The staff were really friendly, and it was very central and convenient. The room was clean and there were self-catering facilities and a coffee machine. On the downside our en-suite had a smell of drains, and we were unlucky to get what I think was the worst room, with no view or balcony (although there was a communal balcony for guests to use). The other rooms looked much nicer with balconies.
