Good morning.
Although on their website it was indicated that the entrance was from 3:00 p. M. We arrived with suitcases at 4:00 p. M. And no one opened for us. They didn't offer to open until 5:00 p. M. They hid behind having warned with a missed call (they never contacted) that same day an hour before.
The owner of the hostel offered us a deplorable treatment over the phone. I had never been treated like that. He treated us BADLY. Logically, we went to another hostel where we were treated much better.
Fellow travelers, if you want to enjoy Gijón as it deserves (beautiful city), I do not recommend that you go to this hostel.
As advice to the owners of the hostel: you can not treat a client as you treated us. Totally aggressive, defensive and with an attitude out of place. Ridiculous.
