I came in Barcelona for a business reason, due to my flight delay, my reservation got cancelled and at 02:00 am I booked an apartment with StayBarcelona near to the centre. The girl who came to welcome me was very helpful and very friendly despite it was so late was very nice. They really have very nice staff and everything was good.

I am a Stay Barcelona old client and I have to say we had an issue with them in the begining. The apartment was not ready upon my arrival due to late check out of the previous family and I had to wait almost an hour till the cleaning was ready. In order to compensate me, they came with flowers, wine and chocolates, they made me very happy and allowed me to make a check out later without any extra fee. Now everytime I have to come to Barcelona I usually call them and they provide me a very good quality service.

Do not stay in any apartment offered by this company! Due our original vacation rental falling through at the last minute we were provided with an apartment through Stay Barcelona and it was horrible. The building itself was completely run down (basically a tenement building) and apartment was completely appalling. Dirty walls, water damage on the ceiling, BLACK MOLD on the ceiling in the kitchen (I work in construction and know what black mold looks like), generic foam for mattresses, run down furniture and fixtures just hanging off the walls just to name a few of the issues. We refused to stay in the apartment and left! **Update: We realize the apartment belonged to another company (Apartment Barcelona) and is listed for $60 to $100 a night and Stay Barcelona charged us the full $350 a night. The charges were charged directly to Ramon Mundo Raberg who I believe is the owner of Stay Barcelona.
