What an amazing place! Incredible food, incredible people (make sure you speak Spanish! ), incredible location. It's a little out of the way for most travelers, but a great way to see the beautiful Spanish countryside. The nearby town is large enough to provide many restaurants and a little exploration. Note — — be sure to get breakfast! One of the best I have ever had. Vincente and Maribel are some of the friendliest hostsi have ever met, and they treat you like family.
