Clean and comfortable It is almost out city.

Cute, it's not as out of the zone as it may seem. To go to the center of Seville 20 minutes by taxi (That costs about 15 euros, then the price varies from the area where you get caught/leave) or just over half an hour by bus.

The apartments are very well conditioned. Spacious. Very good attention from the front desk staff. As soon as we indicated that the apartment we had been assigned smelled a bit of tobacco, they had the slightest inconvenience of switching to one that was still much better and we were not put in any trouble. This is how the customer is served. All very well.

Simple but correct. Very convenient for few nights. But it is advisable to come with a car, especially to go down to Sevilla. Oh! You can save the parking, in the streets around you park well. The cleanliness is quite better. Hard Beds.

Clean, friendly staff. I am celiac and lactose intolerant… I had no problem eating… I always had options.

It is clean and modern, the reception girls very friendly and attentive, the beds for me something incomfortable the mattresses very hard but in general well, prices acceptable.

Clean. Spacious. Friendly staff. In my case with gluten and milk problems there have been no problems when putting me adequate food. The only thing is that Bormujos is like a 15 minute drive from Sevilla.

The facilities seemed good… but I forgot a nececer with personal things, and after 2 days called several times and giving me long…, I say it is not there… which I'm sure it stayed… is shameful!

It's good for the night, but the rest of the rooms are very noisy, the breakfast passable. Very normal everything.

They are good apartments, comfortable and away from the noise, perfect to rest, the Dayunos a little loose, so I give 3 stars, the attention of the staff very good and the cleanliness is very good.

The space apartment is fine but the kitchen has very little utensils and not very clean we say, just a frying pan a couple of moldy cutlery and glasses that you know if you have ever washed.
The buffet the worst I saw in my life, there was no bacon or anything hot, of pastries only croissant and cupcake without chocolate, the coffee watered the undrinkable juice… Fatal the truth is not worth coming here to spend the holidays from so far away.

The aparthotel is very good to spend the nights, nearby there are places to take some tapas.

The floor is wonderful! All clean and very good attention. Would return without hesitation.

We had taken an apartment because very convenient to park as free location on the outside and paid parking for the more fearful.
Shopping area near if need errands and at 7/8 Min from Seville.
For breakfast there is a very nice cafeteria with toast and others for the salty lunch. For lovers of this type of breakfast it will be less expensive to take it at the bar than on the area breakfast.

The best value for money very comfortable to travel to the capital from the hotel 12 minutes to the center.

The service is always excellent, especially the waitresses, the food is pretty good. The atmosphere is great.

The hotel is very close to Seville and is well priced but it is very basic. There is no valdas in the cabinets to place clothes and kitchen utensils are very fair. Cleanliness is also fair.

Great place to stay, rooms are always nice and clean and with parking at 5€ a night you won't find any better. Never stay anywhere else when I'm in Seville.

Very accessible and close to highway. Both apartments and comfortable and functional studios. Without too much luxury. The breakfast buffet was very small.

Reading the comments I expected a hovel, but my friends and I liked it very much. Breakfast good but better, if you order something special you can get it. Very friendly and professional staff, solve any doubt and problem effectively. For the price, I expected something worse, I'm satisfied.

We were there in September two days, excellent apartment with everything necessary, clean and well arranged all and with parking for five euros daily.

My room isn't in good condition. But I know they have really good room's. The employee are friendly. The hotel is positioned by a loud place. Also good is they have a washing machine. It cost's 4€. I think it's fair.

Nice modern hotel with all the amenities and services like free parking, Wi-Fi… well stocked bar and restaurant. Easy acces from the city… we didn't want to drive to the city for New Year's eve cele rations so they were happy to call a taxi service for us, very friendly and professional staff… quick food at the bar and great service there as welm… enjoy your stay.

Both dirty room walls as movilario, nice but anything warm, to and if leave something in the room according to them there are you left nothing, two Chargers a work machines. No booking never more in these apartments.

For €65 night should take care of most furniture, tv's single ass two channels, toilets with small tub, and over at that price does not enter the breakfast, that if staff super friendly and very clean all over, very clean cafeteria also and good service.

We spent 4 days there. The good thing is that it has free Wi-Fi and heating in the apartment. The bad thing is that it is very dirty, it was gross to use the furniture, it has kitchen but not very prepared, ask for a room marriage and gave us a double. Treatment is not very good do not give any ease. Don't let you smoke in your room.

Was for longer here. Must say it is a möbellierte apartment completely in order. However, the kitchen is equipped for 2 persons. 2 Forks, 2 Knives. A pot, etc, Therefore, the deduction at the stars. Everything was perfect, I try very good and facilities are quite good and new.

A practical accomodation outside Sevilla that you can reach by public transportation. A bit noisy. Excellent and customer minded Director (Sr. Ruiz). Mind your luggage at my wife had her belongings stolen by gypsies at the breakfast area and no camera placed neither at reception nor at the breakfast area.

We have only come for a night, and the good value for money that we found, two adults and a small surprised us. 36 euros breakfast included three. The charming staff. The reception guy told us that there is no Wi-Fi in all rooms but ours without problems, is the 117.

The hotel was easy to find, is very modernly decorated on the inside and the staff was very friendly. Bring our little dog was not a problem. Our room was equipped with a kitchen (microwave, stove, oven, cutlery, glasses, pots and plates), air conditioning, TV, telephone and Internet. There were multiple lifts (to the hotel's own underground car park). The beds were comfortable, the walls unfortunately a bit thin, the furnishings of most of clean (very much dust was only on the cabinets and the light covers from the couch and Chair had a few stains). The bathroom was meticulously clean, only the air vent not really brought what he promised, for the air conditioning cooled down quietly and reliably our rooms at 23 ° C (at ambient temperatures up to 40 ° c also very pleasant, especially at night). Because we booked about HSR, we paid only 33, 75€ for 2 days (including garage space). The breakfast buffet cost €5 / p. P.

Cogimos a study for 4 days, the first thing I do not understand it from the sofa bed if it is always made bed, it would not be better to put a bed as God intended?. In 4 days no clean us shampoo and soaps, penultimate day just put us a set of towels, (for one person). Filter for air-conditioning was helpful and every time q was lit stank to tobacco. The bathroom was full of hair even on the walls. The kitchen is well-equipped but not very clean. Very cheap, excellent treatment, but with the new that is could strive more in maintenance conditions.
