Very bad experience overall, very disappointing, opened up the day that we get and from there is a disaster, all in a hurry, Spa was not working, the room very left for what you pay, the buffet without comments, don't you know what you served because nothing poster in buffet were the dishes. The bar workers, great reception and restaurant waiters and lifeguard very well. For me a 4 star hotel is not far off.

Disgusting food, there's nowhere to catch it. No seating or controls against the COVID situation in public areas. Very small pool and too many people without a mask. Very poor animation, the boys put a lot of interest but without stereos in condition. The cove very bad, full of stones and algae. The very expensive drinks because they are paid separately; 218€ a full board night in these conditions in a 4* hotel is a theft and a disgrace.

We have been this weekend and the truth is that nothing to do with what you see on the internet. With the current situation of covid they do not have any surveillance or control, the pools without capacity everyone without a mask, in the buffet they only give you gloves to use and throw away but in the queues no safety distance, the food very scarce and nothing appetizing every day the same. The animation, the guys try but the material they have doesn't help, the speakers are not heard. Drinks in bars are excessive and very slow.
The truth is that it has disappointed me.

Very good hotel to go with children. Good pools, good buffet, good treatment of the staff and good price. Lots of activities and next to the beach.
Without a doubt I recommend it.
And of course we will repeat!

Hotel de 4 estrellas sin sorpresas. Buen buffet y buenas actividades para niños y adultos en temporada alta. Lo recomendaría para ir con niños.

Un excelente Hotel para ir tanto en pareja como para ir con niños. Un ambiente muy familiar, donde la mayoría son familia con pequeños. Un ubicación maravillosa. Dispone en el mismo lugar de piscina al aire libre y interior, parque de juegos al lado de la piscina y a 50 metros un acceso a la playa. Una relación calidad precio muy ajustada. Los servicios que ofrece son suficientes y por encima de otros hoteles. La calidad de la comida buena. Las habitaciones son adecuadas. Dispone de parking de pago a 5€ día un precio razonable. Sin duda un sitio dónde ir.

The stay has been good. We took a room for 4 people with 2 beds of 1.35 and terrace with sea views. The food of Bufet is quite buea and varied with live cooking. The staff who work at the hotel are very attentive and always try to help and make your stay more comfortable. It is a hotel where the little ones have a special prominence, with good animations. It's another way of vacation for the little ones. Recommended site.

Was greatly disappointed by children activities, no-one hardly spoke in English. If you are English spoken only then this place is not for you. Food was great.

Hotel a little dark at the lobby but the outdoor pools and the beach are good. In addition, a hiking trail passes nearby to discover other deserted coves and a pleasant walk on the cliffs.
All rooms have a balcony overlooking the sea and are ok. The catering (buffets) not very varied but correct with a service always considerate. The breakfast buffets are excellent and more varied than for dinners or lunches.
You can order a good bottle that is reserved and served on request during meals. 4 days restful despite many marches. Not much to see in the town next door, the hiking trail after the campsite becomes dotted with garbage. The rather shabby restaurants for this small town charge mind-blowing rates, especially for fish coming from the port at 200m. (20 to 18 euros a sole…).

Very good hotel where we have 15 great days.
The pool is however too small impossible to swim so there are people and the sunbeds are reserved for 10am in the morning… We leave his things to keep his place, too bad for the others.
We weren't there for the pool fortunately. You have very nice beaches next door much less crowded.
The food is good and varied, lots of fish.
Half board is possible at noon or in the evening by warning before 5pm for the next day.
Attention the water is paid but obviously at the end of the stay you are reimbursed …
We didn't test the spa or the massages.
The staff are very nice and many speak French.
There are animations for young and old but in Spanish.
I would recommend this hotel which is well located and or not much is missing.

Totally family friendly hotel. It is perfect to go with the youngest of home (up to 15-16 years).
It has three swimming pools with different environments so that each bather can feel comfortable depending on their age /stage. Around the pools there are many hammocks and a couple of bars so you don't need to leave them. There is also an exclusive beach of the hotel that without being very large is very useful.
The menu of the dining room is very complete with healthy food and dishes adapted to the children. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are well sized and in good condition.

A family hotel. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is the highlight of the hotel in my opinion, the dishes are tasty and varied, worthy of a gastronomic restaurant. The private beach is nice when you want to swim in swimming pool and at the sea. There are daily activities and evening entertainment for the big and small. If I have a tip to give it is ded'exploit more the private beach (cleaning, offer sports or fun activities, offer umbrellas and deckchairs more comfortable)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean room. Quality bedding (small flat on the oreillet…) overlooking the coastline for all the rooms, with still a better view for some rooms. Small balcony with table and Chair.

Spa in addition to 7 euros per room with Hamam, sauna, Jacuzzi and heated swimming pool.

It was a very old hotel. Bar to avoid minimum SERVICE. Sangria and white wine very disappointing and served without accompaniments. Very good restaurant and very good choice. Very good wine. Helpful and efficient staff. Room Very good bedding. Very nice view of the sea. Nice Hotel Club. Evening entertainment. On the other hand everything is paying extra: spa Indoor pool safe parking and especially the water. No water fountain anywhere. At the restaurant we pay the water.

