Great place to stop nice hotel good breakfast very good air con very nice room Only downside parking garage was hard to find.

5 minute walk from Plaza Mayor. My room was huge (2 bedroom with one bed, an interview bedroom with a single bed and a sofa). The bathroom was very clean, good shower and hot water. Breakfast was great, good quality food.

This is a privileged place, very cool hotel, but the room we were given overlooking a lower staircase where by the. Night there were people making a bottle. The mosquito-plagued room and next door we had the cleaning room and all the time slamming and noises with the carts, not to mention when the top ones pulled the. Toilet chain. I requested breakfast for diabetics and they had sugar-free products. Very thankful, we will return to the same hotel, but we'll keep an eye on the room you give us next time.

Highly recommended and looks even better after the restorations! The rooms are clean, bright, spacious & some have an astonishing back view from the balcony overlooking the cliffs & medieval walls over the hills. Great central location just moments away from the Alcazar, Roman Aqueduct, Plaza Mayor, etc. Friendly staff but they do have to improve their English.

A very nice hotel with the convenience of having a great parking in the facilities themselves. The staff at all times very attentive, the merit of the 5 stars is yours to a large extent. The breakfast was very good. To repeat.

Very nice hotel, located, cosy, breakfast is nice and varied, I had it included in the reservation but worth it for 7, €50 is buffet type, moreover if you go in wheelchair is not highly recommended, the access is very complicated besides that the staff that to I had no idea how to use the platform to climb the stairs, the bathroom if it is well adapted. I am sorry but I would not repeat, the staff if you are very attentive and friendly.

Pretty good. We had a problem with the heating which did not work in the room on the higher floor and moved us to another. Good location, centrally located. It beats for the same reason, it is to park. There is a parking nearby which I think costs 15 euros a day. Otherwise you have to leave the center to leave the car. About 15 minutes walking.

Very quiet and pleasant place, in the heart of Segovia. Spacious, clean and hot room. Two types of pillows and comfortable bed although somewhat noisy. Varied breakfast buffet. Possibility of leaving your suitcases in the luggage before and after. Very good choice.

Too bad they have problems with bathroom drains, smells a bit (maybe just the room where I was staying) … for the rest and OK.

Rooms were relatively spacious. Everything was clean. Reception staff were friendly. Convenient parking located onsite for a fee. Very happy for the price paid.

Lovely hotel in beautiful town.

The hotel is located in a ver good place, very close to Segovia's city center. The rooms are clean and the furniture is new. However, the accessibility of the rooms is not good at all: the hotel is full of stairs and and you can't take the elevators un all the floor. To sum up, it's a good choice to visit segovia a couple of days, but may not be good choice for all kind of people.

You gave 5 star, but you give 4 because went my partner and I and had reserved room with views and us gave a with views without warn whenever there are us of that were two beds together and we wanted a bed double… : (despite that failed, slept very well! ) Views from the balcony very pretty of nature and of the area urban ancient. Clean place. The reception was very correct. The hotel very close to the Cathedral, main square, … What I recommend.

We loved it. Everything perfect, even changed us room because we don't fit with the nene after a night. Very friendly staff and very clean. The only thing to add is type sandwich/pizza bar for a light dinner service when already don't feel like leaving, especially if you go with children and it rains. To return safe.

This pretty well, although you have the cafeteria closed most of the day and the terrace having above for only smokers has a Bank and little more.

All basta you acceptable only that there was a huge smell of marijuana for all supondo because of general air-conditioning rooms.

I have seen several reviews and I come a l conclusion that there are two parts to hotel rooms that are on the ground 0, that is the one that I gave to my… average, wide and clean and with the windows to the alley behind. The view was a stone wall and chin pun… And others in the upper floors should have better view and better interior design … but I don't understand the comments. To please, the bed is very comfortable. To please the bed very comfortable.

We stayed 4 days, the attention was outstanding, the room fábulosa, decorated in a contemporary style and with good taste… we recommend you choose accommodation with breakfast, the breakfasts are very complete, all good quality and buffet… Sure that I come back!

The room was a dead end and it was a dungeon, you should have a reduced price. There are several rooms of this type. We sold a garage of the that had no and we had to park in another hotel.

Nice Hotel, but it is not normal that the heating is on 29 may. Good combination of old and modern but a little normal for the average price. Good breakfast.
