Very bad hotel. My bag had stolen from the restaurant during breakfast. The thief was appeared in the camera but no action from the hotel. L lost my passport my money my car key my pappers. Reception dosnt help me. Very bad visit to this hotel. Till now lcant believe. Any body can enter hotel. No security l am very angry from this visit.

A warm welcome and a caring staff where every desire is fulfilled. The food of very good quality, very varied with a lot of choice and fresh products. A whole team at your disposal.
Very clean and ideal for a pleasant stay.

I was part of a group of artists from the United States that was scheduled to stay from April 22 — 26, 2020. Unfortunately covid-19 struck and everything was shut down in Spain. The hotel was closed. As disappointing as not being able to make our trip was, it is even more disappointing that the hotel is refusing to refund the money they were paid in advance for our groups’ stay. I travel a lot, and definitely plan to visit Barcelona when things return more to normal. Will I plan to stay at this hotel? Not if this is how they treat their customers. This is definitely not the response I expected from a Marriott property after receiving an email that even group reservations could expect refunds for cancelled stays due to covid-19 closures.

I would highly recommend this property. Very spacious, neat clean, well ventilated rooms. Very courteous staff. They gave us a very early checkin as we arrived at the hotel early. Very well located too.

The Hotel is in a very nice area and is just a short walk from the Glories metro station (Euro 4.6 for the Airport). The Hotel is also very close to the Glories shopping mall which has many shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is modern, stylish and very comfortable. I would recommend a visit to the twelfth floor cocktail bar, which has fantastic views of Barcelona, great staff and excellent drinks.

Great for a hotel of this rating. Convenient location, just a short walk away from an important Metro, tram and Bus junction at Glories. Several breakfast and dining options nearby. Friendly staff, knowledgeable of the typical things you as a concierge. Shower was broken but they fixed it promptly. My views were nothing to report about but that is ok since I go to better places for views. I liked the bed and bathroom with a shower.

This is a rather unassuming hotel located on the corner of a major street and a major pedestrian walkway lined with shops and restaurants. Perfectly suited for sightseeing or business travel. The lobby was on the small side, but it was well maintained. The hotel bar staff was quite friendly and didn’t mind when we borrowed wine glasses to sit in the lobby area and have drinks with wine we picked up for a few euro nearby. On that note, service is what really made this a pleasurable experience. From restaurant recommendations to taxi reservations, the reception staff consistently exceeded expectations and made us feel at home. The rooms were average European size hotel rooms (on the small side) and were unremarkable. Even with a mix of Gold and Platinum SPG status, there were no room upgrades or free breakfast offered to our group. Fortunately, there was ample food opportunities available within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. The hotel gym, on the top floor, has a decent view and was of reasonable size. The weight training selections were rather underwhelming, but it was fine for a night or two. Overall, we got our money’s worth at this hotel and we’d return again.

Loved it! Great hotel, super awesome staff and great breakfast. If you ever go to Barcelona I recommend this hotel. By taxi it is a 30 minute drive to the airport. It is located next to the tram and there is a taxi stand behind the hotel. There is shopping restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance.

I loved the place, its absolutely up to Sheraton standards. The staff at the reception was extremely nice and helpful, especially the trainee from Mexico (unfortunately I forgot her name). Rooms are modern and clean. The other good thing is location — just half an hour away from historic centre and 20 minutes walking to the beach. I had a very please to stay and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Absolutely incredible service from Steve and his team. Thoroughly looked after his fellow Kiwis :) Beautiful room, view and great food too. Couldn't be happier.

I love this hotel. I love the location! No it's not 5 stars. But it's clean and in walking distance to everything. Very quiet area away from the crowds. Shopping mall across the street with great stores and restaurants. Many restaurants in walking distance. Only a 8min walk to the metro.

It was better. Thin walls. Heard the neighbors. On the shelves a layer of dust in the room. But, in general, the place is pleasant. On the alley until the 20 minutes in a hurry. Near the Museum of Modern Art, the famous high-rise, two universities, the student area. The city center, 30 minutes walk. Metro is a couple of steps from the hotel.

The location is great: easily reachable by train from the airport, from the hotel you can visit on foot much of the city (Sagrada Familia, Ramblas, Barceloneta) and are located within easy distance bus/Metro to the most distant areas.
Breakfast is varied and plentiful, free Wi-Fi and very friendly staff.
The room was large and clean, bed comfortable but some small things would have to be improved. For example one day the waitress left the window open with a consequent chill on the return in the evening and, despite having tuned a late check-out, the key card had already been deactivated.
I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in the heart off plazas, restaurants and retailers as well as right off the metro and tour bus lines. There is a little cafe at the back off the first floor. While the fitness room was a little anemic, it had one of each piece of equipment with video monitors built in which was cool. I may have knocked a star off for that the gym went from empty to packed with 6 people, but the impeccable service and friendliness of the staff makes the stay wonderful. Special shout out to Fabio who really went out of his way to make the stay even better for my whole family!

