Everything is very clean and careful, it is simple, the beds are spotless, it rests very well and is very close to the beach. It is a very practical accommodation and very good attention.

Affordable and very well maintained pension. Room 202, small but cozy and complete. New Double reed, Tele Wi-Fi shower, safe, wooden floor, heating and ceiling fan. Recommended if you are looking for a place to sleep well at a good price.

The pension is pretty good. It is a refurbished apartment two or three minutes walk from the beach of La Contxa and about ten minutes from the old part and skewers area. The rooms were a little small but to go to just sleep this great. All very clean. The bathroom was clean and the food was very good. The guy who attended us was very friendly, explained the area and recommended us restaurants and bars. It has possibility of parking very close by €20 more a day, which is very good because you can not park around. To visit the city is great.

For years I've gone (2009) and at that time I left happy. The staff, a very good situation.

I really enjoyed my stay here. We are a young couple that travelled around Eruope in Sept and Oct 09 and while in San Sebastian we stayed here. We found it a little difficult to find at first but were pleasantly surprised when we did. The room was lovely and light and very comfortable. We shared the bathroom on our floor which was clean and modern. It was a good distance to both the Old Town and the CBD and had some nice eateries near by. We felt it was great value for money and found the Lady (owner) very helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

I had never written a bad recommendation, but this guest did not meet my expectations, bad treatment to the customer, or at least as far as my experience is concerned, there is not always a person in charge of the pension and the money neither correlates.
As something positive, the location in the city.
Donostia is renowned for its friendly people and tourists, there is a wide selection and other places where the deal will be much better and will go with best taste of this great city.
