The place has a good atmosphere and seemed to be quite nice. Until I met the new guy Robbie, he changed everything. We were originally planning on only staying one night, we ended up staying for a week. If you meet Robbie during your stay, you're sure to have a great time! Although on the pricy side, you won't forget your stay! Until next time!

Amazing patio and beer from a machine at all hours. The even accommodated for a group of young Muslims and had breakfast ready for 4am to begin the Ramadan fast. Talk about amazing service and respect for all people! 5* for sure.

Really cool design inside, set up like a 1920's tailor, and makes for a really nostalgic vibe. A couple of odd things: the shower's temperature control is in the main area of the bathroom, not in the interior of the individual showers, they don't provide sheets if your staying only one night, and the washer and dryer are super expensive at 3€ a piece. Lastly in terms of cleanliness, I saw a pair of underwear hung on top of the shower divider for my whole one day stay, that hung around over night. TLDR: cool aesthetic, odd showers, less than ideal cleanliness.

Amazing Hostel… Great people, super friendly. They give breakfast and lunch at a cheap price… the place is run by young people I guess, so it's awesome. The hostel is tailor themed so it's unique and weird at the same time… overall thumbs up for me.

Tailors is a hostel with very friendly and sociable atmosphere! The staff makes you feel always welcome and is perfect for lone travelers because they do different activities every day. It is very well located and the recommendations you get from the hostel are perfect. Would return safe there!

It's the atmosphere that really makes this hostel. I've traveled all over the world in hostels from the US to Prague to Hanoi and this is the best I've stayed at.

Really enjoyed my stay in this hostel, very nice people working there, thanks to Owen and Alphonso for their daily events. The terrace is super nice to enjoy the sun and overall the hostel is very comfy, the interior decoration is very well done. `Would only recommend it!

Love everything about the place. Easy to get to from the airport, close to the metro. Staff will give you their honest opinions about different places, and take time to help you plan an excursion. Really enjoyed the tapas night (6 euro) with bar crawl afterwards. Beds and room were adequately clean. Kitchen was fully stocked and a grocery store was nearby. Extra points to the AMAZING staff. They work so hard for the guests to give them a great experience!

Except for some unbearable brits in my room, everything was fine. Great location if you come by airport bus or metro. Good Wi-Fi, nice interior, nice staff, lockers etc. Bathroom cleanliness could have been a bit better, but again, the hostel can hardly be blamed for guests that act bad…

I never got to stay at Pars Taylor´s Hostel, although I liked the references and location, but the attention left me a bad taste. I called on the phone on the day I was going to stay in the morning because their website did not work at that time and I could not book online. The girl who answered me over the phone, very friendly, informed me of the services and prices and that by being off season there was no problem of occupancy and could book the same day, although I did not report her admission policy, so I left it for the last moment, 2 hours before leaving for Barcelona. When I wrote the mail to book, they answered that they do not accept over 35 years, literally, "because in general we have students who make a lot of noise at night and we want all our guests to feel good. " I responded to this e-mail by saying that for me the important thing was the location of the hostel because I was going to work next door and had parking, and that I felt good with the noise conditions that there might be in the hostel because I didn't mind the noise. They never responded to my e-mail, so I had to look for another place at the last minute.
I write this review so that people older than 35 years know that they have prohibited entry, and that children of that age who go to rest, know that the hostel is accepted a level of noise that a person of 36 years could not bear.

This hostel has a particular decoration related to a seamstres and tailors' instruments of clothes confection as well as the relevant stuff.
The staff where kind to me. The recepcionist at the time of my check in seemed very friendly and open to resolving my doubts. Here the breakfast and overall cleanliness where not up to my standards.

Clean, good décor, but they don't provide anything except clean sheets — no towels, no breakfast — no extra charge. They provide space for their own food. Have good atmosphere.

This is a truly amazing Hostel! LGBTQ friendly and in a really fun neighborhood! You will be treated like family here. :)

Solid location, great hangout area inside and nice terrace for having a beer or siesta outside. Lots of organization by the staff including dinner and pub crawl. Very good overall.

Very cool, well decorated artsy hostel in a good location. Short walk to everything and one block from the airport bus and metro. Super clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cool lounge area and outdoor terrace that were great for meeting people. Hostel has a really sweet vibe to it. Beds were comfy and had own plug and locker. Only negatives were that the kitchen was small and someone stole my bread. Rooms were also a little cramped and people left the doors to the room open all the time.

The location of the hostel is great. Its very close to the gothic quarter and in a lively part of town. The rooms are of average quality; typical of what you would expect from a hostel. The service is also good, and the concierge is pretty helpful and friendly. Wi-Fi service is included but towels are not. Towels are rented our for 3 euros. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hostel.

Ive seen many hostels but that one beats all the others! Good vibes, good decoration, good people… nothing else to say! I found the place for all my barcelona weekends/holidays! And to top it all, a free beer when you check in! It started pretty well!

This place is wonderful. It's the right size. Feels very warm and homey. If you wanted to, one of the staff members showed everyone around every night we were there. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Barcelona. Oh! And there is a super sweet/cute pupper that hangs around in the mornings!

Excellent! One of the best hostels in Europe. Clean, central and beautifully decorated. They organise activities at night and day as well as tours, dinners and outings to the city's clubs. I stayed here for four nights and it's the best hostel I've ever stayed at. The staff are lovely and always there to help if you need anything; they know the area well and will always point you in the right direction. The location is very central and walking distance to all the major attractions and the beach. The hostel itself is really stylish; themed on a 1930's tailor shop with loads of space and comfort in the common area or on the huge terrace. It's also very clean and well run. There are fun activities to join every single day and night, which is especially useful if you've not planned ahead or if you've visited spontaneously. These range from walking tours, trips to the beach to play volleyball, cooking classes and visits to the best local bars and clubs. There's a real family atmosphere within the hostel; outgoing and sociable, yet relaxed and mature. Barcelona is an amazing city and Tailors is a wonderful place to stay — I'll definitely be visiting again with friends.

