Quiet place with very good attention. Very good food.

Quiet place in a beautiful location. Amazing food and a nice terrace for having a coffee after. Never seen the rooms so I cannot comment on that.

Beautiful hotel with free parking not far from the beaches. Room a little cramped with just a small window in height and almost inaccessible but as last minute booking I do not complain. Welcome smiling. Quiet neighborhood. Simple but cheap catering. Good breakfast in a beautiful room! I recommend it.

It's eaten divinely. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is also a more sophisticated menu. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Terraces to eat very nice. Highlight, above all, the food that is delicious and very well presented. The price, the burgers are around 7 euros. The letter is more expensive but also not excessive.

I got married on this site almost 5 years ago and I only have good words to describe it. It is located in a beautiful place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If it makes good the cocktail was prepared in the garden outside and it was phenomenal. Whenever someone asks me I recommend this site without any doubt.

Very cosy, the rooms on the second floor, despite having a very low ceiling, are very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is a bit poor, and the area you are in doesn't have too much entertainment, but the hotel is superb and on a short walk you get anywhere.

We Were friends to have dinner burgers because my partner that goes a lot for work issue I had commented that they had menu for Celiacs.
I Ordered my burger and the waiter told me they had no bread. I Commented to see if possible some breasts with potatoes and I replied that it was not possible because they had a lot of trouble in the kitchen. I Decided not to dine.
After a while I commented that they would make me the dish. The potatoes came completely burned and I didn't touch them.
It Was a dinner to forget.

Perfect breakfast with a great variety of tortillas and pintxos at a very interesting price. The attention is good though better and also better the quality of the coffee.

Ideal place to stay a few kilometres from Bilbao.
Just a fifteen minute drive and twenty by Metro.
The rooms are not very luxurious but the building, the environment and the rest have something that is charming.
Located between two metro stops about ten minutes walk.
It has a good restaurant with quality cuisine. For those who do not want to eat a la carte, has a more informal food service of good quality. (burgers, snacks, combined dishes, skewers etc…
It is a place where residents of the area take advantage to spend a pleasant time with family on weekends, to take their snacks both inside and outside area that has a covered area where smokers can be without being cold. And to be with the children who have a play area of the hotel itself and around, parks and tree-lined area to walk to the edge of the river where there are usually ducks.
Free parking is available. Although it is a residential area and a quiet environment, about fifteen minutes walk is the shopping center Artea and something closer there are shopping areas where at any given time you can walk you can also access the area of the marina and beach at only 1 5 minutes taking a walk and enjoying a very nice residential environment.

Nice terrace with a service of ten. Perfect for a drink in company, they have squid rings!

A very nice place with very good professionals and good cuisine.

We ate a special menu in a family celebration. The food was to the liking of all the diners, in sufficient quantity and good presence. The treatment of the waiters was unbeatable, good human capital, not worth less a place of such characteristics. We were very comfortable, even lengthening the table, in a separate enclosure of the rest of diners since by number and imagine request of the hosts (or deference of the restaurant) there we were located.

In General It's fine, good cooking, wine and beer. When The weather allows you can enjoy a nice terrace with games for children.

Excellent bar of tortillas and very good service. Of the best of the area for a good breakfast… only a But… they lack some kind of different bread for toasts.

For me it's perfect. Well-connected, metro and bus to Bilbao and at the same time close to the sea. It is a simple hotel but the staff is very nice and professional.

Great food and an ideal place to go to watch the football games. They have a very nice tent terrace.

We use as a cafeteria. Large terrace. Not as expensive as I expected XA the area q is. Large Parking.

Es un lugar perfecto para tomar algo. En la zona no hay mucho más y, aún así, cuidan bien al cliente, tiene parking, los niños pueden jugar tranquilamente…

In a very quiet area, 5 minutes from the Metro stop (GOBELA). Recommended.

It is in a very quiet place, it eats very well and the treatment is exquisite. I recommend the Lobster tail salad and the cream cheese. The fish are very fresh. It's not cheap but the product and the deal make it worthwhile.

Worst service ever. How management can rely on such a bad team of waiters… Simply amazing.

The rooms are very good Helpful and smiling staff. Excellent breakfast and location: in 5 minutes walk you reach the Metro to be able to go to Bilbao or to the beaches.

I went to artaza's restaurant for a meal which was pretty good. The restaurant has recently been repainted and now looks pretty good. The service was good as well as the food. Personally I didn't find it expensive.

5, €60 the squid. They are batter and good, they are good but nothing special.
The atmosphere is good.

The staff was super friendly and surrounded by groves and roads in a quiet urban area. The rooms are very large and some have terrace is smoking.
It is highly recommended.

The location is very nice, sunny outside with a playground for kids, classic in the inside. Prices are according to the area, expensive but not too much. The service was awful, took forever to serve some coffees even if the place was almost empty, the waiter was not very friendly.

Generally speaking this well but there are some details that could be improved. But it is a very nice and cozy place to spend the afternoon or even to stay.

Something is wrong here if this hotelucho has a better score than The Pier. Common sense please.
