They have problems with soundproofing. You can't rest. You hear absolutely everything going on behind the door. There were ants and mosquitoes in the room. I think the price is too high for the quality of the hotel. Great deal.

Good value for money Good location and friendly staff.

Clean and friendly Hotel which is a 5 minute walk from the beach of the Zurriola. The rooms, although they are not very large, use the space very well and at no time give a feeling of oppression. The staff has been very nice and attentive. It has a free parking, but there are not many cars in and it is easy to have all the gaps full. Also if the room is close to the front desk there will be enough noise due to the entrance and exit of the guests.

I spent a night here for work. The hotel is very clean. It has a free parking but I arrived at dawn and there was no place. The hotel staff very kindly told me how to get to a parking area. 5 minutes walk.
I could repeat without problems.

We have just spent four days in the. Very cozy and quiet. Beds comfortable and large. The staff very friendly and willing to assist in whatever you need. The girls receive a charm. If ever we return to San Sebastian will definitely stay there.

Fantastic two nights stay. Leyre (receptionist, waitress, tour guide) is great with us, by recommending us that places to visit, where to park, etc. Hotel well located about 10-15 mins walk to Playa de la Concha, has parking, comfortable and clean rooms, and breakfast is complete. We will definitely be back.

We liked it very much and it is very likely q if we go back to Donostia repeat. The hotel has charm and the situation in the Gros neighborhood is perfect. Very friendly staff and all the indications and recommendations Q makes you without good. Breakfast acceptable for 5, 5 euros if you want fruit. We were in the family room Q is very spacious and comfortable. Only 2 hits: towards some cold in the room and bathroom with curtain instead of screen, it is true Q was quite new but I think Q in a hotel is not something very hygienic. Today there are very cheap screens, change it.

Perfect place, 15 minutes from the old town. Very clean, quality ideal price and the best the staff, very friendly and helpful. If we pass through San Sebastián again we will return!

Very good value for money. San Sebastian is expensive in accommodation. Free Parking. Attention 10 over 10. Right breakfast, you can choose between a single and a complete one. Good situation. The hotel itself is ok but the toilet a bit fair. I would need updating but then the price…

Rooms are clean and nicely fitted out, and the Wi-Fi is good and free.

Nice hotel. The staff were really helpful and have us loss of great today for our trip. The room was big, the bed was comfy and it had good pillows. Great value place to stay.

The most wonderful place to stay… we were made to feel welcome and the most helpful lady at the front desk. Very comfortable rooms and good location. Simple breakfast but really nice! We put chocolates on our bed for the cleaning ladies…

We had a great couple of days staying here in August 2016. Location was within easy walking distance to Zurriola Beach & had plenty of restaurant choices in Gros area as well as the main town centre. Customer service was the best we had over our 6 week trip throughout Europe. Sarah went over and above all expectations with her friendliness & willingness to share her local knowledge of places to see, visit & restaurants to try. She is an absolute asset to her employers. Would stay here again.

The parking lot is small. The rooms are small as well but sufficient. The location is perfect.

I have not hosted me there but I accompanied a friend and spent a few minutes on it. In a clean, quiet and staff very nice and close.

Central location, close to the beach and to the mountain. The best free parking in a city impossible to park.
