Zuzia, do not repeat my mistake, stay away from this hostel. I chose it based on ratings and great reviews, but it turned out that it is the result of blocking any negative reviews. A few days before the flight I cancelled the reservation with a fine (65евро) because of the volatile situation in Barcelona. But Carlos convinced me that all is quiet and calm and nothing to worry about. Believing him, I decided to go and scored a second booking, a few hours after the cancellation of the first. Since this happened before the trip, I have written off the full rate. I still believe in decency and honesty, which are cited in each opinion, wrote to the owner asking to return the fine, because my reservation falls on the same dates and the same room for the same price. He has not lost anything. And here it became clear who I'm dealing with. This vile man began to say that such decisions are not in his control and I should contact the booking. I again believed him and spent a lot of time on the booking who assured me that this decision is only the hotel itself. As a result of the findings-Carlos I just said, not happy, find another hotel, a fine return I'm not going. I finally canceled the booking (note, without penalty, because it was really at the mercy of the hotel and not the booking fee) because to go to such people I did not dare.
