The facilities are a bit old and the rooms are smelly. The food is OK and the beach is really nice.

Reasonable conference venue, with various quirks and a kind of very old feeling in general. Location is fab with great sea views. If you want to use the bus from/to Barcelona airport, buying tickets before travel is a good idea as buses can be full and you can then miss your flight. Travel from Platja d'Aro centre and avoid trying to use the stop 500m from the hotel as the latter is woefully unreliable and is only theoretically available.

As a positive, fantastic views to the sea and direct access to the Camí de Ronda and Las Calas.
It Is good that the parking has no supplement, although the squares are scarce.
The worst, the décor. The room with wicker furniture past and the rest of the hotel, refilled with artificial flowers. It Is A shame that all the pieces of precious antique furniture is "covered" by both vase and plastic flower tacky.

Nice hotel, the view of the sea is beautiful. The staff speak French and are helpful. The restaurant looks more like a canteen than a real restaurant, however the dishes are varied and good. A great experience.

I've only been here a few hours had cava poolside and now an exceptional buffet dinner. The bed looks very comfortable I'll sleep well tonight after bicycling from Girona.

Great hotel and staff super nice to listen to the customer I recommend and excellent meals the breakfast at the top no longer knows where to give the head there is for everyone even too much.

Wonderful views, staff very attentive, everything very clean just there was a problem in the spa had too much chlorine and stung. I have been delighted and the direct path to the beach.

The hotel itself I found good and the room up even the bathroom too but that was really not so good. Towel rack Both broken, hair dryer siffig and no shower curtain.

Dated rooms. We paid for a double room and we got two individual beds room. Lame spa center with cold water, hazardous access to the sauna, you don't get a bathrobe or towels, door lock broken. Too expensive for what they offer.

Comfortable Hotel, relaxing, well reloqué, our room with sea view exceptional and very clean. Very quiet and friendly staff. Evening and morning buffets very good: varied and plentiful. Only point to improve clearly: welcome aperitif (not up to par). Note: Our reserved room has been upgraded without a price increase.

A nice hotel. Well located and decorated very cozy. The SPA… Null. Cold water not let you enjoy that moment… Very unpleasant. The rest of the installations, do not work. The breakfast and food in general very good and varied.

Fatal.
There were beetles in the room and also in the dining room.
The air conditioner didn't work and we had a lot of heat.
The workers are exploited, they work 3 consecutive shifts, more than 15 hours a day, they only sleep 5 hours at night and they don't have a holiday… it's totally shameful to enslave people like that! They deserve a good report.

Family Hotel, just beautiful setting, and nice little town. Clean room, spa a bit cool a pity. Quality restoration.

A stunning view, attention, spectacular, location was superb. Pet friendly. Food is excellent. With all of the details needed for a quiet stay. The SPA, was a little neglected, and in the works. Fully recommended.

Nice place, good service, good food and staff very pleasant and correct. We spent a weekend very beautiful, the change of a room to an apartment is great, cozy, beautiful views of the sea and the closest thing to a disconnection with the world. Muxas thanks to all the staff for the assistance received. We will repeat for sure, and to that apartment "soundproofing"

The hotel is very well located, has a view very good. The decor is a bit outdated and overloaded, the room a little sloppy. The spa was a disappointment overall, as there was no employee attending to the area of the spa and when we went, the water was freezing. We could not not enter the water. The lack of the spa is offset a bit because the room had a whirlpool tub. The room in if he was a bit old, the beds of springs separated, the antique furniture, the TV only has 3-4 analog channels and the remote did not work well. The bathroom is right and with the hot tub. The breakfast buffet very varied and complete. Finally add that in our one night stay we was the light in the room about 5 times and the tub not the we were able to stop and had to come a guy from maintenance. The hotel staff are quite attentive and friendly in spite of the errors.

A very nice hotel with its private beach. The elevator goes straight down to the beach. The water is very clean.
You can ask for room with the Jacuzzi with sea view.
A variety of choices at the culinary level.
You can reach the city on foot 1/4h from the hotel as the downside is the parking lack of space.
We had gone there 5ans and we went back with pleasure!

