Terrible stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a problem with the pipes and it looks like we were the culprits. We had to be the ones asking the why of a water cut. At that time the reception person disrespected us when we simply ordered a bucket of water for the toilet. When making complaints we were told that we were complaining to Booking. They didn't come up with any solution. We feel cheated. The customer service is not good, besides the sloppy isnatry. The photos are very nice, but the reality very different.

The horrible deal. The smell of the baths for 4 nights was horrific. They had a leak and treated us fatally, we were not warned of the water cut and when we had to order a bucket of water for the bath and did not give us water to drink or brush our teeth. The last day, the reception person already nicer, but they did not put any solution in the whole stay. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Very good location. And amazing views. Very nice staff.

Nice and the view of the beautiful castle. TV needs updating. I don't know you can see Antena 3 or the sixth.

The hotel is not bad. The room was very comfortable. Great location with good views. But the food really disgusting. Better eat someplace else.

A very unpleasant stay.
The hotel leaves a lot to be desired, the owner's treatment to the guests is not pleasant, staff lacking for optimal attention, the food is not the day and the rooms are owned by a motel.

For the second year I return to this mess. No wonder it works as badly as it does, since they don't pay their workers. Dirty, nasty, poor food, expensive prices, come on, a chestnut.

The building seen from the outside looks like a palace. At night with the lighting is impressive.
It is close to everything and there is a very large parking.
Once inside everything is very good, clean, no noise… and 60 euros a night for two people not bad.

Very comfortable, clean and it shows renewed. Something secluded from the centre and the restaurant area. The only thing was that the window in our room did not close well (wooden frames) and came in cold and noisy. I was wrong to book for one person alone and they did not charge me others.

Nice Hotel on the outside, inside this agreed with the category you have (3 *) We took a pack of one night and dinner and… Very fair quality dinner.

Hotel right, normal and simple, clean in its facilities, washbasins with shower with water pressure, not exempt from surprises while one showers with hot water, occasionally reminds you that there is also of cold…, I suppose by the use of several with hot water at the same time. Bar right but close at twelve o'clock Super punctually, in advance of 15 minutes, one can take the last gin tonic of the day. Breakfast was very good.
Good anyway, for its price quality, and that everything is better, I would go back!

I do not recommend this hotel, any road pension is more cozy.
In the room there were 15 degrees, out 0 degrees, in bed there was simply a summer quilt, I asked for explanations and commented the director who was normal, that there were blankets in the closet, and that if I went up to put them, I nege as I dressed to go to reception to ask for some E Xplicación/solution and that was the only, quite disappointing. With 0 degrees in the street in the middle of December, the heating was not working all day and with a simple radiator in the bathroom, also off, the room looked like a freezer, unacceptable for a 3 star hotel, nor in a pension happens that. The bathtub seemed hydromassage (not going to use) but as it is placed the screen makes it impossible to use… some of the towels was broken, I understand that they are worn, but not broken, unacceptable… The view of the room was the air conditioning machinery, horrible, room 111, no noise, so it was cold… Very poor breakfast coffee with lots of foam and bad, the toaster only worked the bottom, was broken the switch, physically broken, normal bread for toasting, oil, there was no tomato, some industrial bakery, some simple sausage, I'm not one of those They get purple at breakfast, but I don't even get a decent toast.

Stars They don't deserve, we were just eating in the restaurant. After being booked, we were placed on the table an hour later and not finished assembling it, since we were caught note 40 minutes waiting for the first course. A lousy deal of the waiters, edge, saying they were up and not so crowded… Overheated food. We asked about the person responsible and it was on the run. We left half of the group without eating the second course and the dessert. With the heat I forgot to take pictures. Never to come back.

Cleaning must improve. The staff attends the best they can but they are few and have to multiply. Cati is a charm.

The rooms, stay and the overall experience quite well. A hotel is practical and correct, with a balanced quality-price ratio. With an error of a lump in the service of a café… Friday night (23:15 hours) and the kitchen closed, after pleading that we serve something cold, mainly because in the group there was a girl pregnant, have the detail to serve each iberian (very rich indeed). That is, if, we feel like that we have committed an imprudence… words "as you come to dinner at those hours, ""when I saw enter, I thought… bye-bye to that time I will be going today from here today. " This is not of any pension, but in general (and this is something which worryingly is repeated at many locations of the people) the readiness and motivation of the staff is not the best.
