Facilities in good condition. Very good deal. A huge spa and well kept. The pain is the food. They have kitchen but the average and full board is not always available.

The hotel was very nice and the room was very good and not open until April.

Normal room, the Jacuzzi to rent highly recommended, luckily we caught snow and was chulísimo. Breakfast was right and we didn't eat there.

The soundproofing of the rooms is lousy, you will hear absolutely everything the other guests say. The staff was very molestaramos and the staff were very attentive. The food in the restaurant was preheated. It's the worst Spa we've ever been in, it didn't work almost anything, the water was cold. We didn't plan to recommend this hotel to anyone, and we're not going back.

We spent four great days.
