I was in Pesimas conditions when we arrived had not picked up the used shampoos (empty bags) the relugular attention and breakfasts knew that it had been ai for a long time.

The rooms are very clean but a little bit small. At night there are some noises from garbage trucks or terraces. When we woke up we were half an hour listening to the neighbors tinkering.

Good hotel considering the 2-star hotel. The rooms are clean and renovated rooms, not bad food.

I would not recommend it terrible we were left without a room reservation from two days before and we qui got put in a room in the basement. Mal olientes the rooms. Bad treatment of the staff already that little case to us and they gave us the sheet of claims so ill-fated. Great facade but nothing more and I don't recommend it.

The hotel is impeccable of clean, everything, and included the bathroom of the cafe owner and employees is very exquisite. I know that strive much to go the customer very happy. At least it is my case, and I have no complaints on anything.
Very happy and very satisfied. I have sometimes come to be in Alcalá de Henares, and I've come to sleep at the hotel. Me that travel across Spain there are no distances.