I loved it all: Decor, service, restaurant, views, spacious rooms, balconies with views of the beach, charm, and magía. I'll bring photos. Unforgettable. I recommend it to 100x100.

Very good service, cozy, incredible view and good food. Free Parking. The Buffet is a little varied but all is very good. Welcome cocktail very good. A little cold the common areas in the winter.

We were on this bridge through the page of offers, Weekendesk, and the benefits offered by the hotel were deplorable: — In the first place, a room without heating, with a heat pump is insufficient. Other people complain in reception for the same reason. — We went down to the spa, and only was available the swimming pool, at a low temperature because "he had ruined. " — We went for the welcome drink, and we got a plate with the leftovers of a bag of potatoes… when we complained, we were told that it is "not ofrecianeste service, but that would exceptionally". The experience that we had imagined as a getaway to relax and disconnect, a total failure.

Excellent location, nice hotel and pleasant dining, friendly staff. Some will always find a fold in the carpet (see notices). Personally I recommend.

Very poorly organized, over an hour waiting for the food is not acceptable at a 4 star hotel! Otherwise very poorly organized and you have to expect spontaneously to get the booked room only hours later… Very annoying, despite the beautiful location and room.

Wot a fantastic hotel. It's not a modern hotel it like if you can imagine were the old film stars stayed wot a place. The food and service all so was fantastic. Beaches close by with a bar restaurant on to and beds to hire.

We spent 2 times two nights in this place, everything was almost perfect home, restaurant, spa etc… Apart from the fact that we had a room under classified on a Saturday night because the one we had offered was impregnated with a strong smell of polishing thing Impossible for us with our asthmatic son.
For my part I was looking for the displacement do not count the 3/4 of tourists are French.

Dirty, antiquated, deplorable welcome. This is unfortunate as this hotel could be easily one of the nicest in the area. We did not visit the rooms of the main building, we are housed in apartments next door, the view is beautiful. Just the view…

Fantastic view. Nice staff. Good buffé för €20. The place is quaint with lots of furniture and decorations. Rooms are OK.

Lovely room with a sea view, nice friendly staff, good selection of food for half board. The town center is about 20 minute walk but so many bars and restaurants it's worth the trip. Beach is on the doorstep and many more in the surrounding area. Car is a must though if you want to get around. Only improvement could be made to the Wi-Fi coverage. Only get it in select areas, but that's being picky! It's a good price if you get the voyage prive deal.

We were reserved in August after a reservation made in February a tiny room after we had phoned from Italy to be aware that we were coming with our furry friends. Dogs. We found a room where you can't even move. With a mini balcony that overlooks the parking lot. The bathroom is large, but occupied by a huge bathtub that does not allow the movement. The toilet is located where in theory the door opens so awkward. The cleaning of the room are superficial the sheets must be removed to be changed. The staff is rude with the Italians. I don't recommend this hotel because for what it costs it is not 4 star but 2. The buffet is limited and you always find the same things to eat. State in Italy.

The staff did not take into account that we had requested a double bed and in the morning we found a cockroach in the bathroom.

Hotel rooms are not clean. Furniture partly broken. Problems with door key. Balconies less than 1m in diameter.

Location is good. Beside small cosy beaches. Rooms need updating, but generally good. Best rooms 100-200, but more expensive. Other numbers seem to me not very well located. Good food. Pure. The place for a relaxing holiday.

Memorable stay! I recommend this hotel for its beautiful view on the sea, the quiet, the comfort of the rooms, cleanliness, the friendliness and availability of all personnel, services (pool, spa, sauna). Brief strongly that the go back.

Hotel old and not very well maintained. No AC in the rooms. Breakfast OK, but products of low quality, not worth the in the summer. Point positive, close small beaches nice and not too blind.

The hotel is very dated but the rooms are very large, in fact my cousin could sleep in l dressing room or the hall :) ).

The hotel is very well located, the small Cove (which is accessed directly from the hotel) is very beautiful and ideal for children.
In general, were in August (the second half) and there was no discomfort at night.
We agree with a theosophical group, (which was holding a meeting) and perhaps, became a bit uncomfortable at mealtimes, but nothing of importance.
On the other hand, say that, at the time of parking had quite a few problems, but nothing serious.
