Family Hotel! We enjoyed it very much. The rooms, hotel facilities great. Very well taken care of. The animation are huge. The beach is very near, walk slowly, and with children in 5 minutes. And if any criticism is to put, the food a little repetitive but all in all very good. And a bit of chaos as they are no ware fast, but hey a little bit of patience and that's it. So to our taste it has been great. Would be happy to repeat.

Imserso journey. All very correct. Nice staff. Drawback: Very bad ventilation that makes all the clothes constantly smell like cooking to the point of becoming unpleasant.

The hotel is not bad, the rooms are spacious. The waiters at the bufett have no experience and there are some that when you make a mistake, (I dismantled the table when you're picking up food), no apologies, the other way around to you and says why don't you leave the bag on the table… The poolside snack bar with regeton unbearable throughout the day, although the common areas are very good.

Cafeteria service and crappy dining since there was almost no staff. Facilities a 10, cleaning a 10. I would not go again since the service left a lot to be desired. I think management should strive to make a change in the all inclusive method and especially in hiring more staff than the workers are not to blame for being so few.

Lazy food. But definitely the worst of the waiters. Inept and when they are called attention politely X service. Respondones. Not just one. Were several Mal X them. When one is wrong the least is to accept the mistake with humility.

Highly recommended experience.
We stayed 4 days and it was a great stay.
Very attentive animators, some more professional than others, but positive attitude to the maximum.
The little ones very happy.
Only downside is that all inclusive must mark each order with the bar code of the bracelet, which slows down a lot.

Very bad experience in this hotel, Islantilla 4, but at the same time beautiful but that is all, very common food in concerve, that every day of the week the same, especially nothing Spanish:::: Atrocious bedding of another age, the mattress has a very uncomfortable spring, HOTEL TO DISCOVER your best friends.

Very good hotel, great staff, good food and above all the animators of 10, and in particular Yoana and Juanito, we spent a few splendid days.

I would give it 5 stars if it were not for the food, everyday the same to eat and there is no variety whatsoever, the super dry paella could not be eaten. The great animation, the Super Good Mini Club and very fun for the kids. The room is very spacious and the hotel is good.

Hotel in modern style, and of great dimensions; Approx. 600 bedrooms, 2nd line. Large swimming pool and solarium, children's area, entertainment, and games room. Very spacious room, almost a studio, with antique furniture, and sofa-bed whose cover would have to go through laundry, as well as carpets from the hallways. The food, buffet type, scarce, and of little variation. Breakfast, Justito, with coffee machines and sweetened milk powder. The best, the staff in Gral. The dining room, is effective, fast, and very friendly.
As a whole, it's a 3, 6-star hotel. (S. Santa 2018)

The great hotel the exquisite staff and the extraordinary animation and excels over all "Juanito" a great animation professional is made to want and as a person an exception one beats the regular meal.

Food, correct. Good to go with children. The parking is expensive and necessary in the area.

It's not a 4-star hotel. Poorly ventilated dining area, buffet nothing varied, no cuidant detail, and very old bedding just like mattresses.

I was in the hotel 8 months ago the friendliness of the bartenders and cooks of the buffet very good very nice but the food very repetitive and little variety the indoor pool well the evening shows bored and repeated the same and not being able to take a chair in the ANIMAC Ion at night and the problem of all the hotels keep the hammocks and they take all day without appearing with the towels on top and the hammocks empty many queues to order in pool bar and cafeteria waiters disorganized and slow.

We stayed 5 days in August, the food was repeated, there was not much variety, the room was spacious but only had a Echufe.

Super good a luxury and beautiful hotel we have had a great day my husband and I. And Buffet was very good phenomenal.

A wonderful place opened from February to November, an exquisite management team where you can breathe very good hambientes among the hotel workers being transmitted to the clients in a very positive way, cleanliness, good views, good food, Spacious and constantly refurbished rooms to always offer us the best, the truth that a great place to spend an amazing holiday with family or couple.