We have visited this hotel 4 times in the last year, a very good choice for families with children. The entertainment team is very attentive, the buffet is very correct and the facilities are well preserved. Very good value for money.

Hotel for families, quality price I'll give you a six. 5… they make shows and activities for the children, the food passable, buffet little varied and normal quality, nothing of the other world… is separated from the village, has beach in front and the outdoor swimming pools are quite well… Spa and gym quite justito yesterday actually.

It doesn't deserve the four stars. It is outdated and needs urgent reforms. The staff is quite unfriendly in general. Too bad the enclave is beautiful.

Good place to visit in the company of children, good animation group with evening shows, recently refurbished firm, in phase of reorganization, that is one of the weaknesses of the firm, you are not accompanied to the table and that generates wait in the middle of the room and not You know if you should look for a life to sit down or a waiter will come and accommodate you at the table. The food is provided in value for money. Regarding the SPA, two mini-saunas, a Jacuzzi for 6 people, with 12 inside and a gym with three machines, two pairs of dumbbells and a few discs and dumbbells out there. Great place for a family visit with small children.

First of all, to emphasize that it is a family hotel, suitable for families with children. This is not a problem if you know what you are going to. The facilities and rooms in general are spacious and with great views of the sea. The cove of the hotel was sloppy, with a lot of algae and bad smell. The children's entertainment night… okay, the kids enjoy it. But it can be annoying to other guests. The much-criticized free buffet to me was very correct. Don't expect supreme quality obviously, but I think that more than satisfies, for variety and quantity. The parking outside is very limited and the Hotel, is of payment. I think that if you go in August, you have to go mentalizad@ that's going to be a lot of people and many children. The experience, I am sure that improvement in other months of the year.

We decided to dine in old night at this hotel and as it is normal one night so one pays more no problem.
Although the is nice, the atmosphere was fine and the staff were friendly the dinner was horrible of very poor quality and little amount, I have eaten better at a roadside bar for €12.
First of all a soup that wise to fish pill of the Mercadona, then turbot that was worth nothing with sauce to mask, then ice cream of green apple with flavor to chemical, then a sirloin of Galician veal that was worth nothing, meat of the minimum quality, with a lot of salsa too, it was a table of 10 and we put a quantity ridiculous of nougat (not for one person), the table wine quite peleon, for dessert the chocolate brownie but bad that I have tasted in my life, the ball of yogurt was good and the cava was a freixenet very Well, the grapes were all with twig bits and everyone had to empty the bags to remove them.
I resent paying for something like that and go so to sack to make box, that menu is not worth €95 or €20, many people do not like but most were retired and did not care.
My comment is totally honest because I had eaten well at this hotel on another occasion.

Hotel a little ancient and not very cared for but still posing as a luxury hotel located a little out of the country and with rooms and staff a bit ' untouched.

Had to stay here for one night, unfriendly service and dirty rooms. Some brown stains on the toilet seat, dirty shower and many Moskitos to share our room with. Do not recommend!

Brilliant holiday hear only down side is the nearest town is 1.6k away. It's a small town with few shops. Train in to salou and port aventura is €27.90 for 3 passengers. But worth the commute for a good day out.

So where to start… first the hotel is presented as a 4 star which is not the case: a 3 max for Esp standards and a 2 for the Fr.
Then the hotel should be really refreshed, because the décor dates back to the 80s… the walls still bear the stygmates of the mosquitoes that invade the hotel. No shadow point in the balcony and a vieillo goldsmith they try to conceal with an automatic diffuser (ttes hours) is very noisy.
The pools: a hot tub quickly saturated, one for babies and finally a great one for everyone that I recommend until 12:30 max after the water is tromble and limit unsuitable for swimming no one showers before going there …
The beach is close but unfortunately the algae pollute it.

The animators are friendly and know their jobs
In the evening the annimations start at 10 p. M. And end at midnight. So it's impossible to get the kids to sleep first.
The food is varied and worthy of a rather correct flunch and tt is made live. It is industrial at will and the same water drinks are paid for as an example 1. €95 a 50cl bottle of flat water.
Sometimes a culinary theme in the week, on 2 weeks I could have Chinese and Mexican for that matter for info never eat sushi they are not commestible …
If you decide to come, take your car, because there is the city center of Ametlla, but we quickly go around!

Everything super good but the best the animation, est@s chic@s they do super well, are morning, afternoon and night giving everything, I doubt that this sufficiently valued their work, they are certainly the ones who carry the hotel forward.
Also the opening of the Pizzeria has given a tip to the hotel, the quality is superior to that of the buffet, it is all delicious, in addition to the pizza made in the stone oven.
Rooms and cleanliness were correct.
The beach bar would be nice if it opened every day and will extend the schedule a little.

Standard plastic hotel. Dining room is a self service affair with a wide selection of food, but the hot meals are more tepid than hot. The restaurant is noisy somewhat like a holiday camp rather than a hotel.

I spent a night at this hotel for a wedding, the location is awesome, the service was really nice, the breakfast is pretty nice and the rooms were quite good. The only problem I encountered is that the bath got a bit stucked so whenever I had a shower there was 5cm of water which was a bit disgusting.

In an environment perfect, with a Creek just opposite. Very reasonable prices for families. Ideal for travel with children. Very close to Port Aventura and the Delta of the Ebro. Over the years already noticed in its facilities.
