Nice hotel with outdoor pool and bar also it was easy to take a taxi to our main attractions in Seville. The hotel staff iPhone was very helpful and eager to give you information on where to go and what to see. They also will allow you to leave your bags downstairs for free in till 3 o'clock the day of check out.

We held a company training. The room was bright and big, ample enough. You have to request multimedia hardware separately. Staff was nice and ready to help at all times. Great place to hold events.

Cheap food, identical buffet every day, noisy room room OK no more for a 4 star paid parking quite expensive.

The queue at the reception (7 min), far from the center (not in walking distance), free parking along the road near the hotel (with some passable, who need to pay for parking-do not understand this Spanish theme), in the room is cold-climate in the room is not is configured as expected.
The second day in the hotel: The whole day was in the city, in the evening to send to the room-very cold. The reception was very helpful. Received an answer that will be transferred to the service. Back in 2 hours-the situation in the room has not changed, everything is also cold-noticeably colder than in the hallway. The problem is that for the first night I managed to get cold because of the fact that the room is cool. Number 1001.
The room was very clean. It worked for heating, in just 12 minutes was significantly warmer. I have a suspicion that the hotel service still worked-fixed!

The hotel is a little bit far from the city centre getting by walking. But if you take a taxi it's not that far. Rooms are great and it has all services. Totally recommend it.

I loved staying at this hotel.
It is also true that it was for professional reasons and I was very keen to enjoy all the services of the hotel, for example, the pool.
If it is true that there are often many groups of tourists but, with how big the hotel is, you will have plenty of room to relax.
The rooms are very comfortable and spacious.
They have two restaurants: a letter and a buffet.
You may think the buffet will be of low quality but I assure you it is not so.
For breakfast I recommend you go first thing (7:00) or almost last (10:30) if you don't want to meet a lot of people.
Special mention for the staff who, in spite of the workload they have, are always with a smile.

I do not recommend this hotel. Management was dreadful and repeatedly rude via email. I booked online through a travel website, which didn't go over well. I requested to move 3 nights from a very busy time for them, to a less booked time, and they refused to consider it. I paid them directly for 4 more nights. Asked to trade the 3 nights I paid for to book 1 night and they refused. I told them I would stay and insisted that the room stay booked so they would not rebook it to their economic gain from their rudeness. The hotel is far south of town. The restaurant had a limited menu, but breakfast buffet was very good. The rest of the staff and concierge were friendly and helpful. Check-in took more than an hour, with large groups of people waiting that arrived after me. The hotel seemed rather overpriced.

High-end hotel very comfortable with several dining rooms and all the appropriate equipment to be able to rest (free gym multitudes of sofas as well as a large park with swimming pool). Clean and comfortable. Great stay to redo.

Spacious, clean… Good location for what we were looking for. The only downside is, although we took our own toiletries, I saw a little "crappy" that only put a shampoo, a gel and a toothbrush, when the room was double! Otherwise OK.

Huge hotel with pools operating in summer. Lobby looks nice. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. The location is a bit far from the city which is not really advisable for people who plan to walk to the city Center as it will take around an hour and a half max. The bed was super comfortable. Staff were relatively friendly.

Hotel is lovely and clean. Big bath which is unusual in a hotel these days but very welcoming after a day sightseeing. My only criticism would be no tea/coffee making facilities in the room (I have been told this is normal in spain) but I did miss my morning cuppa and last drink at night. As these you have to pay for.

Good modern rooms and a large bathroom. The hotel is quite large and therefore has no particularly nice atmosphere. The food is very good, but not quite cheap either. It is good and fast and inexpensive (taxi €6 bus 4-5 €) to the city centre.

The service is very nice and very efficient. The rooms could be a little more modern, but in general they are very good, clean, full. It is a quiet hotel, very well connected to the city centre and even though it is located next to the Real Betis countryside, there is no noise in the party days. Highly recommended.

