Stayed in this hotel because of the very low price and its location, right at the Station Malgrat de Mar, it is very convenient to go to Barcelona! It's only from a low price! The rest is past! Constant noise gamut from an insane number of children! In the dining room if it is called food! The worst in Malgrat de Mar and Santa Susanna I personally have not seen! At the reception of non-Russian speakers, and returning here an hour after leaving the hotel, forgot on the balcony a couple of pairs of washed socks, no one could find them to me! So soda if only 2.5 tons of rubles with half-board cost 2.5 tons.

Waifai for the money. There is no air conditioning in the standards. It's hot, it's stuffy in the room. Only the buffet and the sea are a 3-minute walk away.

The hotel restaurant can not accommodate all visitors, people are queuing waiting for a free table; in the rooms themselves terrible beds, creaking so that you wake up; There is no free Wi-Fi, for a week of use cost 25 euros per person; check out of the hotel room at 10am and if you leave after lunch or dinner the hotel doesn't feed you anything else on departure day other than breakfast; regular companies of local teenagers (aggressive) near the hotel, who throw tourists at the feet of pitards, sometimes cans in which pitards. Also, these teenagers trade schmal, and they use it themselves.

A nice little resort town and a cozy family hotel with very tasty cuisine. The only downside is the rooms facing the pool are noisy. But there is proximity to the sea and nice streets with a bunch of shops.

The Hotel is pleased with its location: The city Center, near the train station (not noisy), the beach across the street. Outdoor swimming pool inside the hotel. The Staff is polite, but the Russian language does not speak.
Very noisy visitors. Mostly children (perhaps this hotel is used in the spirit of the children's camp). And very thin walls. At night it is very well audible, as the wall snores a neighbor, from above constantly moved furniture. And children sang from below (probably from 21 till 24 the entertaining program passes). In General, if you plan an active vacation (most of the time to spend not in the hotel), it will go.

Hotel is clean, but it is very dated. The beds are too hard and not comfortable. There is no hair dryer. The room is very basic. It is so humid in the rooms that the inside of the blackout curtain is wet and sticking to the sliding glass door. The food is okay in the cafeteria. **I realize that I sounded all negative in my review, and it wasn't as bad as it sounded. It was all of those things that I said, but it was also very clean, almost on the beach, and close to great places to shop and eat. It is also right behind a train station, so that is convenient. There is a lot of noise at night, but I don't think that's the hotel's fault. Thank you for providing the hair dryer. I wondered how it ended up in my room.

Lovely little hotel. Food was great and all but 1 staff member were very friendly. For a 3 ⭐️hotel it was ok. Entertainment was up to much at night. So a walk into town for a cocktail and a coffee was always welcome. Plenty of local amenities close by and the train station was right outside the door.

Considering the price there is nothing to criticize about this modest hotel very well placed.

The restaurant can accommodate more than 200 people and the dishes are varied, but it remains a canteen kitchen…

Precarious or a sad pill of soap for the bathroom, the mattresses are only springs nailed on your back, does not have hair dryer, the aluminum balconies no longer have bearings to be able to move them, and the panoramic elevator lost hydraulic fluid, often yuyu …

So when we arrived the lady at reception was very rude as when we asked about trips just pointed at the books and said a tour guide will be her but I don't know when (no one showed up for a whole week) and upon entering our room there was sand all over the floor the door for the balcony was broken and would not shut we told reception but nothing was done there was numerous things in the room that was either broken or didn't work such as the TV no remote and the food was what we expected but due to being vegetarian all we eat was chips, pasta, spinach based things and cheese that can only be described as plastic, the bar area was the only good part about this hotel staff were friendly and good variety of drinks for all inclusive, overall this hotel was the only thing that ruined the holiday.

Was there from 12 to 26 September and had a lovely time. Rooms were lovely cleaned regularly. Staff were very friendly from reception, bar and cleaning staff they couldn't be nicer. Had a really enjoyable stay and will be back. Thank you all.

It's in a stunning part of the town and the food is good. All inclusive drink variety is quite limited. The staff are friendly and helpful. Originally my husband and I were given a room with 2 single beds but moved us with no hassle after we asked for a double bed. There's a nice pool but no one really uses it as it's freezing cold! It's advertised that superior rooms either have a view of the beach or the square. However the beach view is impeded by the train station and railway running in front of it which also wakes you up in the morning! The communal areas are beautiful but I think a little of that money should have gone into the rooms which are basic and in need of some new bed covers! It's cheap, it's basic, just make sure you have activities planned as there's not much in the way of entertainment.

I was at this hotel sorra d'or last week my first ever holiday abroad and it was a shambles the hotel was so dirty had to live out our case for the week because of the dampness in the wardrobe my friend had a stupid little camp bed every time she moves it would close up I ask at the reception if someone could change it they said they'll send house keeping up to the room am home over a week and still no housekeeping arrived the food was descusding I send a pic to my son who said what ever you do don't eat that it was that bad looking the pool was so dirty as Well didn't go near it no entertainment that I saw it was just a total disaster from beginning to end couldn't get home fast enough.

It needs a good maintenance to this Hotel, water without pressure, slides that do not run, luckily we touched a room with sea view, the only good thing. Impressive queues to enter, Decontrol between reception and Hotel waitresses, food… No Comments. Outdoor swimming pool without sun, in short super old and dirty facilities. We won't be back.

