is scarce to be buffet type. 85% of things were repeated at noon and at night day after another, and breakfast was always the same. Cleanliness is also improved in the restaurant.

The lifeguard and animation people a 10! They have been super friendly and nice.
The room/apartment is huge and we took sea view so beautiful.
The mattress and pillows are very comfy.
But…
If you want silence, ask over the pool as we got above the night music!
On the other hand:
— One day we ate at the free buffet and the truth that variety Super fair, there were more desserts than food, and also had no great quality. The bread was frozen! And the waiter gave us a bottle of water started… (We complain clearly)
— The rooms should make a change of mobiliairio because chairs, tables, glass door and others are not very well, but the worst is the CLEANLINESS itself.
We entered with cobwebs on the balcony and we left having even more than at first, in fact the balcony or look at it. And we knew they would make the room for the bed and towels because the cleanliness is very very very fair in the room.
I do not know if everyone, but in our room, the kitchen did not have plates/cutlery, glasses or anything… The fridge was not good, had to fix my husband and the vitro a fire did not work.
— The indoor pool is required to use the
Cap (€3) but the falling water is from the outside which is without cap. Meaning pool full of hairs from outside, but you have to wear hat.
