Very cozy and very clean apartments. Its very good location in front of the beach and the port. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'm sure we'll be back again. By the way they are pet friendly and we took an apartment with terrace and very well equipped.

Good apartments, spacious and warm, with everything you need. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Ample wardrobe. Good views. The couch as such something uncomfortable as a bed we didn't try. Friendly and helpful staff.

That's great. Super, very well equipped, very comfortable apartments.

Impressive at the first glance outside but once inside we feel musty and cigarette smoke. The Decorator was certainly color blind and did not account the size of the living room when he chose the large sofa bed which blocked almost all the space and doors giving on the balcony. The kitchen equipment is sufficient for 6 people but no culinary base is left in the cabinets (not even a grain of salt).
Positives: seaview, far from the noise of disco, neat, close to pedestrian access by sea and 2 km from the Center.

The building is impressive, is like staying at a former Palace overlooking the sea. Apartments have a fabulous maintenance and are a 4-minute walk from the beach, Suances has great atmosphere and also can move to any place of Cantabria comfortably now that is right in the middle of the region.
