Clean, great value for money, high quality sheets and towels, tons of toiletries, would stay again. Apartment even nicer than hotel, both great! Customer service very nice as well.

Room 28 ceiling leakage during rain. Inadequate toiletries. Average house keeping. Good breakfast but away from premises.

Great hotel-Apartments near the last name de Sagrada Familia! Convenient location in the center, separate entrance from the entrance! Everything is on foot. Very clean apartment, studio with all necessary amenities.

Too simple for your price.

I stayed there fours days (03/30/18-04/03/18) The is the worst hotel I ever had in Spain during two week's trip. There are two serious problems in this hotel. One is noise and the other is security. The rooms of the hotel face a very busy street. Customers can not sleep without a earplug or sleep Aid medicine. Customers can hear people talking and garbage truck collecting garbage after midnight very clearly. Regarding its security, I even got stuck in its elevator in 20 minutes on 04/01/18 and its emergency phone line was broken at the same time. I don't want to recall how nervous my daughter and I were. The hotel even don't apologize. It is a one star hotel. There are many good hotels in Barcelona. This should be the last one you consider to stay.

It's in a excellent location, near Sagrada Familia and metro. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff is excellent! The apartment is comfortable! But! The room was very well equipped. I hear cars, neighbors.

We were at the suite apartment and the studio was nice, the bed was not so conf. But this is my meaning. Good location 100m from the sagrada familia away. Quiet quarter.

The room was very clean and comfortable. System is straightforward, the location is mega, it can only recommend it to anyone. Child friendly also, as have filled us like home.

Nice little hotel. Near the Sagrada Familia and the Metro. Just keep in mind the toilet is separated not by a wall and a glass partition.

I enjoyed this very clean apartment and the staff very nice! Very well equipped and excellent service also… Continental breakfast at the top and privileged location only one downside the 3rd night of the work sounds from where a difficult awakening.

Beautiful Apartment Hotel. A successful stay thanks to the nights spent also there. Low… a staff listens to you… a super breakfast and above all a clean exemplary… only small downside (for that 1 star less) The last night of the noises that disturbed us at night… insulation not top top. Nothing much too serious anyway.

Excellent location, clean and organised, friendly, you feel really welcome.

This great, very happy with the apartment, was full of everything, gel, shampoo, brush and toothpaste, coffee, cleaning kit, etc etc… Even some slippers to walk around the house, the breakfast buffet also great and both one thing as the other all very neat and clean.
The only downside is that at night you would hear a motor of something, but it was supported.
If I go back to Barcelona this is my place. Thank you.

There are 2 rooms in the hotel at street level, so they have a window just to get in light. It can be opened very little and is very high, outside the visual level. You don't see anything from the outside just walls. Staff of late elusive, coarse and parco in words. Cleanliness very well. Nice details in the bathroom.

Comfortable, pleasant and very comfortable place located just two blocks from the Sagrada Familia church and the Metro. Surrounded by rich and varied restaurants and mini super.
We must highlight the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom that make the stay even more pleasant.

The room is small but lovely. It is really close to a metro stop, 5-10mins walking and really close to Sagrada Familgia. I would definitely stay there again. I forgot to mention but the staff was friendly and ultra helpful.

Location is perfect: literally 3 min walking to the Sagrada Familia. The room was clean and nice. Air Conditioned really efficient! Staff is also very kind. However, breakfast is not included and they ask for 7 euro for the buffet (you can easily find cheaper options in one of the plenty cafeterias in the area), no hotel kit with shampoo and soap etc (but soap and shampoo are provided inside the bathroom)

We stayed in the "Apartments Hostemplo Suites", which are apartment-style (which includes bathroom, bed, and a very spare kitchen in a studio room). The location is very accessible: only 5 minutes on foot from the Sagrada Familia metro station, which connects to Barcelona's excellent, modern, straightforward metro system all across the city. It's also 30 minutes on foot from Pl. Catalunya, the terminus of the A2 Airport shuttle. Sagrada Familia itself is literally around the corner from the apartment. The room is spacious, very clean (wood floor, not gross carpet! ), and decorated in a nice minimal style. Even on the 1st floor we had a nice view of a quiet street with trees. The kitchen has stove, mini fridge, microwave, and comes equipped with plates, cutlery, etc. Bed and pillows are comfortable, but the blanket could be thicker — the room was a little chilly. The building is in a quiet, charming, "local-feeling" part of town. It was well-lit at night and felt safe even as late as 11pm.

Clean and modern apartment. But I can't recommend the family having little kids. Location is just for Sagrada familia. It is far from station. You must walk about 10 minute with kids (my son is 5 years old) There's no kitchen (just microwave) and shower room is too small. Further more the apartment didn't soundproof! We annoyed by the noise of other stories whole night! (my room # was 53)

Location great, clean and tidy, friendly and helping personnel. But we stayed at room 24 and the mattress was squeaking so badly and it was awful. Pillows were terrible dont know about other rooms but dont stay at 24.

Would give this 0 stars if possible. While the actual place was clean and well kept, we unfortunately had a lot of cash and valuables stolen from a LOCKED bag. We checked out that morning and were going to go sight see. The receptionist said we could store our luggage there for the day and would put our luggage in a storage room for safety. Not only did they lie about putting our bag in a storage room, but they went inside our locked bag and stole a lot of items. You need a key to enter the hotel lobby, and they knew we were getting back to the hotel later in the day to pick our stuff up, so it may have been someone who worked there. We realized items were missing after we left and called them to inform them and they hung up on me and said it didn't happen.

I stayed by myself for 3 days! one and half block from Sangrada Familia, the Cathedral. I stayed in the single room. My room is very cozy and perfect for one person. SUPER clean bathroom, hot water anytime. It is very good location. Only 3-4 subway stops to the famous Rambla street from Sangrada Familia station. Also there is Information center right in front of Sangrada Familia that you could ask about direction to anywhere. I dont speak spanish at all but I had a GOOD TIME in this nice hotel. AH! there is supermarket next door and bigger one next block. Pharmacy is on every block. I usually comeback about 9-10 pm and not dangerous at all. With this price! I HIGHLY recommand! I am serious.

In the Centre of Barcelona. All new and very caring, excellent cleaning. Good quality/price ratio. We have been a weekend and it was cozy and comfortable.
