Very nice and clean hotel, comfortable beds. Excellent location. Alfonso very friendly.
To say something negative in the sink it takes a shelf to put the bag.
If I had to go back, I'd have to go back.

Typical charming establishment ideally located in the centre of Toledo, just a stone's throw from the cathedral. The terrace is splendid and perfect for relaxing in the evening. The breakfast buffet is very full.

A very cute hotel in a 500 year old building. The rooms are designed in the appropriate style, although the condes and Wi-Fi are present. There's no fridge. But there is a roof terrace with a beautiful view and a starry sky.

I've spent 3 nights, and everything's great. Very friendly staff, perfect room and very good cleaning service too. I have no complaint, if I go back to Toledo again in this safe hostel.

Fantastic small hostel? More like a 4* hotel.
Great bed and shower right on cobbled street but very little noise at night. Spotless.

What a quirky lovely place. I wish I stayed there more then one night and the young man at the reception was very helpful and friendly.

Restaurant Casa Cisneros: The place is a very well decorated basement, and is the most noteworthy of the restaurant.
The food is not so good for the price you pay, and the attention is really slow.
If you want to eat well, I don't recommend it.

The restaurant in very nice low a spiral staircase and suddenly transports you to another era, the 20 Euro menu was good and the normal portions… the only thing I did not like was that the account you get in a paper written to pen without VAT without putting where as eaten I hope you read this message and rectify that detail because it is not LEGAL.

They are hostel, restaurant and shop of knives, swords… Do not miss eating there, have a menu for €20 exquisite (and others more economical) and to top the charm of the place (an old Arab palace), to others the treatment of the waiter was very nice and friendly.

We were eating the menu of the day of €20, the first few dishes, but the horrible seconds, ordered lamb and cheeks and we were unable to eat the bad it was, it was noticeable that they had heated in the microwave or oven and was the dish dry. A shame because the place is nice.

The same building is already historic. A luxury for the senses, including the palate because it has a magnificent kitchen.
The rooms overlook the cathedral. The mattresses in the beds are great and the stays are warm and very clean.
The staff at the Inn are lovely and if we go back to Toledo we are very clear that we will stay again at the Cisneros.

Great location But only for young people. It is not adapted to baby carts or people with reduced mobility. Right breakfast.

The site is small and difficult to access, but the food very well, they would have to be attentive to the time they have the food in the kitchen as the meat smells as much as the kitchen.
On the other hand, the service of the waiter was great, very attentive and cordial.

Very charming historically significant hotel in the center of historic Teledo. Room and bath are a bit tight, but our family of three found it had enough room for us. The staff was especially helpful and pleasant. And all for a very reasonable price. Parking is a short walk (without much luggage) or taxi ride (with much luggage). Taxis have permit to traverse the small streets closed to normal traffic and can drop off and pick up at the door.

Staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel is adorable and the rooms are bigger than I was expecting. The shower is a little small, but doable. The bathroom is also a little dark, but the place is historic. Great location.

The house is divided in 3, in the corner opposite the cathedral, this is the gift shop, entering by an alley are on the left hand side of the spiral stairs that go down to the restaurant and a little later the door of the inn. We visited the restaurant, is very small at the same time enjoyable, with a glass floor that lets you see the remains of the old house. We settled into a reserved, they had, and forgot a bit of us, took almost an hour and a half to eat the menu del dia.

Great location in front of one of the sides of the cathedral. Clean and charming rooms in a beautiful and renovated 16th century building. Unfortunately, the room is a bit noisy.

Very cozy and comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and the service is good. The location unbeatable.

I loved everything, the spectacular room, the staff was exquisite and family, excellent location next to the Cathedral. They have agreement with a parking nearby and economic to leave the vehicle there. All clean and requetelimpio. Very good breakfast. The guesthouse was a former Muslim Palace and this restored as then. The furniture is beautiful. The ceilings of the rooms of wooden beams, it makes you feel like you are in another time when you go to sleep, does not lack detail to this Hospice. For Gregory, worker recognition of the hospedería which helps you in everything, was complicit in a special event that had prepared my partner and everything went mouth. It said an uncle of 10. I'll be back to stay there. Thank you very much for helping me to spend a weekend as spectacular week.

Would recommend this hotel — clean, comfortable, charming small historic hotel. Great location for historic area — right opposite cathedral. Welcoming hosts. We drove to the hotel — not a good idea, arrive by public transport if you can. Our room was above a street light so blackout curtains would have been welcome.

My wife and I spent three nights here in June. We loved it! Our room was clean and very comfortable. The location could not have been better. The building itself, and the ground beneath it, contain over 1000 years of history that our host explained to us on a tour he conducts for his guests. Toledo is fascinating; and this is a wonderful place to stay.

Hello, I was on holiday there and everything. Very comfortable room, very nice owners and service also. It has a cellar under the century spectacular 15th and the guesthouse inside also the inner Gallery is laid with all MIME, if you acercáis you will not regret, we were very comfortable and also this next to the Cathedral and the site may not be more Todeldano.
