The Hotel has an excellent location, in the heart of Oviedo. The rooms are simple, modest, but it has two fundamental aspects: the cleanliness and comfort of the beds. The staff is attentive and very friendly. I am clear that when I return to Oviedo I will stay at this hotel, without a doubt.

Comfortable and equipped rooms. It had complimentary water, and all the toiletries… Even hairdryer and everything for a very cheap price. The receptionist are very friendly and attentive, we were lucky and they let us in a little before the time to leave our suitcases in the room.

The perfect essentials. Cleanliness, situation… Only details to improve: My shower faucet lost water and the Wi-Fi is a bit slow.

Very central and close to the cathedral of Oviedo. We did night at this hotel and found it great for the price. The hotel is very clean and good maintenance, although the furniture is a bit old but the TV is flat and give good service.

The hotel is good. The staff is nice. Maybe the building needs a reform but is quiet and not expensive.

Thankfully, there are still sites in which the care is so near and familiar. We were staying at this hotel with my daughter and my grandchildren, we had a wedding and it is the most central which we found to go to the church. Although it is a hotel very normal in terms of facilities, the staff were very good with us and the children, were at our disposal at all times. We forgot to ask for the crib and we needed to have the little one take a nap and we brought it in 5 minutes. It is a hotel, in which they know to be very good with the customers. Would return to this hotel for its situation and the friendliness of its workers.

A modest hotel with very attentive. The Wi-Fi worked very well for us at high speed. The breakfast with enough variety for this type of hotel. Next to the theatre Campoamor.

In the first place to thank the staff of the hotel is very nice and attentive. We helped the bags to the room and told us how to get to places that we had to go. Great! The rooms are normal, but the cleanliness is fantastic and the beds very comfortable. The location is unbeatable, in the centre of Oviedo, you can go to any site walk. I do not like learning by the news that the owner of this hotel did everything possible to throw a couple blind because I did not accept a guide dog. Take a look at facebook because the witness is crying. Shame hotel.

In this hotel the people with disabilities are not well received. Had a reservation for 3 nights last Friday and when we came my partner and I accompanied by my guide dog, the owner at first tried to prevent us from the entrance and, after getting to call the police and don't know how many more sites, that you were told that by law I have the right to access with my dog. As he was unable to prevent the entry you chose to tell us that their rooms were not ready and he taught us a little, with a considerable step in the access to the bathroom and with a window to an interior patio. Given the conditions of the hotel and, more importantly, the attitude of this lady, we opted to cancel the hotel and stay in the Blue Longoria Plaza which was only 10 euros more expensive per night and the care and the facilities much better.
