The pool, an oasis amid the suffocating heat. The facilities in general are very good. Just a little problem with the shower, which poured the water to the ground.
I didn't try the spa, but I hope to do it on an upcoming visit!

Nice Hotel, clean with good facilities. Friendly and attentive staff The rooms are large, neat, comfortable, perfectly clean, quiet and you can rest really well. Inside there are a couple of bars and restaurants and I have to say they are quite provided. They could improve the lobby which is too distracting and poorly cared for, as well as the pool garden. Often there are elegant events, taking care of these two last aspects would only improve further. However it remains a very good hotel, very close to the center but at a distance where you could get comfortably. Excellent recommended choice.

Outside of Toledo but well connected, free outdoor parking. The hotel was slightly refurbished. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was there in old night with my family. Everything was to my liking. This is great! The kitchen very well. I think it's great. I recommend it. Very good for old night.

The rooms are spacious, the bedrooms are completely isolated from the bathrooms, and the double pots have chairs and toothbrush toothpaste. There is a swimming pool.

The buffet of this place is excellent. Lots of variety of food, well cooked. The facilities are a bit old but they are well preserved. It has beautiful views of Toledo. Good area for a drink.

I had already visited this hotel on other occasions, and after many years we repeated with the remembrance that it was a good hotel.
Of course we got a surprise, as we found the hotel quite deteriorated, and what is worse, with lack of cleanliness (as you can see in the photos), and very old rooms, although they have partially refurbished some areas.
On the other hand access with a baby carriage to the auditorium and eaters is fatal! You have to go through a hallway between the kitchens, and a store full of junk, and it looks like a horror movie.

A little old hotel. Excellent breakfast. Comfy beds. It is not near Toledo as to walk to the center. Free parking.

The rooms some are not refurbished, instead others are fine. Hair dryers don't work. There are many stairs for access to different rooms. Excellent breakfast, varied food but at the Saturday dinner we were left without desserts and not replenished. Some very unkind bartenders, instead the cook very accommodating. There are no vending machines for drinks and meals, I was charged for a bottle of water of 1/2 L two euros, a holdup.

Nice hotel with big and confortable rooms but honestly food could be better. Strange smell in the toilet in the conference zone of the hotel.

The hotel was very clean, warm and the room was nice. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and the quality was very good. The Spa was also clean and nice. Reserve the spa with time so you can go at the time you want. Also good parking and a 5 mins drive to old Toledo.

Cannot fault this hotel for quality, room and swimming pool quality was awesomely high! Free parking — regular buses into Toledo. Only downside — although I have dropped a star for this — is the food and drink is very expensive. Meals you are looking at 30 Euro for a very standard meal.

Nice Hotel and located on the outskirts of Toledo. Very quiet but easy to get to downtown. Comfortable rooms and the pool view with a fabulous panorama. Good and full breakfast. Repeat.

We have been wedding several times and very well. Very rich food, variety to choose from, the lounges are very spacious, they are not old… The discotheque, which we have always had for our wedding only seems to me to be very well. The views from one of the terraces that the hotel has to Toledo are great, you can see the cathedral in the background very pretty, on top.

Hotel anchored in the decade of 1990 with prices today. Rooms where you have only updated tele, mattress and shower. Anachronistic dryer. The style today is Casposo. It is also about 3 km from the door of the hinge, so you have to take taxi to enjoy the wonderful old town of Toledo.
€77 per night with breakfast weekdays in November I find it an abuse except that it is a nostalgic style of the 90. You can't charge that barbarity in such an outdated hotel.
I certainly would not ride a convention there with my team, much less go for leisure.

He eats well. It's a big place. With large meeting rooms. For me the decoration would say that it is of the years 90. It'll be okay. And well endowed!

The hotel was very easy to reach by car and had plenty of parking space. Room was great with an amazing view over the pool area and Toledos old town. Rooms were also very soundproof, ww didnt hear anything from the bar below now neighbors. Staff was very friendly and helpful with our baby-guest, and the spa was a welcome bonus — very clean and relaxing and even the Finnish sauna was hot enough!

Practical Hotel. Little romantic but very practical, with spa, splendid facilities for concenciones and business. Large and spacious rooms.

I was there for Three nights, The rooms are comfortable, The cafeteria has good menus and the food is delicious, I enjoyed the terrace every night, the waiter called Ivan Dimitri was one of the more diligent, polite and attentive person in the Cafeteria. Thanks you.

I was here in 2006 and later in 2016. In 2006 it looked like new, but they did not renovate it, so in 2016 I found old carpets and furniture.

Hotel was really nice but my advice is dont eat there.

Not a very central Hotel but with a pool and Spa. Fine restaurant not excellent. Comfortable rooms.

My friends stayed here in march. The stay was awefull. They wanted a room with jacuzzi and paid more for that reason, but there was no jacuzzi, and the explanation was that they were remodeling, they didn't give them any apologies. The room was hot, they asked to turn on the central air, but they wouldn't (even in a hot day 35°). Bad experience.

For starters, its location, pretty bad. If you don't go with car, forget about this hotel. It is on the outskirts of Toledo and there is no connection with public transport, does no bus, only taxi.
Rooms are correct, but with some other spot on the carpet. They note that the hotel already has some anticuadillos years, wc. That Yes, the bed very comfortable.
It has no Wi-Fi in the rooms and if you get a room on a high floor not the Wi-Fi you get free in the lobby.
Finally the price, we were a total of 3 days stay only about 55 eur/night and room. For that price is worthwhile (went with own car), but then every day you have to leave and go to Toledo to be able to have breakfast (although already doing well, since you have to move all all)
If you find best other most central hotel, no doubt. On the other hand, for 55 euros if you have vehicle, it is a good choice.

