➜ Good afternoon,
We have just had a VERY bad experience, we have called apartamentos La Jayma del Arte to see if they had a fridge and they have offered us to make the reservation with them if we sent bizum. Seeing that she was very busy with breakfasts, really out of kindness, we preferred to do it with booking and we booked there. After 2 minutes the owner has called us literally SCREAMING at us on the phone that why we had done it for booking. After having such a bad deal we have decided to cancel. When telling her that we were now considering whether to go or not, she threatens us that she has already charged the 40 euros that we had better not go. So if this message can reach someone who has not yet made their reservation, be careful because this business feeds on cancellations from what we see. The worst thing is to have done something in good faith, to do more and to be SCAMMED 40 euros on top. Lack of self-control and a bad attitude on the part of the owner… impressive. They had never yelled at me on the phone to make a reservation or if there has been any mistake, VERY BAD WAYS. Don't go.
