  The reception's opening hours are from 10:00 until 13:00. Guests arriving outside of these times are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance.

  It is not possible to check in after 24:00.

  When booking, all guests should note their anticipated time of arrival and the airport to which they are flying (e.g. Barcelona El Prat, Girona Costa Brava or Reus). Guests should also provide a contact mobile telephone number (including international dialling code). This information can be noted in the Comments box of the booking confirmation.

  Guests who anticipate arriving outside of the reception opening hours should contact the property directly at least 48 hours prior to travel. Check-in after 23:00 incurs an additional fee of EUR 20.

  The cleaning service is available until 13:30.

  Please note that the kitchen of the apartments must be left clean. There is a EUR 25 extra charge if the kitchen is dirty.