Lovely staff who are very friendly. There's a decent selection of food, however everything will not be to people's liking. A bit disappointed by the entertainment, but it's a place that is best for what you are paying for. It's also seconds away from the beach.

Lovely place to stay. Food is amazing. Clean. Staff are very friendly. Everyone on reception speak English. A lot Russian families staying in hotel. Very polite. Beach are very clean. 5 euro for umbrella. Malgrat de Mar is small town with nice shops and restaurants. Trains each 30 min to Barcelona.

We were 5 days for san juan and the hotel is near the beach and shops all inclusive well bad hotel to been the food. If you were going to eat the two already there from the main courses and not replacing finished a queue to enter the huge dining room and meat there almost for nothing. The lady that had in talking was a bit antipatica. Other staff were friendly. Activities at the hotel there was no and only evening had dancing.

The whole holiday thing was a lovely thing to look forward to until we actually got there. It is supposed to be 'all inclusive'. Well it's not. You may get food at brekki, lunch and dinner but theres more to it. If it is all inclusive why do they have set times for food? The snacks are sandwiches with cheese and ham. But the cheese and ham are from lunch and dinner so they are basically leftovers. They give you dry bread. No butter. Also when you check in at the hotel you will get snack times. On the sheet it says cookies. Are they cookies though? NO! They are sausage drolls with sugar sprinkled on top. Mmmmm yummy (not). Getting to the restaurant bit. There are some lovely food there but it tastes rank. For instance: Pasta (all dry with no salt and butter), Fish (With bones and havent even been cooked), Bread (Hard as rock), Chicken (Dry and with many bones in). There is one nice man that works there and he told us they pre-heat food from yesterday. We were disgusted so decided to eat out for the rest of the week. Staff are very very rude. Here is a story you all wanna hear. So it was about 9:30pm and me and the people we came with were outside on a table drinking some alcohol. My mums friend got up to go and get three drinks. 2 Vodka and coca cola and a sprite. As my mums friend, Maxine, ordered her drinks she only got given 2. The bar lady called Inna, said to her "No three drinks. Just 2. If you want 3 go to the back" Maxine then said "Excuse me.

Really comfortable nice place the sea view is also the beautiful pool view the food isn't the best but satisfying then if you don't want to go to the beach there is a decent sized pool is convenient especially for children. The sea is gorgeous and the beach well taken care of. The only flaw is that there is the railway station right next to the hotel but does nothing. In conclusion is a really nice hotel. I would recommend that you go there and forget about the negative reviews I have shot many hotels and this really impressed me.

Qualifying third world hotel. We had 2 rooms reserved for 1 night Saturday 18. We did at 13 entry and exit 16 of the same Saturday. Not be as can bear both. The photos of the rooms on their website, are completely false. The rooms are 2 x 2 caches. In a hotel of 3 stars in the beach, the air conditioning is an article of luxury, it most of them rooms not have, and of course in it web not put clearly, this room not has air conditioning. The corchones Springs, are literally stuck in the back. Hairs in the beds, furniture dirty, mosquito crushed in the walls. Completely unsanitary. We were Board complete, by so-called beverage not included. 3 euros per person, and by so-called drink of tap, the more disgusting q you will find. When we went down to eat, we are witnessing a live fight between 2 families. Horrible food, the following, in the end.
We quejanos to the hotel, but clear, staff will be according to the same quality, they can't do anything, as they have already claimed…

Really, not valláis to this hotel is most healthy sleep in a dumpster.

Damaged installations, walls of the room with crushed mosquito, faucet dripping continuously, beds in which stand out the feet and very noisy. Cigarette paper walls hear everything. Without air conditioning. Tiny TV, recessed in the ceiling, without variety of channels. Very Fab cleaning, without details of toothpaste tooth or soaps, absolutely nothing. The food that is the worst thing I've eaten in hotels, without variety, as well as comias cenabas it, not intended for children, all fried, with cheeks of the waitresses next to your table, without looking at if they bother, them to theirs. Grim, very bad drink and charge € 2.30 per person every meal and every dinner.
The only good thing that has is the location.
Not I will recommend the hotel to anyone. It is not worthy of carrying 3-star. You need urgent reforms.

Bad food, worse cleaning service. They were three days without changing the bed linen. I hope that on the fourth day they did because it was when we left and entered new customers… With respect to the food, since I've said my opinion, had the impression (we can not prove it) of that on more than one occasion reused leftover food to dinner and even from one day to another. The worst… breakfast, no doubt. Not put complaint at the reception because we only had three days to enjoy and we could not lose time in negativity. Good location, that Yes.

Hotel between simple and vulgar, pulling to crappy, without sign of do not disturb, small tv, small pool, without showers, crowded, bathtub with hairs, toilet and vessels without sanitizing, oxidized faucet, if there is luck you can know which is the cold before opening the tap, manetas rusty doors and blackish, fumar (oyes ael de la habitacion contigüa roncar) paper walls, noisy rooms, old furniture with arazanos, meal schedule for guiris, dinner from 19 to 21 h, buffet varied very little, in the end, do not recommend, on my worst enemy.