Very large, well appointed hotel, somewhat dated in appearance but charming nevertheless. The breakfast is spectacular. Regular bus service into City centre makes it very convenient. Hotel is in a quiet location.

One night on site not had time to see everything but the room was spacious the meal was consistent and sufficient and the small bar lounge nice to drink a good mojito.

Nice hotel with large rooms but some are cold, great breakfast and good service. Restaurant and self service internal bus convenient nearby.

A very large hotel with normal rooms without any bragging. He has plenty of carpeting and lacks the shower enclosure. A little bit away from the center but the bus line 3 leaves you in the center in 20 minutes.
The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good.

This hotel, is really very nice. Large, clean and fairly luxurious room (you have to remember I was not in many hotels yet). The breakfast is fantastic, very wide selection, cold as well as warm food. Unfortunately, in February the swimming pool was too. The prices of the mini bar are overpriced, but about 500m nearby is a supermarket where you can shop. Overall impression is very good.

It's a huge hotel with more than 600 rooms. The room was large and with all the amenities. The room service is very attentive and fast and the price is in the average with other hotels we have stayed in. We have dined in the cafeteria and have a reduced menu but it is all very rich. It is very easy to park in the area.

The pool is excellent, and has sun loungers and a shallow kiddies pool as well. The Pool bar offers a decent range of food and drinks, and we found the service both friendly and courteous. Our rooms had air conditioning, which is a requirement in the high Seville temperatures. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of food, cold & hot drinks on offer. We found all the staff that we met to be both welcoming & attentive.

This hotel is straight outta the 80s. Old, dated design, not been renovated. But that's fine. The hotel is huge. The rooms are pleasantly better than the foyer, are spacious, and the shower is great. Hand-shower everywhere, so it's great for bathing kids. Strong Wi-Fi. Great prices. Super breakfast buffet. Dinner menu is quite a joke. Don't know about lunch. Parking available below for 14€ a day, or (i think) you could just park on the street for free. I do see another section of this hotel that is modern and very nice too.

Clean rooms and qualified staff. The breakfast is very varied with fresh fruit every morning. On the other hand it is an aging and unattractive establishment. Far from the center, it is really surrounded by nothing…

Located outside the city of Seville and opposite the football stadium, it offers comfort and good service. Recommended.

The cafeteria very nice, clean and tidy as it should be. The coffee I ordered was fine. I went with two friends. We all ordered coffee. We were talking. Friendly service. The only thing that struck was that in the midst of our talk the waiter came with the bill without us asking for it.

No good service. Only the check-in takes more than 30 minutes behind me still a giant snake. I've never seen this before.

Paid 40 euros for a double for one night. Very large Hotel that is on the side of the stadium of Betis. Very nice structure, floor very years 80. The room was large enough, 26 inch TB pretty old and poorly located, bathroom with bathtub a little dated and there was also the bidet. I do not know why in many hotels do not put more outlets.

This hotel only has "palace" name.
A room, a bedding as comfortable as a block of granite, not to mention the torn carpets and equipment of the last century.
If you are going to stay here, expect to visit the biggest tourist factory in the area, extremely noisy, especially the breakfast buffet, which will offer you what is more industrial, just like at dinner.
You will surely find better in the city, which will save you the taxi or bus costs that help you to travel the 3 Km separating you from the centre.

Spectacular Hotel. In size in every way, even the parking spaces are spacious. Varied rooms, 5-Star breakfast buffet, room service and very pleasant stay except one detail. I have stayed in December and have the healthy habit of aerating the rooms but they do not close the window at the end and are freezing. And in the hallways to be as broad as that. But we go, except that, excellent.

Great hotel, great facilities and good service. A few days ago I stayed two nights and I forgot the mobile phone cable; I have regained it thanks to the friendliness of the hotel staff who sent it to me home. Merry Christmas to the whole team.

We loved it… all very nice and excellent attention. Attentive at all times and with excellent tourist information with the possibility of booking and buying tickets for the monuments.
The food was great and the breakfast was excellent.