I always like to come to four point Barcelona in Poblenou.

Hotel with good attention in reception, cleanliness and nice design, close to tram and metro stops, nice walk to the beach. Good service in the restaurant, however I missed the menu in Spanish, only had it in English and Catalan, amazing because the Hotel is in Spain!

Billion stars! We have tried several hotels and this has turned out to be the best option in Barcelona. The staff is very friendly and willing to help.
The rooms are very large and comfortable. TV has a lot of channels. The Wi-Fi is fast.
The bathroom is very well equipped: soap and shampoo in the shower, real hair dryer, and above all bidet (comment from my girlfriend;) )
The location is very convenient, very close by there is a walk with many bars and restaurants, the boulevard ends at the beach!

The hotel is located in an area, the 22 @, where you will find many companies. A friend was staying there and we enjoyed the small covered terrace that they have on the ground floor. They have their own beer. All right.

Very good attention. The basic rooms. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very nice and the view was great. The double bed is the union of two single beds. Which I didn't seem like. The hotel bar is nice.

Wonderful staff! We arrived a day early with the assurance that we had a place to stay but our travel agent forgot to book the hotel that was full, so the staff here researched and booked us a place nearby for the night while serving us complementary coffee and giving us a dinner voucher. Most, if not all, staff speak Catalan, Spanish, and English. They were super friendly and available. The place was clean and all we could possibly need.

Extremely disappointed with the staff and waiting time. We arrived after 24 hours of traveling to be told that our room wasn't ready to be checked into. We waited for over 2 hours while other couples, families, and solo travelers checked into their rooms. We were told we could pay an additional price for an "upgraded" room since ours wasn't ready. Why should WE pay for an upgrade when they weren't ready? The front desk seemed to be in no rush or have any concern about it. After an hour and a half I asked for an update and they again asked what kind of room we needed which was a simple double bed room which was specified when we initially tried to check in and was on our reservation paperwork. The breakfast buffet was not adequately stocked so if you weren't there first thing in the morning and they ran out of something, the empty platters just sat there. Very disappointed with the lack of accommodations.

Friendly welcome at the reception with the note that we were invited to dinner for the first time (only had breakfast booked). Rooms are clean and functionally furnished. Super W-LAN reception throughout the building. Even the fridge in the room is large enough to take up more than 1 bottle of water.
I can only recommend this hotel to anyone!

Barcelona is a place full of history, amazing food and beautiful architecture… the locals in the other hand, were not very warm or friendly towards tourists. I understand that tourism has affected many of the locals way of life but even so, their treatment was rather cold… imagine our delight when we arrived to our beautiful hotel. Everyone was extremely nice from the front desk staff to the cleaning crew, but our highlight person was Geraldine down in the bar area, she was truly enjoying taking care of us and was more than happy to share local places to visit and tips about the locals. Every night after our outings, we looked forward to chatting with Geraldine and of course with her co-workers, I believe his name was Ferni, a very nice guy from Cypress and another very nice man from Asturias, can't remember his name. Talking to them made us feel like we were back home, and that was truly amazing and a place thousand of miles away. Great staff.

Price is very reasonable, although it's not a very convenient location (>10 min walk to get to any public transit to go to places in the city). Room soundproofing is not great — I was woken up easily by people talking in the next room. Shower occasionally got painfully hot while I was in it. Service was excellent, and the staff was very helpful and kind. The restaurant is decent, but better to walk a couple blocks to get lunch or dinner.

Shame on them dirty room nobody who does not speak an English words. They we put a beds to bars for my son of 8ans and without a sheet ever again but the beds never again.

Good Hotel close to the Glories shopping centre.

Very nice hotel located neither too close nor too far from downtown. Well connected by public transport.
The services are of a good level, the restaurant excellent (including the meal of December 31st) thanks to the staff very present at the reception but also at the restaurant. A little more for "Il Signore" Simone with the Big Heart soon Joel (the family of Simone on the evening of 31/12)

The hotel is beautiful and modern. However we had a few hiccups. The bathroom smelled very bad when we arrived and had to clean up. After the smell of bathroom, dirty improved, but persisted a smell of pipe. On the other hand the service in the restaurant was very delayed. 1 hour for a margarita pizza. When it came to the pizza we saw that it was pizza from the microwave : (. To be a hotel SPG should take care of important details. I would not return to this hotel.

Does not meet expectations…! I booked this hotel because the location was convenient, but definitely didn't meet the comfort I would've expected from the brand and prizing! Old rooms, medium size, the bath tub had a courtain… luckily I was staying just for one night. Staff is nice.

Correct room, well insulated slightly small. Good breakfast.

Room was clean, and very comfortable. However, hair dryer cord wire was exposed which I almost got electric shocked. They did change rapidly but it would be great if they could change it before having a guest. Also found a bug at the floor and I cleaned it myself.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean rooms and location is close to both trams and underground metro. Also the beach is not very far via tram. We were able to see the La Sangrada from our room in the 9 th floor.

