Booked room via Bukit. Pointed out two beds in the room when booking but provided one bed big for two. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a cheaper-than-the-rest hotel for backpackers or those traveling on a very tight budget. But be careful, the facility is awful. For the particular time I stayed, I paid 100 Euros for a night when the superb 4-star hotel in front of it was 130. So it was very expensive quality-price wise: you just save a few bucks on account of your pain. The facility is old, improvised and the furniture cheap and uncomfortable. Most rooms share the toilets so pay close attention to what you get. Go to this hotel if you must save a few bucks on accommodation and do not care at all about minimal quality or comfort. If you are 45+, think twice. The location is unique and the personnel very cool and helpful. The chill out places are basic but welcoming and rewarding.

Very affordable for Barcelona. Our room was large clean and equipped with a balcony overlooking the pedestrian street. You have to book online for the weekend as the rooms leave quickly. Fast and efficient Wi-Fi. Come and go supervised by a person at the entrance 24 hours a day.

In the heart of the city! The great deal! It has a communal room with microwave, fridge and TV. In the bathroom there is no hair dryer. Room Cleaning daily. In summary good value for money! The best location!

Apart from the location c null the rooms the beds the blankets it looks like they spent the world war c horrible the toilets and the shower in the hallway there are no towels the photos that show it has nothing c of the false advertising we do I have lived a nightmare fortunately we paid only one night.

The rooms are too small and very old.

Good location The building was in repair and the work towards the unbearable stay. Then the walls are paper and you hear absolutely everything from the adjoining rooms. The best of all are the bathrooms.

The location is unmatched for the price paid. The room, with double bed, fulfilled the expectations. The toilets, although in the mornings touch wait a bit to shower, are well equipped. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Meet all the expectations.

Very central but with shared bathroom.

The room was very friendly and the shower was embozada. To Persian about it, the staff were very friendly, the location excellent and they solved the shower problem quickly.

A complete, overpriced dump.

Leave much to be desired: lack of cleanliness, do not change the sheets or towels, the bathroom full of mushrooms (I had to buy bleach), I touched a room badly ventilated, with a fan that gave shame. They had no will to solve anything. It wasn't cheap. I don't recommend it.

Very nice and friendly people at the reception.
2 years ago we had already booked a small room spontaneously and were very happy.
Even today again very satisfied this time in the larger room "suite" below.

It is comfortable and the service is very good. And also this in the center of the city which makes it very comfortable to arrive and to go out to know the city.

Nothing cozy. For a night or maybe not even that. Inside is very old, little care and although in our case the bathroom was shared and refurbished, this was not exactly clean. The room was twin with double bed (not too wide and not long) and the mattress was very soft. The room had a sink and had views of an inner courtyard. Price of the night, 67 euros. The best, the location, about 300 meters from Plaza Cataluña.

Very good location. Very small rooms and a little bit dirty bathrooms. Good price and nice staff.

Want to go there? Think twice. Options: choose another hotel at another time. Don't stay here you will regret. Expensive, tiny rooms, super noisy until very late in the night. No carpets nowhere, so you hear every step of your neighbour. Thin walls you hear neighbours again eg. When they turn on water taps.

I am walking pass it everyday. I don't know why you keep asking me to write a review although I already gave one. Anyway the hotel makes a good impression. I have never experienced any problems there. The location is great because it's located close to the beach and many landmarks here in Barcelona.

I pass by this hotel everyday on my way to work. The guests seem to like it. It has a very good location in the middle of the city. From here you can easily go anywhere in Barcelona.

Small room, no TV, no air conditioning, very very nice showers Commons, bedding that has more old Springs pounding almost apparent mattress. In short I do not recommend this place at 70 euros the night.

The best is the location. Its in the very centr of Barcelona in Plaça Catalunya. But rooms are small, it smells strange…

This hotel looks very nice — high ceilings, lovely tiling, classy living room, no TVs or other clutter junk. If this is your first time to BCN, the location is excellent — very close to Place Catalunya. If you already know BCN, the location is a bit dull — on a busy pedestrian street full of chain clothing stores like H&M. Considering the location, it's pretty quiet, though certainly not noiseless. Price is reasonable Regrettably, this pension has a few drawback. First and most major — I killed one old bedbug on the wall my first night. Didn't see any more, and no bites in the morning, so I stayed. But killed a second bedbug the second night (and found a dead one on the floor). And in the morning I had a couple bites, so had to leave. Second, the internet connection can be unreliable, and the old night watchman knows nothing about it. Third, despite low occupancy when I was there (Nov), the shared bathroom was often occupied. Worth a shot if you need an inexpensive place with central location, but examine your room carefully.
