Such a wonderful hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean as well. The beds were comfortable. The rooms also have blackout curtains, which make it very dark and great for afternoon naps or a day of sleeping in. The hotel is a little bit from downtown, but it is close enough to public transportation that it's not a problem.

Fine hotel, also off the conference I participated in. Super efficient staff. Good food. Many shops and restaurants around. But noise came through from corridors and from people slamming the heavy doors to rooms. But rooms, beds and bathrooms very good.

Very nice hotel!
The ones at the reception are very friendly.
Explain a thing where it is a sight and how best and cheapest to get there.
When leaving at 5 in the early days, we even got a packed lunch.
Breakfast is good and wide selection also need to eat for gluten free.

Well located, behind the Diagonal, next to L'illa. Lots of bars nearby to nibble something. Outdoor pool in the Attic, gym and bar-restaurant. The rooms pretty good.

Great hotel, not far from Ramblas.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. The water and apples in the lobby are free, the gym is miserable, the rooftop pool is in poor condition. There was no desire to bathe and sunbathe there. From the Metro Les Corts 10 min walk. There is a huge shopping center nearby.

Beautiful hotel & excellent location. Really lived the roof-top pool & the sweets & chocolates are a lovely touch.

Friendly staff and wonderful catering. The conference rooms are not very intuitive but it was a pleasant stay overall.

On Monday we were in the spa of this hotel, enjoying a gift that included spa + massage. When we arrived the receptionist had 10 min waiting for me to finish a phone conversation with a partner, the sauna was not on and it took 10 min to be hot. And the massage was the worst. More than relaxing was to go out and assassinate old women. It was noticeable that I had no idea, very stressful, fast and painful. They could improve this service that is not cheap and when you choose it is because you need it.

A modern, new and very convenient for the Metro a 5 minute walk! With 21 euros apiece you turn the whole city for 3 days! Consifliata also the spa inside the structure although a little ' small but equipped with everything! Great!

Great staff management was awesome. Only reason for 4 stars ita next to a elementary school and the kids are loud early in the morning.

Nice place but the receptionist did not do well their job they didn't know anything, they made us give many silly laps and the very professional masseurs.

I have gone to the Spa they have there with the massage and very very nice. Even if it's not too big, it's super well tapped. The girls who work there are super attentive to people. The SPA, sauna and stuff, it's great. The relaxing massage also very well. 'll.

Locatedminutes walk from the business district and next to a shopping mall, it's a great working hotel. The breakfast, 24 Euros if not included is one of the best, huge selection of fresh produce. Overall it's shy of the heights of a casa fustra hotel, but fantastic for what it is.

I just stayed at the NH Collection Constance and I thought it was fantastic.
The rooms are very comfortable, clean, quiet and with all the comforts, including coffee maker and kettle.
Breakfast is spectacular, varied, select, beautiful presented and all very rich.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I love this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is excellent for my needs in Barcelona. The rooms are very clean with modern and new furniture.
The last time I was a customer of the day and I loved it.

Personal smiling and welcoming, made the effort to speak French. The breakfast is very good with a lot of choice the only negative point is at the pool area too small.

It is very nice and the bed is very comfortable.

The staff in all areas are very cordial and attentive. The rooms are very nice, spacious, clean. Good mattress, good pillows. Excellent breakfast.

I was very happy with this hotel, at night it was very quiet and the room was always spotlessly cleaned. The hotel is right next to a large shopping centre and allows you to make purchases quickly and easily. I will definitely come back on my next Barcelona trip. Oh yes and the price is unbeatable:)

Nice place, ample reception, with small service of water, fruit and others. Spacious standard double room, comfortable and large bed, soft, clean-smelling sheets. The products of the sink have good smell, what I missed were the slippers, but sure after having requested to the reception would have been solved.

This hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet! And very professional and friendly staff. I'm a geezer and tried to carry two cups of coffee over to our table. One of the breakfast attendants, Helena, saw my hands shaking and offered to bring the coffee to us. I'll never forget that kind gesture. Free Wi-Fi in comfortable rooms. While this hotel is close to the University, banks, and the hospital, it is a short taxi ride to principal tourist areas and in Spain, taxis are affordable and — more important — they don't cheat which is why I tipped an extra Euro… This is true in the many cities we visited in Spain, even Madrid.

Very friendly staff and great hotel facilities. Location was the only downfall. There are plenty of local places to eat etc however the main attractions that Barcelona is known for are all at least a 30 min cab journey from here : (

Location is great, away from touristic areas, yet within minutes from them. Been to this hotel dozens of times. It's convenient (large shopping mall), well appointed. Super comfortable. Very nice personnel.

I was really impressed with the size and quality of the rooms. The beds were very comfortable, hugely generous bathroom, and the it was a great space to decompress. The location was very convenient and close to everything including the large shopping center and several great restaurants and cafes.

Very good hotel in a very nice location close to nonverbal Diagonal. Clean room with wooden floor. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. Great Breakfast with great natural fruit juices.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was kind and helpful. They speak perfect English and are one step ahead of your needs. At breakfast Belén made us feel really welcome and at the reception the employees were a great help with directions, information and suggesting restaurants. The roof top swimming pool and the spa was also great and our room beautiful. I would recommend this hotel anytime.

Excellent location for those who move for work and want to stay away from tourist Barcelona without losing the charm. Just a step away from the old Sarria Stadium in an elegant and residential area, there are nice shopping malls and restaurants close by. The hotel is level and its top is the breakfast.

This very well located in Barcelona. Very central. Attentive waiters, food within the normal. Very useful work rooms, where carry out social events.

I was not happy at all with the hotel. Room and bathroom was dirty. Bed is average. Room is dated. Free Wi-Fi is not quick. At least breakfast was good. Location is good if you want to be close to "High Diagonal". There is a shopping center downstairs if you fancy shopping. I have not try the Italian restaurant.

Spent New Years Year. Not exactly central but walking distance to all the main areas. Bar was nice with good food offering and very modern decor. We had some shouting in the hallways but nothing too serious and it was New Year's Eve.

Six times I've been 6 a cold noses and the best thing is that all the occasions when I protest I instruct an operator with a face that is the first time that happens

Good locaTion and services!

I've hosted me this weekend at this hotel and I'm a little disappointed. While the hotel is well located and outwardly looks unbeatable, has many details that make that assessment is not so positive.
The shower only understand 1 temperature: hot. There is no other option, if a shower is necessary to put some instructions… is a bad shower. The position of the controls of the shower was very uncomfortable.
The temperature of the room, even if you put the air cool and top speed… the only thing you get is noise. Thank goodness that the temperature in Barcelona these days was nice.
The quality of sleep is optimal, is perhaps not the most comfy hotel bed, but is acceptable.
The staff was friendly and correct, no complaints. The best cleaners, both in the rooms and in public areas was like clean was everything.

Nice rooms, free Wi-Fi, amazing breakfast,. Had a room at the street side which was a bit noisy (drilling at 11PM) but I assume that will not happen every night. A big plus is the shopping center on the same lot. Shops are open until 11PM. Also good for a quick bite.

Service, staff very welcoming. Perfect room. Tram and metro nearby.

If you are coming for business is a HORRIBLE place. It is located in front of a square where there are always bottles that don't let sleep. Although llameaba reception, they will do nothing, if you want to notify the police or change your room.

Hotel very modern and very careful decoration, although actually the area not accompanied if you are visiting Barcelona. It is a business hotel.

I went two years ago and is very good. Near the Diagonal and the Camp Nou.
