Love the place, it's a whole floor in josep tarradellas, has the best in guest service, nice owner with lots of experience in treating a guest, explaining whatever you need to know about the city, the kind of service you sometimes only have in a five star hotel or a leading hotel, the only place I'm good at staying in at Barcelona, Top.

Small but very clean and friendly hotel. Read the instructions to be able to return, it is not obvious the first time especially that the façade does not really indicate the presence of a hotel. The street side rooms are rather noisy, the night owls are not discreet and the sound insulation perfectible. The breakfast was good.

The hostal is great! Price/quality excellent. The room is standard size and bathroom is a bit bigger than usual. The beds are comfortable, everything was clean and well maintained and the interior is nice and bright. Breakfast is very nice and diverse so there is something for everyone. The location is also very good, just a few steps from the bus station, and just 5-10 minutes bus ride to the center. There is always someone at the reception and they are all incredibly warm and kind, and always helpful. Definitely staying there on my next visit to beautiful Barcelona.

It was one of the best hotels that I have been. The best thing about it was the staff. The owners work at the reception too and are very very nice people. They were very helpful, gave us very good advices on where to go in Barcelona. They also offered gluten and lactose free stuff to my girlfriend. Moreover on the day of her birthday they gave us a bottle of champagne and brought it to our room. Since we checked out very early the guy at the reception packed up the breakfast to-go. The location was also good. You can go from there with the bus almost everywhere in like 20 minutes. Overall it felt like we were in a big house and not a hotel.

A clean hostel with 11 rooms. Good neighborhood, but not very close to attractions. The room was small for two persons. Very small wardrobe. The bathroom and toilet was smelly and noisy because of electrical drainage system. The breakfast was OK.

To be a hostel seems like a hotel, although you do hear everything, the bathroom, every time you throw the chain or you wash your hands it sounds a noise very large, I guess the sanitrit or similar.

Modern and cozy, it has just what you need to spend the night in comfort, no more, no less, including the dedication and friendliness of the hoteliers.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hostal. The staff is very welcoming. Anna is always there with a smile and does the best to help, Giuseppe with his little bit of English is always there with a welcoming smile and always ready to suggest very good restaurants :) and Ferdinand is someone who you won't easily forget he's always there to make you feel comfortable and safe and always willing to give you good advice on were to go and how. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and towels are changed daily which is very rare to find nowadays. Breakfast is also very good, keep it up xxx.
