An unbelievable hotel set right in the middle of sevilla. It was a 50th birthday present for my wife from her brother, and it’s been superb.

Quiet, and very nice, the kitchen of 10, and the staff very attentive, the building itself makes you fall in love!

The hotel is lovely but very hot during the summer. Our room just would not stay cool. They did give us a fan but it was still not as cold as we would have liked. I found the staff to be snobbish. Especially the concierge. Also if you need a private car find one on your own the hotel takes a big cut of drivers they hire so you could save a minimum of $100 EU right off the bat! When you walk inside the hotel the parfumerie store adjacent to the check in desk has over perfumed the lobby and it smelled like an over perfumed elderly person. The maids make a huge racket in the mornings waking you up unnecessarily! This is my biggest pet peeve and why I won’t be spending $550 EU plus to get little sleep!

Beautiful, palatial hotel in the heart of Seville. Staff is always courteous. Restaurant is top-notch. Your room will make you feel like royalty. Walking distance to myriad historical landmarks and the river as well. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

Went there for a quick drink. The setting is beautiful, the terrasse very impressive. The hotel is very well air conditioned which in the summer months is greatly appreciated! Drinks are reasonably priced for a five star hotel. Service is good but not overwhelmingly nice — just cordial.

Great place to stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. You can't help but feel like a king/queen when you're staying there. We were there for our anniversary trip so they made it extra special by providing us with a small gift, flowers and rose petals on the bed. It was super sweet and unexpected because they had already given us wine and chocolate when we arrived. Their breakfast menu is great and has a lot of variety as well. Totally recommend staying here!

Beautiful hotel open to the public. Great food and definitely worth the extra cost. Because of its rich history its worth wondering around and looking at the architecture, the art and the jewelry displayed in this landmark.

I and my husband went for a weekend and stayed at this hotel. I must say the historical architecture is overwhelmingly beautiful, yet the hotel service is beyond disappointment. First, none of the personnel understands English for real. They would understand something completely different. Example: we wanted to book something for 4pm, but they sent the confirmation to our room at 5:30pm! Really silly and incompetent staff. At the pool, no matter how much you stress on getting cold beers, you will still get them warm. Last but not least, the room was spacious and quite nice, bathroom as well yet at times, there was an unbearable smell coming from the toilette pipes. The food in the fine dining restaurant San Francis is mediocre. Burrata was utterly acidic and the paella a bit too fried and no real taste. And to get a cocktail on the terrace bar it takes 30min… This should be a museum, not a hotel. With all due respect.

Public areas in the hotel are free to visit. Excellent and posh decor. Try the lift inside, interesting concept! Can order a coffee at the café and enjoy the ambience!

It's a spectacular place! You are amazed to see so much art inside the hotel. For its architectural beauty, for the glamour as it is decorated… Also the employees are very polite and attentive. Always majestic with the client… To tell you that you do not have to leave Seville while seeing this beautiful palace.

The location of this hotel is exceptional. In the historic centre of Seville. Communicated with a wide variety of public transportation services with Metro, Taxi, tram and bus stops just a few meters from the hotel door.

Spectacular for Spain. A very nice level for this hotel whose marble is everywhere. The style is beautiful, the view of the ceiling is beautiful and the rooms are really beautiful… but beware… The restaurant is fatal… a Mie… better eat at McDonald's: 69 euros for a fry and a fry, and a fry, the boss has no competition.

This hotel is like a 1920s Hollywood set for a film about Seville. The hotel has been meticulously restored and is now better than ever. Bedrooms are very comfortable and the tile work in the bathrooms is amazing. Best cocktail bar in Seville.

Arrived at this hotel during a taxi strike so the journey on was about 45 minutes longer than expected. The men at the door rushed towards us all apologetic (of course it wasn't their fault) and when greeted by reception staff the drama of the last hour slipped away. Concierge also greeted us and really made us feel at home. The room (superior) was large and very comfortable — and the bed lush. I had informed the hotel by email that it was my wife's birthday — and upon returning to our room late that night there was a small birthday cake on the bed with best wishes and a chilled bottle of sparkling wine. Really thoughtful. Of course the hotel is centrally located and offers a variety of bars and eateries. Truly a delightful experience.

