A spectacular location in Aranzazu. It is a good place to decide to get away from the crowds and the urban noises even though the restaurant is quite crowded. The attention is good, the dishes are elaborated and the quality of the raw material is good and it is noticeable. As starters, the hake cake is a good option to open mouth without giving up the taste of a prepared snack: You can ask to serve a ration for x people so you can share it. The assortment of homemade fries would not recommend it: Despite the good taste of some of them, it fills too much and there is nothing special about it. The fish dishes have a good taste and are very well prepared: the Cod in green sauce is delicious, like the monkfish. Beans are also a good choice even for sharing, serving the center in a small fountain. With regard to the meat, a sirloin got. The escalopes, however, did not deserve the position. With the desserts was a great enjoyment: variety, freshness, intensity of flavors and quality.
The value for money and the situation is acceptable. Definitely a good place to consider if you go around.

Magic place, people and food.

A great B&B! The owners are super friendly, the house is beautiful, full of antique furniture and even a gramophone. The room is large, comfortable and very nice with wooden beams. The breakfast was great. Eskerrik Asko.
To improve only the pillow which was a too soft for my taste. But I would definitely come back! And the views of the place make it worthwhile to get there.

The squid are very good.

One of the best little hotels I've stayed at. I've stayed all over the world and this little place stands out for me. It's perched above the sanctuary arantzazu and is a 350 year old converted and lovingly restored farmstead ; Family run and lived in. We were fabulously welcomed and shown around, our room was gorgeous with views down the mountain. We had a wonderful dinner… very inexpensive Drinks in the small bar, excellent and again amazing value Breakfast was a stand out, with home made cakes, hams, fresh toast and omelette If I could give more than 5* I would, this is what a small hotel/B&B should be. I'll be back one day to climb Azkorri again but honestly mainly to stay here again :-)

This hotel is run by a very sweet family. It's cozy, comfortable and clean. They cook the best food and dessert. There is an outdoor swimming pool too.