The meeting room was spacious and nicely decorated. I only missed having plugs more easily available.

Thanks to the staff at Four Points for getting our room ready after arrival from 15 hours of flight time. Food was great (Dinner and breakfast). Excellent service! I definitely recommend them.

Normal hotel room but bathroom small for Asian too. Mentioned during check in that I got the best view from my room but the view was looking at some building walls. Breakfast was good for Sheraton standard.

Best Four Points I've ever stayed. The hotel was very well managed and respectful to foreign travelers. The entire hotel seemed to be recently renovated and keep clean. Both the hotel restaurant and room service were very affordable.

In poblenou, is very large, there is good atmosphere, service is very fast and educated, many rooms and very good food. There is only a failure, very slow room service.

The rooms are small. The hotel doesn't have a shuttle bus for transportation. Your better off staying at the Silk hotel down the street.

Fantastic Hotel with an exceptional Sportsbar where they serve local beer even have their own beer 4Taps, that is extraordinary. They have a huge selection of beers and tapas. You need to try the 4 tasting. The rooms are great and the bed is a dream. Free Wi-Fi. And a superb staff of 10. The area is muybjuena, near the beach, many options of transport to 15 minutosndel Center in metro. 2 malls nearby. And many dining options. And outside of the hustle and bustle. Best hotel no doubt.

Hotel was very nice and the rooms were clean and well appointed. Don't get the room service, took over an hour, they were out of at least three menu items, and the food was not good when it finally arrived.

Great amenities and professional staff, a wonderful place to stay while enjoying a trip to barcelona. Only thing, which is unavoidable is the location is a bit out of the way in terms of the major attractions and the downtown area.

I went to a family celebration. The hotel is very nice, we booked a room on the ground-1, wide living room, but the air conditioning was very strong, standing at 5°C on the outside it is not understood that the air comes out cold, it took them quite warm it up. Good waiter service and care, but food is very regular, the waiters did not know what they were and the quality was very basic.

Great hotel with awesome beds! Rooms are simple and cosy and you can earn points of money making a green choice not having your room clean every day. The breakfast is fantastic but expensive, it has everything fresh and of good quality. The service is nice and helpful every time you need them. Moreover, it has a gym on the top of the building, good for for rid of the dullness. I strongly recommend this place if you are in Barcelona for a few days, on holiday or just for business.

Very good quality for the price, the bed is fantastic in a simple and clean rooms. There is not much where to complain, perhaps, that, being at the foot of the diagonal according to which room you hear a little traffic.

Redeemed some Starwood points for my stay as it was one of the cheaper Starwood properties in the area. I'm really glad we stayed here because it felt more local area like. It also had easy access to the metro and transit lines and we were still able to see all the tourist sites and not be too far away.

Good hotel located in a nice area of Barcelona. Room service good, but some things rare, if you request for example a device for heating water, the cost is extra and they charge even to take it to the room. Not that we had never gone on another hotel. De anyway, the rest well good attention and warm.

My husband found this week in the Hotel Four Point of Montevideo and has just suffered a theft in his room while he was working. They have stolen your photographic equipment, speak to a professional camera in and his team, what has been reported and NO one is responsible. Neither Hotel nor the safe of the Hotel or anyone else. It seems to Me of very little shame, this cannot be allowed. Everything was saved in the suitcases, have been recording and have taken him no more. In addition to the large sum that we have lost we have a dislike and a lack of incredible since it does not give us any solution or anything. Is incompetent that there is a chain and of Hotels. I wouldn't suggest it. Be very careful. Do not go to this chain of hotels!

Excellent. Great value with convenient access to public transport (Metro stops Glories and Polenou, plus the Tram) and a taxi stand by the hotel. Also, there are grocery stores big and small, myriad restaurants and even a Spanish cinema steps away. Easy walk to the beach along the Rambla Poblenou. Staff very pleasant and helpful. The rooms, with a Platinum upgrade, were spacious and comfortable.

I so miss that huge bed! I wish we didn't leave the window open before a night tour in early March though. :).

Decently comfortable budget hotel near the big office buildings around Gloriès. Nice breakfast buffet rather sullied by dance-music and heavy-metal videos. Please, folks, there is a time and place for everything and 7:30 at the breakfast table is not this reviewer's chosen spot for power chords and drum machines.

Modern, and clean hotel in good location. Service is very friendly and professional. It's quiet at night, yet still quite a few options for enjoying tapas or paella outside. They have a happy hour with craft beers in the evening, but I was unfortunately not able to check it out. Breakfast was not included, but there are a range of options for coffee and food in the morning nearby.

Nice business hotel a little outside the center in Barcelona. It is close to both the tram and the metro, and it is easy go get around.

Great property, well maintained room We stayed here for two days in July 2013. This hotel is located away from main tourist attractions but quite close to the beach and the metro station is nearby. Rooms are very clean, and in better condition for the same price level around main tourist points. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.