Nice room, everything clean, friendly service and of course the often mentioned insanely good breakfast! Optimal public transport connections. A little run down from the outside, but the appearance is deceptive.

Spacious and functional.
Location: In the Avenida de la Palmera, at the height of the Betis stadium. Nothing central to walk around but very close by taxi or drive to everything.
Rooms: They're not bad at all. The hotel is quite large, we touched a room to a giant inner courtyard with small window, but it was no problem. Very quiet. The air conditioner was very high upon arrival, it was very hot outside, but we can get off with the remote.
Parking: Comfortable, large and functional, quickly accessible from the reception.
Reception: Well served always, with quick and attentive staff.
The hotel has a gym and swimming pools.

Perfect place to rest. The location was very clean Good quality customer service. Rooms with lots of space, at least in my case, we occupied a double room for marriage and it was nice, all in order and clean. The location of the hotel, somewhat away from the centre of Seville, but there is easy access to take the bus and make transfers. No complaints, all excellent.

Nice rooms but again shower in bath. I don't get that at all. Love separate shower. Rooms nice though apart from that. Bit far from centre 5 to 10 euro by taxi do too far to walk and bus service not easy to find. Nice pool area. Food in main dining room buffet not great. Breakfast fine.

This is no more than a two to three star hotel at best. Just had 6 nights there and the place is run down and in serious need of a face lift. The furniture is stained, dirty facade walls and generally shabby. No tea or coffee making facilities in rooms, no free bottled water in the room and you get charged if you want a kettle. Also had to request a fridge for the room. Breakfast is the worst I have experienced in any hotel from a two star hotel up. Rock hard fried eggs come out of the kitchen, boiled eggs blue inside, tea urn not properly hot — I could go on and on. Hotel is saved by the pool area which is lovely with a nice little terrace restaurant.

Sehr schönes Hotel etwas außerhalb neben dem Fußball-Stadion. Sehr gute Busverbindung mit Linie 3 ins Zentrum. Fahrzeit ca. 18 Minuten. Nicht so weit vom Flughafen entfernt, allerdings kostet ein Taxi zum Hotel 25€. Supertolles Frühstücksbuffet mit riesiger Auswahl und sehr schöne Poolanlage. Leider muss man für ein Handtuch am Pool eine Leihgebühr von 1€ bezahlen. Aber zumindest erhält man zum Handtuch noch eine minikleine Flasche stilles Wasser. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt. Wir würden das Hotel wieder auswählen.

Huge hotel. Very impersonal although modern and comfortable. Far from downtown but the bus 3 will bring you there in 20 minutes. Nice breakfast and good AC.

Excellent reception. Perfect breakfast and for all tastes, with great abundance of both savory and sweet. There is also the possibility to use the pool.
Close to two bus stops, both good to get to the center of Seville. For those who do not like the bus several taxis stationed a short distance from the entrance.

Hotel in the suburbs easily accessible from the airport. From there in 10 minutes by car you arrive in the center. Very friendly staff.

The room and the price was decent, the staff was friendly. Only the people at the reception speak english. The room service they have is just horrible. The fries were soggy, instead of onion rings we got fries. Fork and knife were dirty, same goes for the glasses we got. Big let down food wise, same goes for the breakfast buffet.

Even where their grasp of English was mediocre, they were always helpful. As a 4 star hotel, I expected the quality of the food to be better. The breakfast buffet didn't vary from day to day, which was a pity. Having different fruits & hot offers would improve the breakfast. Also increase the size of the cups or offer teapots, as my party love their tea, and didn't appreciate having to continuously get up to the hot drinks to get more small cups of tea. We had the dinner buffet on one evening and this was a huge disappointment, considering the price, the quality and variety was poor for a 4 star hotel.

We had a suite — bedroom, sitting room with desk, bathroom with separate bath and shower, and a dressing room. Very comfortable. Helpful staff. Easy access by bus to the city. The only downside was the access to the "elite room" where we could get complimentary coffee water and pastries. On our first day a section had been reserved for a party which did not turn up while we were there and we had to share a table with another guest. Day 2 someone had forced open the door so there were no pastries but also no word from hotel staff as to what had happened. Other guests waited half an hour for the pastries. We were not offered anything and left after having some coffee.

