Eventhough the hotel is a little dated and a refurbishment would be time did we have an awesome time thanks to the great employees. The nice Lady in the restaurant provided excellent service and was a dream. We had to check out earlier because of a morning flight, night audit was perfect and incredible friendly.

A very comfortable hotel in the North Zone of Reus, very close to the new shopping centre La Fira de Reus and annex to the commercial area of Carrefour.
A very quiet place with a large entrance Hall where the reception, a bar with several tables and two rooms for reception of visitors.
It also has several rooms for both business and family events.
The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with a marble bathroom divided into two sections by a glass door.
It has very good finishes and takes care of the details.
TV more than 40 inches but with very few channels and has a small refrigerator with minibar and safe in the room.

Poor cleanliness and staff not available breakfast a disaster.

Close to the centre and shopping Centre, good parking.

I havn't been in any room but the girl who attends me was so confortable.

I've been working on a weekend. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very central, easy to get to and well connected.

PET FRIENDLY Very nice welcome with a nice staff. Big garage for my car no problem with the box on the top. Welcome to my two dogs one Labrador and a small one paid 20 euros extra really appreciate continue I will be back! Clean rooms needing soon some renovetion PET FRIENDLY.

It's a little outdated but well located and the staff very friendly. The right Breakfast.

Comfortable rooms although with separate beds, small details are missing such as toothpaste and brush to use and pull, deodorant, thread and needle, although it indicates that you can request some at reception. The prices of the bar furniture are a bit excessive, otherwise this quite well.

For me the most important thing is the comfort and this hotel needs improvement. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The cleanliness also leaves you wanting.

Convenient and strategic location of Reus, close to the highway and not far from the center. Quiet, clean and with good service. Bar service included in the lobby at very reasonable prices. Excellent also the restaurant open from Monday to Saturday, food with fresh ingredients, seasonal and good quality at a reasonable price. Private underground parking for a fee. The breakfast buffet is great, both for the salty and for the dessert.

Spacious rooms located 15 minutes from the center of Reus and has 5 of the mall a very cordial and complete service.

I've been going to this hotel regularly for the past 4 years and I've never been disappointed. The staff's very professional and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are a good size and well equipped, and there's a great selection of products for breakfast: all you need for a few days business in the region. Moreover, it is only a short walk away from all the restaurants in Reus. Only 1 issue you can have is with an eventual noisy neighbor. The walls are really thin and if your next door friend decides to watch TV until 4 in the morning, you'll hear it as if it were in your room. Nothing a good bang on the wall can't solve…

Breakfast is excellent and fresh! Rooms are nice but nothing to write home about. Parking is too expensive at €15 a night. Staff is friendly. Great for business trips.

Good place to stay while in Reus. The rooms are not bad but perhaps might need slight update.

5 political starlets for the bidet. That said, there is to add that the environment is really well maintained, glazed to shiny, with modern furnishings, comfortable and cozy. Spacious, comfortable and bright, free wi-Fi, ample buffet in the morning at breakfast, good location near the city centre, friendly and helpful staff. My choice to stay in Reus.

Very new and well kept hotel. Modern.

Hotel range medium to good price and breakfast decent.

Friendly staff that speaks good English and decently adorned rooms. However, the AC is very weak, the walls are very thin and the bed is quite hard.

Generally okay, but the rooms are in need of renovation, there is a bathtub with a shower integrated. Easy mould in the bathroom and smell of chlorine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was too expensive for €12.

Good breakfast, but room and ambience not up to date anymore (stuck somewhere in the 90s). Friendly staff except waitress at breakfast. Expensive parking lot (would have been 17 EUR / day in our case — no thanks)

Very nice hotel we stayed my partner and I for 4 days and the truth is that the treatment was very good, very bright and large room and very good food. Perfect hotel to go visit places around and above all the shops of Reus, since with only 10 minutes you get to the center of the city. I highly recommend it.

Good hotel near Carrefour and Lauren cinemas.

The junior suite not this renewed and the bathroom is small and with transparent door. There is no coffee maker either. Conclusion: it is a standard large living room.
