Very clean, friendly staff.

Stayed hear for 5nights hotel is beuatifull allways smelled clean. However are view was abit boring and has 1issuse with the shower witch was sorted imidiatly. Also the room we had was supposed to be a double I don't think 2single beds pushed together is a double bed personally but hey it's what we made of it. The food was OK could of been more choice for me. The staff looked miserable but the 1 man on reception at night was more than happy to help and smiling all the time.

It is a high quality hotel. Examples: smiling and kind staff, perfect cleaning in the bedroom, bathroom, reception and food serving room. The food is prepared and diversified very well. All the conditions for a beautiful holiday. I recommend it! I will come back here. — с Cristina Cris.

We have stayed here a week, and we are very saftisfied with this place. It is a nice hotel, which located in the center of Lloret de mar. The staff is kind and helpful, mostly in the reception. The cleaners have changed the towels every day in our room. The securiry is also good. The hotel has own bar and swimmingpool, and you can find aircondition in the rooms. Despite of the fact, that the hotel is at the city center the rooms are relatively quiet, because of the modern windows. We ordered half pension services, and we could choose wide range of food every day. My personal favorite is the chocolate fountain. The most people at the hotel are young or families. The youngers like the parties and it can be noisy at the night.

The resort is in a really great location. Very clean and the food was amazing. Only downfall I'd say is the prostitution outside of the hotel at night. I'd still recommend this location/ establishment for anyone who is interested in visiting.

The perfect location! First, it is the city center, where a huge selection of shops, restaurants, cafes, discos. Second 3 minutes on foot from the beach. Thirdly, 2 minutes on foot to the bus station, which departs free bus to the water park and other toll buses to Barcelona Airport, to the center of Barcelona, to The Rherona, Tossa, Blanes.
The hotel itself is nice. There is a swimming pool, a bar, a lobby with free internet, a dance and karaoke room and, of course, a buffet restaurant. A large selection of meat, hot, desserts.

Very small rooms. It's close from the sea. The staff speaks Russian. Breakfasts and dinners are delicious and varied. Noisy, nearby disco — screams until the morning!

Before booking it we asked if at dinner our group could sit together and say: no problem, but then when we asked about it they say: Not possible, we never do that… We also ask if its possible to have the different rooms in the same floor — Before booking it: "No problem", then we arrive and "No, we never do that"…
The food from the buffet was really garbage and the "all inclusive" buffet does not include drinks, not even water… One of the staff in the kitchen scream at me really angry like an idiot because I take a piece of pizza with my hand without touching anything else (There was nothing to take the pizzas with because the staff toke it and didn't replace it…).

Hello this hotel at a value for money of an excellent level. The cleanliness is well present, the food is varied and the choice is vast, ideally located 100m from the beach one. Bad note: the wine served at meals is undrinkable.

There is 1 pool very little used by the guests. The most is the food, gorgeous buffet, fresh and well cooked products the less the narrowness of the partitions, we hear TT… in summer the noise must be unbearable.

Located a 3 minute walk from the beach, the staff at this hotel is friendly. The prices are affordable and the breakfast rather copious. My bed on the other hand was way too noisy.

One of the better hotels in Lloret. Very friendly staff. Neat rooms. Good food. And very close to the beach and partys. For the prize you pay, it's a very decent hotel.

Very nice hotel at 100 meters from the beach I recommend very nice stay with sun and blue sky.

The staff are unfriendly… the happiest they looked was when we checked out. The food was horrid and the same everyday. The only positive were the cleaners and the waiters… they did their job with a smile a pleasant manner and did it right.

The food was okay, some of the staff were very rude, there was no entertainment, there was a hole in the ceiling of my room that took two days to fix but it was done promptly once I got someone who was able to understand what I was saying to take my complaint, and there were not many sun loungers. However, the Wi-Fi was great, the cleaning and waiting staff were very nice, the location is very close to the beach, it was very clean and had many options for food as it was a buffet. As a budget location I would recommend this, it's in a good location, very close to everything and has everything you might need.

Unsaid in the rooms are quite. The breakfast is vefy good snd the location of the hotel too.

We have just finished a one wk stay here. Was very impressed with the cleanliness of hotel and how nice and modern it was, staff were really nice and the male receptionist went out of his way on the first night wen we needed his help.
The rooms were lovely and clean. Free powerful aircon, they were soundproofed which was needed as its right in the centre of all the nightlife and shops which we loved.
Food was good as they try to cater for all,
We met some lovely friendly people here and.
We would deffo recommend to friends and come back xx.

The staff on reception are excellent. The bar staff rude! The room and outlook over the pool great. Very noisy. And no aircond in the room means u need to sleep with doors open. Location good and breakfast and staff very good. Overal a good place more so for young and all night party goers.

Lads on a stag do, they hate the English we was refused drinks (all inclusive) because playing cards games (ok little loud and excited) face does not fit the French and other stag do's where all ok to party and have fun.
Bar staff not happy and rude Resturant staff rude security very rude and aggressive.
If you want to come have fun on holiday I recommend not staying hear!