Esta muy bien cuidado y limpio. En recepción al llegar habia mucha cola y una sola recepcionista. La piscina está miy bien y te dejan toallas gratis.

The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is not as in official photos
It has bath and it is a bit outdated.
Classrooms and Auditorium are very well equipped and air-conditioned.
The Spa is great.
If the rooms were well maintained they would win much of the available outlets except one, the rest had not secured nor the mobile charger.
The Tv is 42 "and DTT looks good.
The front desk is attentive.

It is a high quality hotel. I've been several times hosted and also have attended some event there. It is close to the highway with easy parking. In my opinion is the best hotels in toledo.

Fui a una cena de Caja Rural Castilla la Mancha y la verdad que todo perfecto pese a que estaba el salón a rebosar.

My experience very bad, were 23-24 April 2016 a group of 32 people, when we got to the dining room we were told dream was buffet… we had a special menu… and so special… never could think that a four-star hotel could serve that kind of food.
It could not choose… three first and three seconds, or one star hostel… tell them that it will not recommend anyone there is usually your hotel… and as a customer I will not.

It is very loud. They have a lounge in which organized parties and continue with the joke in the corridors of the hotel until the wee hours.

It's a good hotel, it's easy to find and is a beautiful place but the spa maybe is a little spensive.

Very easy access, the SPA is pretty good and the suite with Jacuzzi this great.

I was three days all was very poor, has reached has reception gave us a room that was already acupado, but the bad thing the receptionist does not look at the DNI or I play it. Between on the stairs just open it door, there was a veneer and that a trap in case of emergency. Cafe asks a latte the hot, and the waiter served me the cold milk. There is little professional in this cave. And the worst food yet, the food cold seemed cubitoa of ice, and not something hot was like soup or cream, that if at least the room was fine and clean.

I've been 3 times in the hotel. The first time in the 90s and the last time was recent, but as if had returned to the 90… Everything is old and bad care. Not see the so-called 4-star anywhere.
When making the reservation with time (a month and a half and for low season) we call double bed, and they gave us one with two beds. To put it at the front desk told us that there was no available and did not give us more choice… Basically garlic and water.
Room had old age stains in the carpet, Cabinet had track in bad state and making a lot of noise, the original bar was closed with screws and they had put another fridge next to the desk, bath had gobs of old silicone and patches of PuTTY in the WC and shower had a worn bumper and smelling fatal.
The SPA has exaggerated prices, and the food was just horrible…

Good hotel, not very new but clean and with all the luxuries.

Restaurant painful, 20 € and does not include soda or bread. It took 40 minutes for us to take note when the restaurant is at 30%. The Metre moves a lot and fast without getting to do anything effective, leaving people with the word in the mouth, you need 3 or 4 visits to the tables to take note, it seems to me that you are not at the height of his position. Hence the 3 waiters almost unemployed not receiving orders. As you can see I've had plenty of time to contemplate the work and to write this review, performed in situ in the restaurant.

It is a very good hotel. It is very large and elegant. The rooms are very spacious, have very comfortable beds, flat screen tv, terrace and a large bathroom with tub and two sinks (in the case of doubles). The hotel also offers several saloles dining rooms, an auditorium, a spa, a nightclub and a swimming pool to celebrate different events. The truth is that you serve very well, the only negative point that I have seen has been the Wi-Fi, the connection was so slow, many times the devices (PCs, smartphones or tablets) could not connect with the access point. Another drawback is that it is located away from the historic center, but has very good views.

I've gone anniversary celebration, and the expereiencia leaves much to be desired. First the good: it Is close to toledo as to reach in 20 minutes using the frequent buses that stop reasonably close (800m walk). Parking is available, with which you can take advantage of to leave the car at the hotel and getting around the city on public transport and on foot. There is a parade of taxi at the door Now the rest: Reception: it was slow and we had more than half an hour waiting, standing with apensa a few people ahead of you. Rooms: they Are bland, with decor that was already in bad taste when it was fashionable back in the 80's. The air conditioning makes noise but apensa cools down, the curtain is to block the light does not cover the entire window, the TV was of a cathode ray tube, also from the 80's and had no more connector antenna and scart (leave the chromecast at home than mine traveled from valde). The beds: you deserve a mention for their excellent quality as trampolites jump, but missed by not being at the edge of the pool, which in any case was closed and no water.

A beautiful hotel. The clean room and everything perfect. The dinner we had included with variety and delicious. The excellent breakfast. The somewhat remote location from the historic centre. We will repeat.

The breadth of facilities we liked. The SPA very nice service, clean and comfortable. Only a detail of suggestion in the service of the restaurant buffet dinners. Price €20 menu had, does not correspond to the quality of the food. Important to take into account. Beware of the wait at dinner time, because it was incredible that literally have to wait so that you as 45 minutes.

This hotel is the Toledo classic. It needs reform, it is a little defasado, but it is classic, clean and perfect for spending a few days. It does not disappoint. Service is great and the breakfast is very abundant and very good quality. The spa is pretty well also. I recommend the moonlit nights.
