➜ About the restaurant: recommended. The pot, the cheeks and especially the cottage with a touch of the house were delicious. There is also a very nice mop terrace, with cider and delicious blue Valdeón cheese. The best deal.
➜ Very endearing and familiar establishment there should be a hostalito like this every 10 kilometres

We stop without knowing anything or look at any route, we drive along the road to the old;) On our route to Cangas from Valladolid and say that we came out with a great feeling
The route is beautiful from Palencia, Guardo, Riaño, the gorge of the Beyos the truth that we went by chance and I can not have better memory of the trip (we did in 8 hours when it takes 3 ' 30:D)
To which we go, we asked for a menu of the day that could not be more homemade, 3 plates of first 3 of second (a good menu of the day should not have more than 10 plates to choose I think)
Very well prepared and a very close attention that is appreciated, also all very clean
Maybe the only downside is that they do not put prices and good that always leaves you the uncertainty but the menu for 2 people with drinks (wine, water and soda) more dessert and coffee for €15 head I found more than fair and eat in that environment is priceless (end of May and a day Open that allowed us to see the mountain in all its beauty)
