We had three people in our room and only one key card. And the staff refused to issue more key cards “we don’t do that”. And when another roommate showed up also without the key card the staff unhappily issued a key card which didn’t take much time at all. All staff had to do was verify our names on the room list.

Well:
— Good location.
— Very quiet.
— Good cleanliness in general.
— Huge bed.
Bad boy:
— Although it is well located next to the Metro and a shopping area, it is quite expensive to be a village.
— Maintenance failures; As if the bath latch does not work or the hot water takes a long time to respond.
— Spring bed.

Modern and comfortable hotel. Friendly staff Parking at a good price. A subway mouth next door, which allows you to forget about the car to go to Sevilla without worrying about traffic or looking for parking.

The hotel was very good. Great reception Rooms are small but modern, well equipped and decorated. Bathroom also small but well equipped and comfortable. Having many plants and only two lifts it can take a long time to climb up or down especially at breakfast time.

An ideal hotel for business trips. Clean, good finishes and good restaurant. Shared parking with the mall that is right next door. Leisure area 200m.

Rooms were very confortable. I specially liked the bed, it wasnt as other hotel where they were very hard to sleep. Also the restaurant had really good food and not very expensive.

An excellent value for money hotel, ideal if you are looking for a city hotel at an affordable price just 10 minutes by Metro from the Historic centre of Seville (Metro stop opposite the hotel). The conference rooms are not in the best technical conditions for the price they have.

So many bad things I have to say about this hotel and I do not know where to begin. First of all, this is NOT a 4 star hotel! the beds are horrible and uncomfortable. The Internet (Wi-Fi) disconnects every 5-10 minutes. If you want something brought into the room like pillows or towels, you have to go down to reception and take it. It's a big hotel and only one elevator works and it's slow, you need to wait 5-10 minutes for one, and the breakfast is casual and not tasty. In short, try to avoid going there. Its a waste of your money.

Hotel with good facilities and buffet for both breakfast and dinner (it's a big deal but it's fine).
What I liked the least is the saturation of the hotel by groups and tourist trips.
To such an extent that, as you have to have breakfast first thing in the morning, you almost have to queue to get a toast.
The only thing that has saved him is the attention of the girls in the restaurant: Super Majas and worried at all times to be comfortable.

The room was very clean and the breakfast buffet was very good. The machine orange juice reminds me of my childhood tang.

I would not go back to this hotel even if I gave a free bonus. The toilet cistern lost water from behind when using it, and I had to call reception to claim it.
They tell me that there is no one maintenance and that as the hotel is complete I cannot change rooms, and the receptionist tells me that he will consult with his superiors. That at 21:15 of the night I call and at this hour without answer, and without being able to use the toilet, unless it floods the bathroom…

It has a small conference room but the building is quite modern. There is a public library on the first floor but the entrance isn't shared with the hotel making it less crowded.

Very friendly Staff But this hotel does not deserve the 4 stars, rather 3.
Breakfast is more than pitiful.

The Orange juice sucks.
The Room does not allow or open the window or handle the air conditioner.
There is No fridge in the room.
You can't give yourself a bath because there's no stopper.
Metro Stop right at the door to go to the centre of Seville.

Good Hotel, all clean and a meeting room very adequate, with Wi-Fi and projector, the room clean, and with good views.

Well located, the only problem is Q only has two elevators and you can stick 20 minutes waiting, the staff is friendly. A good place to hold small events, the buffet is very complete.

Modern and cosy. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent views from the upper floors. Good place to hold events. Location with good connections to the capital (Metro is next door). Excellent value for money-accommodation.

The location is very good because it is near metro.

The hotel is very comfortable because it is close to the metro and the Metromar shopping center. Also, it is in a very quiet place.

Se encuentra en Ciudad Expo. Me gustó muchísimo y ademas tiene el telepizza y el burguer king al lado por si quiero comer allí. Es perfecto.

Clean, comfortable room, the overall environment is quite good, the rear of the hotel is the shopping center Metromar, eating and shopping is also quite convenient, the only pity is more hotel floors, two elevators appear a little inadequate.

A nothing recommendable hotel!

Rooms without window, for abrilas claustrofovicas you have to ask at the front desk the crank, bathtub without a plug, you have to ask the plug at the front desk and that I told him that I wanted to bath but not give me the plug… food scarce, repeated and little variety to be a buffet, air conditioning have it programmed and 25 does not pass, colacao hidden and you have to ask… wardrobe waking up everything in sight without safe, a little stale, cleaners at 9 in the morning with the vacuum cleaner and habriendo rooms… for a 4 star lacks much… the good thing about having the metro.

Rooms are very good, the service is correct, the situation is good because it has very good access to all directions, the truth that very good.

Sad deal for a 4 star hotel. First, it does not have room service, second, restaurant hours are ridiculous (closes at 22:00), third, the customer of the person of receipt regrettable, total dedication to customer.
I arrive at the hotel at 22:05 (exact) and ask for the above mentioned services. A hotel as 4 star would have, even having closed these services, tried to provide any option, or at least having it sought. It is what is called treatment 4 star hotel customer. Remember, this takes place just 5 minutes after the closure of the restaurant.
Second, low to reception to ask for a single teaspoon, and the receptionist, with a face of "uff, what a more complicated thing I are asking for (? ) " me again to say that, as the restaurant is closed, you can't get me the spoon. You cannot get me a spoon in all 4-star hotel.
I think I need not say more about my experience at this hotel.

You have to request the plug for the bath at reception. Room nice but super stressful not is I could open the window to open a poquillo that is habre, have to ask reception lack ventilation-handle. The best location.