Fantastic building in a great location. The patio bar just inside the main entrance is a lovely place to stop for a drink in style if one wants to escape the heat and crowds. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Very enjoyable stop!

Well. After reading the comments, in something I must take care of the reasons of the critics: it is true and true that "could be better". Especially in maintenance matters. The place is… as few… unparalleled… the host on a bicycle. But personal foul. And I say that because I worked on it is the Hotel and I must admit that the investment in that aspect is… manifestly better.

The American Bar is a highlight in the Sevillian night life.

The atmosphere is what we liked most about the Hotel Alfonso XIII. The enviroment is amazing, it has style and character. It’s location is central and the staff was extremely friendly, professional and nice. It is a memorable experience, we were thrilled to be there even just for a coffee.

When you enter, you feel like the time machine exists. It takes you to that wonderful world of Seville of yesteryear, with its majesty, taste for the exquisite and a thousand details that you discover in every corner. Tiles, woods, hardware, floors, lamps… everything seems to envelop you and take you by the hand to that Ibero-American exhibition that took place back in year 1.929 where everything breathed art, taste and excellence.

It's a flagship of our city. The stars fall short.
As for the terrace part, coffee area, drinks and restaurant run by the best professionals.
At the bottom in addition to having a wonderful environment accompanies a pianist.
It is a pity that the Sevillian public does not frequent it at least once a year.
Prices are at a good price given what is described.
A combination is 8 Euros, coffees, beers 5 Euros.
There are more expensive ones and they do not have a point of comparison as the EME terrace which is a shame what they charge and the service provided.
They are one of the places that hurt our tourist prestige.

We went to breakfast, it is very well and it is worth going to see it and to be in a building as emblematic as wonderful, however the breakfast staff leaves much to be desired being the hotel Alfonso XIII in attentive, they took my toast plate prepared as soon as I I got up, and yet when I had the empty plate no one took it, they left the bill on the table without having asked for it since they were going to close, detail a little uncomfortable to be where we were… We ordered a red tea and brought green tea, we ordered for the second time red tea and they brought black tea, and obviously the third time we got up for the red tea because we were getting a slack laugh about the situation… there is no natural orange juice, which is quite strange in a hotel of this category… Otherwise I would like to point out that the most friendly, polite and boarded waiter that day was a tall young boy with a huge smile always on his face, I think I remember his name was Luis… certainly a pleasure among all that was out there.

This hotel has lost its charm even if it remains emblematic in Seville ideally located, and high class with attentive staff, a valet of the most friendly but can be accepted to see:-inadequate cleanliness in the common areas and rooms: wooly dusts, crumpled papers on the ground for several days — reassortments of incomplete rooms.

I was there for a cup of coffee. Excellent decor as well as the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The service was very good and very friendly. Highly recommended. It's also nice to see the site as something historical.

Spectacular hotel I loved excellent to relax, they have great affection with the client, the somewhat baroque rooms very loaded with decoration, but they are very large and the beds do not have king level.
It has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.

A beautiful place where it is good to enjoy the patio. The brunch is excellent even if one can regret that the coffee is not foreseen in the menu and the poverty of the desserts.

We only took the "brunch del Domingo". It is on this only service that I can appreciate this establishment.
The place is very nice, very beautiful. The construction is imposing, but the impression of finesse is due to its architecture. Inside everything is of period although probably renovated. It's Cossu: wood, Azulejos, large armchairs… and a beautiful patio surrounded by a covered promenade. It's very beautiful and peaceful. It was in the promenade that we were.
The service is clean. Welcome by the Maitre d'hôtel, explanations on the operation of the brunch. The servers are discreet, attentive and very efficient.
the buffet is rich, quality and very well cooked. 0n regrets the lack of originality in the dishes offered and especially the desserts. Drinks included but not tea and coffee, strange for brunch (charged at very reasonable prices for a 5 *).
We go there for the quality, the choice, the place and the service.

Let's play with clichés: the best hotel in Seville! A real treat. A beautiful décor in a Palace decorated with taste. A large patio for breakfast and aperitifs. Beautiful rooms, worthy of one of the best 5 star hotels I have ever visited. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside: a lot of noise from the street despite the double insulation of the Windows.

The house has a great ambience of Spanish style. Price performance is absolutely right.
