Hotel very close to the center of Bilbao (about 10' from the center and 5' from the food area). It is very new and has good customer service. The medium-sized rooms feature free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The bathroom is very clean.

Good hotel, well located and very clean. For the room deserves 5 stars. But lower the score because the breakfast is very bad. Not worth breakfast there, better on the street.

A tastefully refurbished hotel in the middle of the city. Just a step away from the train and Metro station. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel in the center of modern line Bilbao. Difficult to park in the area, it has garage but it is small and it is easy to be full. Justito Breakfast.

I really enjoyed the treatment, cleanliness and comfort of the room. The location was very good and the room was very nice. If I return to Bilbao I will certainly repeat accommodation.

Very well located, in the periphery of the old town where you can enjoy great tapas and with a good atmosphere by its alleys (advisable the tapas in the Plaza Nueva). Nice and clean Hotel that makes the stay a pleasant experience. Recommended.

New, comfortable, with free parking. Comfortable beds. I didn't really expect so much for what I paid for.

The cold atmosphere without personality the decoration of the reception is like the one of in store the small rooms there is not a drawer to put the clothes and the tiny bathroom. No option to turn off the heating very expensive in relation quality price.

We only stayed one night and chose it by location/price. We were lucky and were able to leave the car in one of the parking spaces, which is appreciated.
We were happy. It was missing a little more space in the sink and a bottle in the fridge, which, by the way, sounds pretty.
For breakfast, there is a tavern opposite with good tortilla and sandwiches.
Possibly, I would repeat.

Recommended Hotel. All very clean and the beds very good.

The hotel to be stayed is very good. The setting is a tad complex but good hotel conditions are good.

The hotel is 2 minutes walking from the old town, and has a bus that pass just in front that can brings you to city center. The rooms are a bit small and old, and cleaning is not excellent.

Truly nothing special. A safe but very nondescript place to stay. Rooms are clean, but not particularly cozy. Breakfast isn't included, and consists of a fairly sub-standard continental hotel breakfast. The hotel is in the Casco Viejo, however, which is a very nice neighborhood! It's also fairly close to the tram (which Google Maps doesn't know about at the moment), so travel around the city is easy.

Centrally located, good price, unfortunately not so good breakfast and look at a wall of the House.

The location is excellent, in the heart of old and very well connected town and service is adequate, but there are some shortcomings that the refrigerator does not work and do not get toothbrush or gel, things that you can find in any hotel of its category. On the other hand, parking is extremely small and difficult to access. In addition, the category of the hotel may be misleading because on some websites it is advertised as of 3-star when its class is 2. This may be due to that you have recently lowered their category, since in some elements of the hotel are still 3 stars.
Finally say that the breakfast is not worth €6 which costs. It is better to have breakfast at any of the bars close to the hotel.
In general the experience is positive, especially if you are looking for is a good location to enjoy the city, though, even though the hotel is in general correct, do not expect anything special.

Hotel OK for a 3 star, but badly isolated. Impossible to sleep after 8: 00 in the morning because of work that are just down the hotel. Attention, Park in the corner by car is a test! The hotel parking is free, but usually full. It is small, and the entrance is a big descent, I couldn't get out without scraping the bottom.

Wifi is going quite badly, and we had the misfortune of having problems with the security of our front door. There are mini-fridges in the rooms and at night make an infernal noise. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very well located.

The stay was very pleasant. Clean, spacious room with nothing of noise and a good mattress.
It has own parking and in the event that it is complete you derive to the parking lot of a nearby hotel.
It is very well located, near the historic centre of the city, so there are enough restaurants around.

Localización excelente a nada de tiempo del centro histórico. Habitaciones cómodas y con una calidad precio excelente. El único problema, un pequeño fallo del ascensor antes de irnos que se arregló rápidamente.

Good hotel very well located (ten minutes walk from the historic centre of Bilbao), with spacious rooms and good, but without great fanfare. It seems to Me an accommodation recommended although, if you look at the price-quality relationship, it can be a little expensive for what it is. Moreover, it includes free parking (but with very few seats available) and the hotel staff is very friendly.

Good location, 150 ft across the Atxuri (sounds like achuri) train station that will take you to San Sebastian. The train station (Abando) in Bilbao doesn't run to SS. Buy your Eusko Tren ticket in train sta 1.5€ activate prior to boarding green Tren at ticket machine. Doesn't look like much outside but clean, spacious, free Wi-Fi that works with phone and tablet. No air cond. Don't know about parking, not to noisy it's 10pm. They offer a breakfast for 6€, haven't tried it yet. Good lobby with tourist info. Near Casco Viejo/Old Town I'd recommend, not bad for 70€ Tues. 9/30/14.

Comfortable rooms and spacious clean clean the whole has a reasonable rate even if the breakfast is a bit point low I do not regret my choice and I will definitely stay again.

Cost € 70 is expensive normal breakfast I calculate that its value would be €50.

Well located, friendly staff, spacious triple room, good windows. It is a three star hotel without more pretensions, the only but: dust in the room included pelufos and quite a few moths of these white and small (would perhaps slipped previously with the window open? ).

I was only two days last August, people from the hotel lovely and very friendly, the room well, with all the necesatio for a good night's sleep.
Parking although it outdoors is helpful because the parking for this area is fatal. Very central desdea there can well on foot or by tram
