The room are not clean. They only give you a flat sheet to cover yourself. The climatisation is a fan that doesnt push air. They make you pay for towel… The service is good, and the terrasse is nice but close early.

To be a hostel is clean and the staff attentive to the guests. Recommend. Low Price.

In the center of BCN is near plz cat montjiuc and plz Spain genial pa young.

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay in Barcelona while still being in a good location Paraiso is a good pick. The staff was kind and attentive at all hours. The Wi-Fi was a bit finicky at times but other than that I would recommend.

Very good service, you care in your native language, is economic, there you can cook, which is a plus at the time of Exonomizar a little.

Well, it's my second time. On this occasion the bathroom that was closest was occupied by a few guiriss and it was better not to enter.
The mattress remembered it better. It's terrible. A lot of springs or balls that you stick in the body.
In spite of the guiris remains calm.

I do not cool the neighborhood and the hostel either too. Rather little.

The place is nice and well located, you have the subway everywhere. The rooms are spacious and have good lockers, you will always find the place spotless.
The girls at reception are more than attentive, the best vibe, super friendly (thanks Agustina, Jenny and Sofia for the good vibe).
As an observation I think they should replace the mattresses, depending on which room you touch you can sleep in a horseshoe or in a bed more than comfortable (that is not good).

Good location and cheap compare with other hostels around, met interesting people there as well as crazy ones. Good luck!

Great place for the price a little run down but the beds were clean. If you're planning on making the most out of your money going on Tours and checking out the excellent food and drinks then you won't spend much time in the room anyways.

We booked this hostel because according to the site, a shuttle to the airport was offered. Once arrived, I am told that the shuttle service is actually the reception which calls a taxi, which was problematic as a general strike was announced. Indolent staff who cares very little about the situation and remains reluctant when I ask to use the phone to contact the airline. Also, the shower towels are not provided. This is a rental of €3, which was not mentioned on the site. Disgusting bathroom.

Hostal in a convenient location. Part of a very old apartment building. We shared three rooms with a kitchen dining area and living area and bathroom. Would have loved to stay longer but there were no rooms available and there was no air conditioning so it was very hot in the summer. It was a great experience in an old city to be in a very old building. There was a lift which was very small but still I was able to fit in the lift with my small wheelchair. My.

Really small and friendly hostel. The location is just perfect. I really enjoyed my stay there.

We spent three nights at 5 star hotel price. Mattress, disgusting. The room has nothing and is quite dirty. There are cockroaches. Not change towels or anything. We had problems with Wi-Fi (it's very bad, it is continuously limited) and the receptionist told me that was going to it well, that there was no problem, and did nothing. My initial booking was 2 nights but we were forced to extend for one more; I delayed 5 minutes time of check-out down to pay the third night (to 78 euros! ) and the receptionist already was up banging our door yelling "Hello? Check out? ". A shame, and up seemed to bother because he had made a booking for Booking and not directly to it. And here comes it best: to the enter we asked 20 euros of deposit by the key (by surprise, not say anything in the book) ; When we went, the receptionist was discussing by phone with someone who wanted to stay with a minor (the receptionist said that the children were prohibited in accommodation, usually) and made us wait a quarter of an hour. As we had great hurry, I left him the key, I said "to check-out", said '' goes '' bad way, no thanks, not until then, and continued with their discussion. I later remembered that she had left that deposit of 20 euros and returned to claim it. By then, he had already in chips (their 3 sacred systems that never lie, two on the PC and one in a written form by hand) that had returned me them. I guess that a bonus is thus removed.

We went on May 5 in a room of six. The site is very poorly marked. Value fairly low, the rooms are small and little clean, you get sheets that are very old and smell bad. The small bathroom and is in common, not very clean, nor I have seen anyone cleaning it and over it is awkward because there is no place to leave the things if you have to shower; don't they give you towels, and many times there is no paper igenico. The kitchen closes to them 11 and not there is another site for meet you or be a while together with others perosnas, or hall or nothing, only your room. Enter make you pay a fee to be in Catalan although Spanish. They tell you that return you the bail out, but if you go 5 minutes later the time, you do not they return it. Very efficient staff, slow and unkind, wrong at all to make you pay and you not know things as non-refoulement of the bond after the set time. Last thing, there is free Wi-Fi, but does not work.

Great location, super cheap, good staff. Just a bit difficult to find even in front of the entrance.

I could not be more pleased with the hostel. Booked a double deluxe with shared bathroom and was great for the price that it cost. This is the first time that I see a similar distribution: the entrance is like that of a conventional house, with its hall and its kitchen (with utensils, dishes, kitchenette, microwave…) bathroom… that is the common room of your door, and inside you have the X-room. The girls at reception extremely nice, they have free Wi-Fi (and it works great) salo… n common terrace… We have given all the facilities possible, and for having. I doubt that I stayed in another hostel that is not this. As a negative point, it can only be booked by internet, the other was a 20 on a 10 quality/price.

So close to town centre warm welcome from staff nothing was too much trouble for them nice clean room next to courtyard which was lovely sitting and relaxing will be returning in the future would like to thank the staff for all their help and making us feel so welcome thank you so much see you soon.

Very good stay in this hostel. It is very well placed. The metro is close, shops also. Access to other areas is quite fast to foot. And special Thank to Jenny for her hospitality and her welcome. ;-)

A very nice one week holiday! Good location, shops, restaurants, food shops and metro nearby! Welcoming and quality service/affordable price. I highly recommend it and I will be back in the 205.

Bugs! Bed Bugs! Ned Bugs! Uggghhhh. So disappointed with this place. While I stayed here I was bitten more than once. I assumed it was a mosquito because I left the window open. Wrong! I heard another guest tell the person at the front desk they found a Bed Bug in the sheets and they needed to check out now! The next morning I found a bed bug on my shirt that I had hung over the bed. I was mortified. What made it worse was the guy at the front desk. I showed him the bed bug and he asked me if I visited a park! Seriously! If another guest, that slept in a different room, found a bed bug then obviously there is a widespread problem! I shook all my clothing out and left. When I unpacked, I found another bed bug in a dress that I washed the day I checked in and had not even worn! Don't stay here unless you want to take home bed bugs as souvenirs! September 2014.

Nice place, nice people, very affordable! Just a little bit noisy if your room is on the street side, but nothing serious. Very good stay.
