We were staying a few days ago, my wife, my son and I.
It is fair to say that one night an event was held and there was a lot of fuss, which prevented us from resting.
The most serious thing has been that we have been victims of theft since when I return to my home and unpack our bags we have noticed that we lack different branded garments and some items.
You can't imagine the horrific feeling of knowing that someone has groned our most intimate belongings.
The worst thing is the response from this establishment that tells us that we must have lost them along the way and that we remember.
That they're going to look in the laundry room and see if anything comes up.
Our experience has really been surreal.

Celebrated the communion of my son, we loved the very quiet and cozy place, the friendliness of the staff, very attentive to everything and the spectacular food on the 17th of this month already 5 years ago. I recommend it one hundred percent…

The hotel is located close to the beach, so the rooms have very good views. The rooms are spacious and elegant. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Exceptional hotel. Located next to the beach of Sardinero. The room that touched me had a large terrace overlooking the sea. The rooms were very nice, very large and comfortable beds, with large windows, although the space was somewhat small but compensated with cleanliness and comfort. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, although it could be improved. Usually an exceptional hotel I would like to return to.

Lovely hotel in the Sardinero area. Spaciuos rooms, lots of light, beautiful views, clean, quiet and great staff. Lot to choose at breakfast with relaxing atmosphere and nice music in the background. Ten munutes walk down town. I highly recommend it.

The experience is for a celebration of 1st communion and the result is outstanding. The outdoor space with garden and parasols is great for everyone. Perhaps you miss some special animation for children, for example some inflatable, karaoke, clowns… But it's worth it.

We went in February, the room amazing: good view good size cleanliness impeccable rooms ultra comfortable staff friendly bathroom spotless and comfortable as the only drawback I will say that the breakfast is somewhat expensive and that the views may instead of to the sea touch you towards the garden N, but I recommend to 100% the hotel.

Standards of high quality, good atecion and food very well prepared. Rooms simple but very much to the day, practical and clean. Sea views but with a building in between, very quiet and silent area ideal to relax for a few days. To return without hesitation.

We went to a company meal, it was a menu of many dishes, all of high quality and enough quantity. The service was very attentive and lovely, we were served the drink as they saw that it was running out of our glass.

Excellent hotel almost on the seafront. Almost all rooms have sea views and large windows. It has a safe and hairdryer in the rooms. There's a restaurant in the hotel.

The rooms have great balconies, unfortunately few with sea views. I didn't test the room service.

Hotel is well situated and has sea views. Covered secure parking available but at a cost of 15 euros per night. Otherwise you can park in the road outside. Room was pleasant, quite spacious and very clean, en suite with bath and shower. There was a good balcony. Good lifts. English spoken by staff varied from satisfactory to good and staff were mostly friendly and positively helpful. Evening meal in the restaurant started at 8.30. Service quick and professional by smart friendly staff. Menu of the day very good value. Breakfast a little disappointing and rather expensive. Checkout efficiently done. The hotel is only 10 minutes drive from the ferry port so conveniently placed for overnight stays.

Our room was brilliant. We had a great view from the balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ttasty. The hotel is in walking distance of the centre and the sea.

A lovely hotel with exceptional views, in an excellent location. Our room was a lovely size with a large balcony to take in those views. Breakfast was good. The receptionist spoke very good English and was very helpful. Will definitely be returning to this hotel next time we are in Satntander.

Very warm welcome, nice and capable staff and highly recommendable high-class restaurant for adorable price (21€ per menu del día). Small but cozy rooms, nice view on the ocean and 5 min. Walk to the beach. Parking for 15€, very convenient. Great choice, no complication or complaints on our part.

We were five days 2 adults and 2 children, perfect staff, the room that we played very well, and the location.

It eats very well. It has a large garden area and a mini golf for children.

As a pain in the ass. There is nothing to pass the time. The staff in general very well but the room some toy. We had q change could not walk or sit only lying on beds.

The hotel is well situated in the Sardinero area, facilities well… but if there is a wedding in their banquet facilities are not sleeping until three in the morning… as we spent the weekend week … endures to the people of the wedding party and your trying to sleep with a small child… if you are dedicated to give banquet facilities that are not engaged to give sleeping people… that we pay for rest…
