Gurutzeberri Hotel

I'm not coming back!, old rooms, dirty, on the outside very nice and rustic but inside well deserves a reform.
The small single room, box spring from 20 years ago, old bathroom and clean the fair.
The owners are unfriendly, bad customer service. I ordered an extra hand towel, and they've laughed at me.
I'm used to working to this kind of hostels, but at least if I ask for a towel I get it.
Expensive menu of the day, right in front there is a restaurant that is well worth it and are very friendly and attentive.

Hotel of the 1970s and which has not seen any evolution. Poorly soundproofed room average cleanliness. Any lack of brightness and cheerfulness. Breakfast was good.

Very friendly staff. Eye-catching decoration that I wouldn't know how to define, for example a bronze lion in almost real size. Isolated population and services.

Pleasant enough overnight stop. Owner rather miserable and rooms dated. Nice spot.

Restaurant my good recommend the rooms not so much, they have more room for improvement.

It is a beautiful pass with those lions and eats in large group (70 people) and they serve you very well.

It is a place with tremendous possibilities but they have not been able to exploit their unlimited resources. A luxurious Victorian decor that stands out in ostentation and sobriety that does not match the poor quality of the menu and less with its low quality in the wine list that does not know how to get out of old Riojas Troteros. A very atemporanea sober home Euskalduna family that does not offer empathy. In order to wait for the account and not repeat.

Staff polite but spoke noooo english… the room could do with a refurb. The disabled facility fittings were absolutely disgustingly filthy and looked like they had never ever been cleaned. Would not stay there again. Ashame really. The seating in the Bar were WELL PAST their Sell-By date and were dirty and unkemped and uncomfortable. I also suffered mild food poisioning.

Total disappointment! Lack of respect! Learn how to communicate first before you start a business!

Despite everything, location, good hotel close to place of nature, for lovers. The area is very beautiful and a lot of restaurants to the value (I think the Iriberri) unbeatable is close to hotel hostel-like.

The hotel gurutze berri, we were disappointed enough, we feel cheated when you say a price and then charge you a lot more, clear as the booking was by phone, there was nothing written, if you don't find anything and you have to go, that will confirm the booking by email. It has no charm, is shabby and in the area there are other much more beautiful. The attention is bad and is not what it seems on the outside, and I keep quiet things.

One of my favorite places in the area. In a former farm, with large rooms you can sign one of the best traditional meals of your life. A hake with clams being you the head, or a Sweetbreads with tremendous boletus, but best of all are game dishes: thrushes, pigeon, Woodcock, Partridge, roe deer, deer, duck, Hare, wild boar. And all brutally good.