So myself and family have just got back from a 5 night stay at your hotel. To say that we are not happy is an understatement. The hotel.
And grounds are lovely can't fault that but following my review on trip adviser and not having a reply about the restaurant situation im again annoyed. For the whole.
Days of being there we had to fight for a table seen as there was only 5 free tables in a bunch of over 100 cause ALL of those were reserved. And getting verbal abuse thrown at me (in a forgein language) for sitting at a table of 4 for 3 of us by a couple of 2 who wanted to sit there I was not happy at all. All tables were reserved even though the people.
Didn't turn up for their food till.
Hour n half into dinner time. For a family of 7 and sitting on separate tables isn't what we wanted then 1 night we placed an extra seat on the end of a 6 seater table just to get grunts n moans n rude looks off people. We don't go on holiday for that. People say the English are rude oh well we were more than polite the commenters need to look elsewhere. Then to come home to find out my mother-in-laws case has been sneakingly broken into and had things taken out of there. Whether it was the airline or hotel staff we are not happy and will be taking it further! Things have been taken out of carrier bags n left all over her case and like say things have been knicked out of there!

The best that there is in LLoret de Mar. Food very good and different dishes to choose from, kitchen home. Staff very friendly and attentive. Special mention for the maître d ' of the dining room.

It deserves 4 stars sure but you are of course difficult to German conditions. It's reasonably clean and the rooms are great. We had a room facing the pool. We have not used the pool, to the beach was just too close.

Rested here in 2012. The hotel is very cheap and simple, the rooms are small. Close to beach and bus and train. The food in the Restaurant we liked. Don't know why tourists are writing bad reviews about the food.

A very nice outside. Inside, much to be desired for a hotel of four stars. The slow and sometimes even broken elevators not working correctly. The rooms are quite basic with hairdryer, towels, blanket, shampoo and gel, without nothing to highlight. With Booking, the Wi-Fi is free but you have to pay but the Wi-Fi is HORRIBLE. As a plus, has refrigerator (small) to keep some that another drink. As negative, the air conditioning is 20 degrees with speed at the top so it is not can be adjusted in any way already that the remote control is a type of plastic in the wall box. You hear very little outside room (hear more neighbouring rooms). I have to pay extra for the safe. The "all inclusive" this well, with drinks and snacks provided. The breakfasts are good but incredibly there is bacon, which I think Basic. The lunch and dinner also has lots of variety but a dreadful quality. In my personal opinion, lack more quality and less variety. Decent hotel employees. A lot of animation almost at all times if you stay in the hotel, there is always something to do. Very central and very close to the beach. I'm not going with the feeling of being in a 4 star hotel.

Rested in 2013. Of the advantages of the location and price of course (it's only 3 points put), close to the beaches, from the bus station and close to all the clubs/bars. The rooms are old, the corridors in the hospital, the food is unimportant, only saved by lunch at the neighbouring 4-ke.

Reading the bad reviews I was prepared for the worst and instead. We loved the Frigola hotel, certainly not the Hilton but I never went to certain places! We must also be able to adapt but we had our own room with bath, that every morning was regularly clean, food very good, considering it's a international menu, then everyone creates his plate (lots of vegetables, raw and cooked, rice, eggs etc. ) : from Italian pasta I eat her in Italy. Everyone is friendly, the hotel is near the beach and to the bus station: We went in June I guess in August, the story is different, but everything has its time! For a young person is the land of plenty, but even for us adults. We then ate in the various Bodega, at ridiculous prices of good fish and good ham! I mean, I really enjoyed it and even if there was some confusion as well, if one wants to stay in complete silence consiglipo go to a Hermitage.

HOTEL FLAMINGO, SHAMEFUL!, we hired half board, they made us pay in advance, and when we went to the 1st night dinner, they forced us to pay the tap water and beverage aside and price of gold, that not contained in any part in the terms and conditions. My youngest son had that swallowed the dinner (that was a real hogwash), without taking even a SIP of drink. We were promised to compensate us and the morning of departure ignored us completely, others no cleaning, rooms with a finger of dust and lint on the floor, dirty bathrooms and rooms nobles nor comment on it. Does not deserve 3 stars by no means!. I denounce them.

So we were there on the final drive and it was great the staff was really nice and the location is just perfect. For young people the party want to do simply unbeatable. I will go back to each case and go back to this hotel. LG anna from bremerhaven.

So we were in there last week, and I must say I am disappointed. Despite full board there are no drinks for free, food is very bad, two 17-year-old mädles from the room were thrown in the middle of the night and should spend the night on the street. Security can barely English and you can't even with dennen if something happened. The good thing about the hotel is that is directly in the drum stand happen discos is everywhere but not very good if you previously want to go to sleep. I personally would choose a different hotel if I would again go to lloret de mar.

Not acceptable hotel, nose as it can have 3 stars. L' rooms without TV, Cabinet with humidity that could not n'hi storing clothes, basin not had nor a stationery and escobrilla of the water, the balcony door we entered water one day it rained, room was very bad painted, is a pathetic rooms.