It was the best hostel where I host on my trip around Europe. The best location, the Staff what you do feel part of the great family ' Tailor'. Whether you are traveling alone or in group fun is always ensured with plans to get out and enjoy Barcelona. Your trip not going to be the same out of the Tailor! 100% recommend you won't regret. I hope to return!

Good location, not to bad of a walk to anything, staff were friendly. Only thing bad were there could have been more bathrooms and showers, and the bunks sat too low.

Par Tailors has played a massive part in what has been a fantastic experience in Barcelona! The decor and design of the hostel is very cool with a retro kind of vibe. Lucas and Sara are both great hosts and staff members and made sure everything was looked after as well as having something organised every night at different bars and clubs round the city. All in all a great hostel!

I stayed at Tailors for almost a week as a solo traveler. The common area and kitchen as well as daily events (pub crawls, going to see the sunset over the mountains and playing bech volley ball) organised by the hostel staff made it super easy to meet people. It was my first solo travel experience and I barley spent a minute on my own! Such an awsome stay, staff were friendly and enthousiastic, the hostel is really cosy and the terrace is a great place to hang out in the sun. Definitely will stay gain next time i'm in Barcelona!

Because of the management I suggest staying elsewhere in Barcelona. Although not in the middle of everything, the location is close to the center and pretty good. The facilities are nothing to brag about, but are clean and resemble that of a standard hostel. The young staff was very helpful and friendly, but unfortunately were grossly overshadowed by the pettiness and unprofessional behavior of the owner/proprietor. After being engaged and giving constructive feedback, including displeasures (FYI, they ONLY have the air conditioning on from 9pm-9am although they do not ever disclose this), the lady who owns the hostel became aggressive, loud, and made a complete scene in the lobby, in front of customers. After remaining calm and explaining that this was just honest feedback, we politely asked her to please back away from us and calm down. She continued to act extremely unprofessional, told us to leave because we had already checked out (our bags were still stored there), and said that her hostel is perfect. When we went back to grab our luggage (which they charge for and also do not disclose), she again became abrasive and threatened to fire her entire staff because there had been other complaints that day (she clearly missed the point, her staff was not the problem, she was). Upon posting this review, the proprietor's daughter contacted me through text and continued to antagonize.

A newer hostel and an excellent choice if you want to meet and interact with fellow travelers without the need to get drunk until 4AM every night. Staff is friendly and helpful. On-site Wi-Fi and computer that you can use. You'll feel like family staying here.

Probably the most amazing hostel i`ve ever been. Its in a very good area, everything its close, good people everywhere. If you are travelling by yourself it is a good place to meet people, very friendly. If you come to barcelona I totally recomend the hostel.

I spent a few days in Barcelona this fall and this hostel was really good my stay plan.
The staff is helpful and is available to give you tips. The décor is definitely the strong point of the hostel with a warm and retro style in which one feels immediately comfortable. A few evenings and trips are also organized and they allowed me to make new friends with which I was able to visit Barcelona.
The terrace is a real plus, and we can do a little NAP in the Sun or just have a drink with other groups.
No complaints for cleanliness and everything was perfectly maintained during my stay.
The kitchen is well-equipped with fridge available.
Prices are average and the value for money is largely the appointment when we look what offer sometimes hotels.
In short, for me this hostel has widely contributed to ensure my stay is successful and enjoyable.

We loved our stay at tailor's hostel! We met great people, socialised with great vibes and found it so easy to get around barcelona. El Raval and La Rambla are both really close, and it's so easy to explore the sidestreets and get to the food markets, we really felt like we were living like locals! The staff were friendly and helpful, we always felt like they were looking out for us. The whole hostel all go out together every night, so experiencing the nightlife of Barcelona was so fun.

Probably the best hostel that I have visited. Great location, just 15min walk to Plaza Catalonia. The hostel is very clean and the atmosphere is amazing. Everything you need for a short stay. Staff is amazing, helped us with everything, told the best places to visit and provided with directions. We arrived early in the morning and were able to leave our luggage safe until our room was ready. Recommended for relaxed people who want different hostel experience.

I was there last week-end, I had a nice stay! The place is really clean, fun and it has a unique decoration. The staff is amazing and helpful. The location is the best and easy moving to all turistic places. I'll be back again and I recommend this place to everybody! :).

The 5 Hostel in which were all Europe this was by far the best. We detail the points for us were vital in choosing and that served to compare the hostels from the rest of the cities in which we were a friend and I. Staff: The best wave and a willingness by staff (Lucas, Pepo, Sara and her mother). Always answer queries in a very good way, recommended us places or giving directions and every organized something, either a course quick paella, and even a day gave us all homemade sangria! What's more, my traveling companion was injured the foot, and even got bands! Kitchen: Super space for eating, kitchen maker, many utensils and a huge refrigerator. Vital to not have that you're spending a fortune and make social (happened to us go to other hostels that they had no place to cook and know that it is annoying young). Rooms: We went to one of 12. Good beds and good lockers from the room. They are great and as they were with key you evitabas you the hassle that perhaps the padlock was not large enough. The Wi-Fi reached the quarters (created that does not happen in all the hostels! ) Bathrooms/showers: Showers are spacious and very clean bathrooms, you would expect more of a bathroom. Location: We find it very comfortable. Rarely use public transport. Almost always we did walk. It is close to the rambla. 200 metres from a metro station. And the bus that takes you to the aeropuertoque for less than a block away. Is also close to an area with many bars.