The hotel is not new but it is well maintained. Our room (3 beds) is very large with a spacious bathroom. The lobby is a bit kitschy but very large and has 4 panoramic elevators inside. The breakfast buffet is rich and you can also eat outdoors. The staff is nice and helpful. The pool is big with lots of space around and plenty of sun and shade. In the streets around the hotel you park for free. The bus stop to go downtown is very close. Bus 3 takes about 15 minutes to reach the centre. Very good value for money.

It is nice and it has a good pool rooms and the carpet is is outdated. The TV is still tube.

The aging exterior that boast a palace actually just look like a gaint white factory. The garden, lounge, and pool area are nice though. The rooms are so-so. It's about a 30 minute bus ride to the center. The buses are just around the corner. Complimentary Wi-Fi is really bad here.

The restaurant I liked, it had variety.
The ahbitaciones were OK, perhaps a bit small bathroom but left it well.

The hotel isn't that new anymore. It seems like the windows will never be cleaned from the outside, because we can't see through. the room is okay but not clean. There is a corner at the table where the dust lies since we arrived. We talked to the cleaning ladies, but due to language barriers, they didn't understand it. Nevertheless, it's a corner on the table where they really SHOULD clean, because it's definitely not hidden. the feedback sheet is written by clients from 27.02.2016 (today is the 10.05. ) so they just never changed it. the old television is not important for us (also they only have spanish channels which is a bit annoying) and the Wi-Fi connection is slow, but it works. overall we expected more, but the personnel is very nice, prices in the restaurant are quite high, but overall it is very good. maybe we were just unlucky to have a never-cleaned-room :P add: we couldn't check the pool due to rain and bad weather.

Rooms very clean and fairly quiet, but the service is always impeccable (the fridge in the room was broken on arrival the door was practically eradicated, but we had to wait 2 days and then 3 reminders to intervene). Bed really uncomfortable.

Nice hotel with very good corner pool large and well cared for. Very bright and pleasant with staff very professional and friendly in General. On a negative note I have to give the coffee shop/room service for food quality very poor. Also the restaurant adjacent to the cafeteria has dishes quite equal to the overall impression of the hotel. On the other hand, if you don't think to take advantage of these spaces, the buffet breakfast is very abundant and varied; also breakfast elite that offers significant advantages in various sectors, from food to service quality and the environment. Overall a very good hotel, friendly.

Looks fancy, but my room has a 20th century telly, they charge you for the Wi-Fi, and everything is expensive. The nachos for example are stingy with the cheese and salsa.

Congress Hotel à outside the city, but with good bus connection to the old town. The staff was friendly, but impersonal.
The room was fine, the two beds of varying quality. My true rather located through.
The breakfast was plentiful, but unfortunately it has hit me on my otherwise resistant stomach.
For a hotel that so its modernity and technical equipment so stressed, it was very funny to have a tube screen in the room.
The parking would have been quite expensive, but there are enough free parking in the area.

Located in residential area, in the proximaciones of the Betis Stadium, well connected by public transport. I visited the hotel due to an event that was selected, modern and well equipped facilities and qualified, professional and friendly staff.

Good relation quality/price, large interior space, spacious and well equipped rooms; by putting a stick, which is a little away from the Center and some of its services, as the buffet breakfast if you have not included is expensive so watch out for that, moreover, recommended 100%.

A little aging on the outside, but inside it's great. Huge, with several restaurants, bar and pool. It is on the outskirts, but you can relax walking to the Center along the Paseo de las Palmeras and seeing the University buildings, which are precious. It has more adjusted fees of all Sevilla, and their staff is very attentive. And if you like soccer, the hotel is less than 50 metres from the stadium of the Betis, in a very quiet residential area.
