It's in the old town and can be accessed by car… The parking is not free and arranged by hotel through a third party… Rooms are old but decent amenities were provided… The lady at the check in counter in night was brilliant and very helpful…

Good location Close to the main square and the aqueduct it takes very little to arrive. Quiet and pedestrian area but with parking nearby.

Beautiful in the middle of the old town, difficult parking situation, food in the restaurant qualitatively good but the portion size satisfies only small Spaniards.

The location of the hotel is really good as it is located in the middle of everything important in Segovia. The service is quite good and the room despite some slight hits (the bathroom, although large, the shower literally (I repeat, literally) floods the entire bathroom). 3/5

Located a few steps from the Cathedral of Segovia traditional hotel but with all modern comforts. Staff friendly and professional advice to dine in the restaurant that offers an excellent choice of traditional dishes of Segovia.

Unassuming but quaint hotel. Rooms are clean and great for purpose but it is not luxury. Beds could benefit from a bit of a refurbishment.

I have stayed here four times in four years now, and I find it to be one of the best places to stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any questions, to make your stay in this amazing city a memorable one. The rooms are very clean, and beds are comfortable, with nice decor, and the oft needed aircon. The location is perfect with just a small walk to Plaza Mayor, where you will find some great bars and restaurants and enjoy a relaxing eveni…ng. It is a little difficult to find on your first trip, especially navigating the small roads of old Segovia, but access is not bad at all. Not too many parking spaces available nearby, especially in peak season, but you can drop off your bags and drive your car to a good underground public car park near the centre. All in all, a fabulous place to stay!