Hello we are two marriages of Madrid we arrived for the first time in March and we have repeated now in November we like the hotel the rooms are great the food well and the waitresses very nice especially Angela very affectionate and familiar we are Joseph and Mary. And Pedro and Charo if we can repeat.

The beds must be improved. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Very very good cleaning. Average Buffett. Entertaining animation and shows at stunning evenings.

Excellent location The deal too; The employees are attentive, nice and very fast. Spacious and comfortable rooms. The buffet is well thought out for children, and the delicious gazpacho. Totally recommended. Pity Q is so far from Guada;)

The hotel is cool and with lots of services and activities for the kids. Near the beach.
We go in all inclusive except parking … €12 a day. 7 Villages are passed.

This year I have been 7 days in July (2017), a hotel in its 90% occupied x families with small kids, with a swimming pool Q covers any child who has two accesses with Q steps are covered with children (as it is the only site of the pool Q does not cover them), and a tiny pool for small children or babies, which seems all day a can of cockles, because it is the only thing they have the poor to bathe. The food with very little variety, always the same and of doubtful quality many of them. In my comment I put Q not bad, xq the service, the rooms, the cleanliness and especially the entertainment staff are very very good. If they made a bigger pool for children (for land they have), it would be great. I the year Q comes try to look for one with better pools.

A good option in relation to quality/price. Very spacious suites with a large terrace. About 200 meters from the beach, the facilities are pretty good. Good food, no going crazy. The worst thing is that the little details are not cared for, and in this kind of hotels they say a lot. A great beach, a good shopping center near, … a good choice for quality/price.

Good price/benefit relation. Based on this relation, the hotel offer: Good food variety, Rooms are large (negative point for me, the mattress is too stiff), Outside pool is very large, surrounded by a large open space with a lot of lounge chairs, Inside pool is also very good and large. In general, the staff is friendly and very competent.

The staff could not have been more helpful. As the only English people on a Mundo Senior holiday we were surprised at how many of the staff spoke English, but they were all very helpful, friendly and efficient. Yes, the building was a little dated but they were very good sized rooms, good facilities, an excellent choice of food at every meal and a smiling chef making special meals to cope with my allergies. (For that alone I give it 5 stars) Nice location with a beautiful beach within two or three minutes walk.

Our experience has been very negative. For two nights we were hearing noises in the room. The third night, we lit the light, and we find ourselves face to face with A RAT that was RUNNING UNDERNEATH THE TRAVEL COT FOR MY SON. In the middle of the night we changed of room and they promised us to refund the night that we had not enjoyed. WE have NOT SEEN even one euro of that refund. The management staff and managers were very inexperienced despite their good intentions. At the end we have not been with face of silly for not having made a written claim, to which the management staff took long to avoid to reflect the fact that happened to us. We will not return to this hotel ever. I guess that there will be good experiences in he but since then the our I hope they serve for something and not take the hair of the people.

Good relationship quality-price. 85€/night for two people in PC the second fortnight of September. Buffet breakfast good, lunch and dinner acceptable. Rooms and facilities are correct. Staff attentive and polite. The beach 200m, with good service and very wide. There is a shopping centre at 500m with restaurants, bars and shops. Some drawbacks: — Too much animation for children, music, and games in the pool for quite a long time, which is fine if you're going with children, but if it is not something annoying. — Few elevators for both the hotel. — Parking outside of the parking lot… Impossible.

We have been 5 days, and the truth qe super happy friendly staff and simpaticos rooms spacious and comfortable. Cleaning service 10. Animation day and night very good and especially the animators and the mini club is fantastic, my girls have enjoyed muxo with ell@s thanks to laura. Black and chocolatito are great in order to very good holiday in a good location and hotel thanks.

I have to confess that we came with a foot of lead after seeing (in) certain comments. However I've found with workers without rest, because everything was perfect. An animation spectacular, a treatment of the most friendly, especially with children! Love them. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and comfortable. The food varied and good …

For my taste it is not a 4-star hotel has a lot to improve… the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and the dinner good, but the food not me to liked little variety.
